Hi,

For credit card there are 3 different amount charged, i have paid it after 2 days for that auto debit and late fee is charged. And some interest also charged for rs.1333, i have paid the total due amount after 2 days why so much fees are charged and late payment fee along with auto debit fee total they have charged for rs.5000.
If interest is charged for non payment why are they charging for late payment and auto debit fees..

    Hello sir/ mam
    I am yash jain living in indore,

    And i have icici savings bank account in vaishali nagar branch in indore. I also opened demat account with this bank.

    But i am not doing any trading in this demat account. But they are continuously deducting daily 300 rs from my savings bank account in the name of trading.

    But how they can deduct daily 300 rs from my bank account, if i am not doing any trading, not invested, nor buy any shares.

    They also deducted 8000 rs as a initial trading amount from my savings bank account. When i opened demat account, they told there will be no hidden deduction, but now they are making a huge fraud by doing this daily deduction of rs 300.

    Even i have my salary less than 250 per day. Someday, they also deducted more than 500 rs from my account.

    Now i am frustrated with this. I do not have any source of income. I am not able to pay rent, not able to buy any food.

    They deducted around 37000 from my account without any deduction message. Please try to resolve this fraud in the name of trading & also deduction of 300 rs per day is a huge amount, if we dont do any trading.

    When i realized they have deducted such a huge amount, i was going for suicude.

    This bank is now doing fraud. This bank must be closed totally, otherwise lots of youngsters will be doing suicide daily

    Please resolve this issue.

      I was recently changed 590rs ecsrtnchg that to 2 times ... this is not done .there is no customer care support for this issue. I have to leave all my work and brake my head on this now.i dint agree for any of this charges .

          Have tried 3 time online transaction for paying bill using icici credit card but it fails both time;

          Dear customer, transaction of inr xxxx on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care.

          Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care.

              Greeting of the day
              I would like to tell you that icici bank charged ₹590 twice within a weak from my account. All my emi are up to date till this time and in this crucial time we all are lockdown facing problem in every single penny even government has levied all emi charges still they charged the emi amount and now they my account has debuted ₹590 twice. I request you to kindly refund my charges i am a uber driver it’s very hard to survive in this crisis.

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th may, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                        I have enough balance in my credit even though transactions getting decline and receiving messages as transactions withheld due to security reason i don't know what the hell security they are providing in emergency if could not able to make use of creditcard what is the use of holding credit card atleast they should respond to our call they don't even do that i have been keep on trying to contact customer care nobody is ready to answer the call please look into this and solve the issue.

                          I had a credit card from your bank. I have never used the credit card, but every month amount of 300 rupees used to get deducted without even my usage and since my card card was linked to my account, every month amount used to get debited.
                          I have raised this complaint many a times by reaching out to your customer care service - who never used to give me the exact reason on what’s the issue, they either raise a ticket or transfer the call to other department.
                          My credit card was deactivated.
                          An amount of 3000/- got debited from my account till now i got the message that my sr is resolved and your money has been credit to your credit card but again i got charged for this month and the amount has been debited again. The sr is not resolved yet
                          This is really pathetic service from your end and i am really fed up reaching out in various platforms.
                          I need the amount to be credited to my original account from where it got debited. It is a pity that i am always reaching out and i still haven’t been provided with the appropriate solution.

                            Hello team,

                            I have raised the sr ticket in feb regarding fraud transactions but then also from march my money is getting deducted from account. I had a credit card from your bank. I have never used the credit card but every month money is getting deducted from my account. I have raised the complaint and tried reaching out to customer care also - who never use to give me the exact reason on what's the issue. My credit cars is also blocked then why the money is being getting deducted

                              The bank has charged me 4 times within a time period of 1.5 months with different amounts.
                              124.80 + 465.18 + 418.81 + 171.17 = rs. 1190/-.

                              Now when i tried to call the customer service, they didn't answered it for around 5 times.

                              So, how would i get the reversal for the same. As i don't know if this charges would be charged so many times.

                              I have also attached the statement dated from 1st april 2020 till 15th may 2020.

                                    This is the message that i received yesterday. I haven't made any of this transaction whatsoever.
                                    A lot of customers have been facing this issue since yesterday as well.
                                    Do urgently look into this matter and get it resolved as well.

                                      I have purchased jubilant life sciences stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

                                      I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

                                      I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

                                      Not getting refunded, please advise.
