Icici bank is charging me pos dec charges of rs.29.5 over 40 times between 29th apr - 1st may, they've done this earlier too but this time they just went overboard with this nuisance. As it is a lockdown, i've not used my card at any pos so it is impossible that i am charged and that too 40 times, this is completely absurd!
I've seen many people raise this complaint, please do something about it. I bet the bank has earned crores, if not hundred crores of rupees just by unfairly charging thousands of customers this amount.
