I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th may, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction details says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I did not even any message for deduction like others transactions. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14h may, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same

        My Icici bank account is debited with An amount of 1899rs was deducted from my account on 14thmay .i have not authorized the transaction anyway. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back as soon as possible

          I have enough balance in my credit even though transactions getting decline and receiving messages as transactions withheld due to security reason i don't know what the hell security they are providing in emergency if could not able to make use of creditcard what is the use of holding credit card atleast they should respond to our call they don't even do that i have been keep on trying to contact customer care nobody is ready to answer the call please look into this and solve the issue.

            I had a credit card from your bank. I have never used the credit card, but every month amount of 300 rupees used to get deducted without even my usage and since my card card was linked to my account, every month amount used to get debited.
            I have raised this complaint many a times by reaching out to your customer care service - who never used to give me the exact reason on what’s the issue, they either raise a ticket or transfer the call to other department.
            My credit card was deactivated.
            An amount of 3000/- got debited from my account till now i got the message that my sr is resolved and your money has been credit to your credit card but again i got charged for this month and the amount has been debited again. The sr is not resolved yet
            This is really pathetic service from your end and i am really fed up reaching out in various platforms.
            I need the amount to be credited to my original account from where it got debited. It is a pity that i am always reaching out and i still haven’t been provided with the appropriate solution.

              Hello team,

              I have raised the sr ticket in feb regarding fraud transactions but then also from march my money is getting deducted from account. I had a credit card from your bank. I have never used the credit card but every month money is getting deducted from my account. I have raised the complaint and tried reaching out to customer care also - who never use to give me the exact reason on what's the issue. My credit cars is also blocked then why the money is being getting deducted

                The bank has charged me 4 times within a time period of 1.5 months with different amounts.
                124.80 + 465.18 + 418.81 + 171.17 = rs. 1190/-.

                Now when i tried to call the customer service, they didn't answered it for around 5 times.

                So, how would i get the reversal for the same. As i don't know if this charges would be charged so many times.

                I have also attached the statement dated from 1st april 2020 till 15th may 2020.

                  My 1899 rupees autodebit toward oneast icici bank itself without any information. i dont want any card protective services. i din any request or reply on call regarding these servises i want my money refund in my account. if this not happen i will file a fraud complaint to RBI. i want my money get back soon.

                      This is the message that i received yesterday. I haven't made any of this transaction whatsoever.
                      A lot of customers have been facing this issue since yesterday as well.
                      Do urgently look into this matter and get it resolved as well.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I have purchased jubilant life sciences stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

                        I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

                        I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

                        15/05/2020 eba/nse n 2020091/[protected] dr. 867.19

                        Not getting refunded, please advise.

                          Hi i have subscribed few apps with auto debit option. Amount is deducted from my account without my permission. And i am not receiving any message for auto debit. Please stop all my auto debit subscriptions and activate message service for auto debit
