Hello sir/ mam
I am yash jain living in indore,
And i have icici savings bank account in vaishali nagar branch in indore. I also opened demat account with this bank.
But i am not doing any trading in this demat account. But they are continuously deducting daily 300 rs from my savings bank account in the name of trading.
But how they can deduct daily 300 rs from my bank account, if i am not doing any trading, not invested, nor buy any shares.
They also deducted 8000 rs as a initial trading amount from my savings bank account. When i opened demat account, they told there will be no hidden deduction, but now they are making a huge fraud by doing this daily deduction of rs 300.
Even i have my salary less than 250 per day. Someday, they also deducted more than 500 rs from my account.
Now i am frustrated with this. I do not have any source of income. I am not able to pay rent, not able to buy any food.
They deducted around 37000 from my account without any deduction message. Please try to resolve this fraud in the name of trading & also deduction of 300 rs per day is a huge amount, if we dont do any trading.
When i realized they have deducted such a huge amount, i was going for suicude.
This bank is now doing fraud. This bank must be closed totally, otherwise lots of youngsters will be doing suicide daily
Please resolve this issue.

If your apology gave our money back which was deduct by auto pay mode. I can't understand if the card was blocked then why are you charging for the card. I think meaning of block "all services are closed", then why the hell i am getting msgs off charges. If i get these msgs again i will look to close my both (me and my father's) accounts. Because 1 year ago a credit card delivered to me which was not apply by me and bank issued by himself. You are not the owner of our accounts, you are just service providers. HDFC is better then you once i blocked my credit card i never get msg again credit card payments. Be update, No one customer care person touch with us. Whenever they call, just ask for money. Teach them if the card was block there was no sense of applying charges on the card.
