Dear icici bank,
Me and my have account in your bank. 2 year ago a credit card ([protected]) issued on my father account. Customer executive says its free of cost but it was come with one assist plan without our permission. We tried many times by your bank reuse and says that's our fault. We lost minimum 4-5 thousand rupees due to auto debit. After many tries i block the card by phone banking and receive complaint no. "sr59356021". And the card was blocked.
After the card blocked we reached to bank and enqiure about the card. Customer executive says your card was blocked. Now you can not use credit card and auto pay off. After long time we get again msgs of surcharges. I can't understand if the card was blocked and not used from last 1.5 years why we getting the msg of due credit card bill.

If your apology gave our money back which was deduct by auto pay mode. I can't understand if the card was blocked then why are you charging for the card. I think meaning of block "all services are closed", then why the hell i am getting msgs off charges. If i get these msgs again i will look to close my both (me and my father's) accounts. Because 1 year ago a credit card delivered to me which was not apply by me and bank issued by himself. You are not the owner of our accounts, you are just service providers. HDFC is better then you once i blocked my credit card i never get msg again credit card payments. Be update, No one customer care person touch with us. Whenever they call, just ask for money. Teach them if the card was block there was no sense of applying charges on the card.

    Hi. Last week i lost rupees 1899 from my icici savings account without my knowledge and permission. I got a message that my account is debited rs.1899 for oneast payment. This deduction of money is done without my concern and knowledge. So i think this is fraudulent from the bank. I tried to contact bank customer care but i didn’t get any responses. I want my money back or else i will go for further complaint procedures also eill close my account soon.

      An amount of 2199/ been deducted from my ICICI account without any consent of mine. The transaction shown as IIN*I-Debit*S. I just cant understand the reason. In last couple of months the same thing happened with some other amount. It's very troublesome as Im not able to find any reason.

          I tried recharging my husband's jio number for rs 199/- through icici app. Amount got deducted but recharge is unsuccessful. I request you to cross check and credit back the debited amount. Since he is doing work from home, we recharged from phone pe which is successful. So kindly revert my money of rs.199/- to my bank account of icici immediately and intimate me in this regard.

            I would like to bring it to your notice that the amount of rs. 999 =/- has been deducted from my icici account with a message alert of vsi/amazon/stan.

            I did not made any transaction & did not get any otp for this transaction.
            I received this message on 18th may late night then i checked my account confirming the deduction of rs. 999/.
            Requesting you to kindly check and assist me regarding this.

                My debit card of icing is blocked for only online transactions and i want to unblock it... I am getting no help from icici customer care number. Please try to get a way to help me from getting my card unblocked. I have tried to contact customer care number but they are not able to give any possible solution for my problem and that's why i want you to help me to get my card unblocked.

                  There was fraud transaction against my saving account on 18th may 2020.
                  Inr 529 were deducted info - vin*google.

                  In received sms message at 7.31 pm and i blocked card in few mins.

                  I have not made any transaction still money deducted from my saving account.

                  Please resolve this issue and refund the amount

                      My online transactions today[protected] were rejected with the message 'transaction xxxx on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Please contact customer care'
                      Customer care is impossible to reach - wasted 45 minutes - give all details and wait endlessly. The recording system has an option - choose 2 for the bank to call back in 15 minutes - they never call back.
                      Tried to register the complaint through internet banking - again completely useless - as they register service requests under specific categories only and this does not figure in it. Online chat is a joke.

                        They have charged almost RS 15000 from my account for transactions even I don’t know, they say it’s about some auto debit which I was not even aware of

                          Hi i am ankit mori here. 133 + 60 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 30th apr-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                          Even their member said the money will be not deducted.

                          Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          I want my money back i haven’t use icici demat account till date and i didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.
                            Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.
                            I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 18th may, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                My ICICI account was debited Rs. 1899/- on 14th May with transaction remark as IIN/I-Debit/SI. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back.As soon as possible.

                                  For credit card there are 3 different amount charged, i have paid it after 2 days for that auto debit and late fee is charged. And some interest also charged for rs.1333, i have paid the total due amount after 2 days why so much fees are charged and late payment fee along with auto debit fee total they have charged for rs.5000.
                                  If interest is charged for non payment why are they charging for late payment and auto debit fees..

                                    Hello sir/ mam
                                    I am yash jain living in indore,

                                    And i have icici savings bank account in vaishali nagar branch in indore. I also opened demat account with this bank.

                                    But i am not doing any trading in this demat account. But they are continuously deducting daily 300 rs from my savings bank account in the name of trading.

                                    But how they can deduct daily 300 rs from my bank account, if i am not doing any trading, not invested, nor buy any shares.

                                    They also deducted 8000 rs as a initial trading amount from my savings bank account. When i opened demat account, they told there will be no hidden deduction, but now they are making a huge fraud by doing this daily deduction of rs 300.

                                    Even i have my salary less than 250 per day. Someday, they also deducted more than 500 rs from my account.

                                    Now i am frustrated with this. I do not have any source of income. I am not able to pay rent, not able to buy any food.

                                    They deducted around 37000 from my account without any deduction message. Please try to resolve this fraud in the name of trading & also deduction of 300 rs per day is a huge amount, if we dont do any trading.

                                    When i realized they have deducted such a huge amount, i was going for suicude.

                                    This bank is now doing fraud. This bank must be closed totally, otherwise lots of youngsters will be doing suicide daily

                                    Please resolve this issue.

                                      I was recently changed 590rs ecsrtnchg that to 2 times ... this is not done .there is no customer care support for this issue. I have to leave all my work and brake my head on this now.i dint agree for any of this charges .
