Sir,

Please help me understand the charges on blocked card. Last time, without my concert first time the amount was deducted from my sb account. It was not right and we blocked the card. I had bad financial period during which it was just deducted and even escalations were not heard.

But, i see there are charges happening on the blocked card.

Please revert the same charges or explain me the reason for charges. I have sb account from last 11 years. I would like to have fair deal and move further on my sb account.

Looking forward for your support to resolve the issue and help me next steps.

    account is debit freeze

    Hello sir,

    I recently opened insta saving account with icici bank during lockdown. My salary is been credited to the same account in april month. But i can't withdraw any money from such account, due to debit freeze status. I visited sector 21 c faridabad branch. But didn't get any positive response. I want to highlight the same to your knowledge. Please resolve this immediately....

    Iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
    I already posted the same complaints on hdfc bank loan account for asking why ecs charges made and they replied me that the hdfc bank doesn't charged for emi ecs bounce charges.
    Respected sir i want to know why the icici bank charged my account.in this covid-19 pandemic days so many people are very disturbed for this type of charges. Atleast they have maintained some s complaint. Kindly i need my amount reversal for my icici account. Its amount near by inr 590. And i must have to know why the icici bank charged this amount. Please do some needfull.

    Nothing happened, nobody contact me or reply and nothing done by ur side... always u people like send this reply as possible...and closed the complaint.. what's this sir?? i have seen many complaints like this ecs charge without confirmation...and ur bank reply that we will touch with you and then u people closed the complaint...its too bad..Please give me a better solution and then i want my deducted money reversal that's it. And I don't want reply u like this..i want clear solution sir

      I wanted purchase some service from icici i bank credit where i unable to pay and i'm getting reasons like this exp:dear customer, transaction of inr 45, 450.00 on icici bank credit card xx9013 is withheld due to security reasons. To complete your trxn, pls call customer care. I have rs. 88000/- limited in the card but many time called customer care helpline but there telling me to try after 24 hour and i try after that the same above error message i am getting when we are making on time payment them

        Icici bank is charging me pos dec charges of rs.29.5 over 40 times between 29th apr - 1st may, they've done this earlier too but this time they just went overboard with this nuisance. As it is a lockdown, i've not used my card at any pos so it is impossible that i am charged and that too 40 times, this is completely absurd!
        I've seen many people raise this complaint, please do something about it. I bet the bank has earned crores, if not hundred crores of rupees just by unfairly charging thousands of customers this amount.

                I have been an old customer with icici, however im not satisfied with the services they are giving in the name of posdec charges. Everyone knows its not a good time for everyone but still they want to deduct posdec charges that too not once but multiple times. I want the refund of my all posdec charges which is been charges recently asap or i have to try other ways to take my hard earned money back.

                  Iam rinto aj, an mount of 291.61 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till 20 on 6th may 2020

                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                    On 28/04/2020 there is a deduction of rs 757.17 with transaction remarks dp chgs till mar 20, i dont under stand how anyone can deduct any amount from my account without permission, without prior notice, and also no alert message was sent to mobile for this particular deduction. And all of this happened when i have niether created, used or linked any demat account to my icici account. This has broken my trust completely as this time somehow i caught this transaction but most of the time customers like me are unaware of these transaction since no alert message or notification message are sent.

                    There is no response from anyone in last 3 days, how ridiculous icici bank can be, i was a loyal customer for so many years, now i am thinking to close my account and suggest all my friends for the same if they continue to ignore.

                        request refund of auto debit return fee charged on debit card emi

                        I failed to maintain balance in my savings account, so i missed paying my icici debit card emi of last month through auto-debit option. I thought of choosing moratorium. Later i paid my emi through virtual credit card payment option before emi due date. Also paid 620 addition for the auto-debit return fee. But i got sms from icici as rs 2859.65 is due on debit card emi which again charged with an additional fee. Refund the 620 i paid extra...

                            Hi, shivam here,

                            I have a complaint regarding dp charges, there has been amount deducted twice from my account on the name of dp chgs till march 20 on 30-apr-2020. Amount values are 812.17 rupees and 13.83 rupees. What is it?? Why it has been deducted?? Please refund my money. Don't loot money of people.

                            This is totally unacceptable behaviour that too in this situation. Please refund my money.

                                  My icici saving account was debited of posdec chg 29.50 (Including gst) more than 24 times total amount 708/- within a last 3-5 days. I tried calling customer care many times but it was of no use. As it is a paid call i ended up spending more than 50 rs. More from my mobile balance. I was so irritated with them. No one answered the call and it automatically disconnected after 10-15 minutes. I visited the branch but they could not justify...

                                  This very cheap and unprofessional from the reputed for name sake bank like icici bank.

                                  In last 6 days the bank has deducted 7 times 29.50rs without any notifications or information, who gave you authority and can you do such cheap business from consumer.

                                  These charges doesn't make sense nor are valid nor gave prior information, i have accounts in 2 more banks citi bank and kotal they are so professional and downward customer services.

                                  Im going to close my account from this bank and also close my demat account and other family members account if any single amount is dedicated without proper information and notice.

                                  i have removed all my balance amount and transferred it to kotak and citi bank

                                  The complaint has been not solve they are just faking and giving reason and hiding their cheap business, i have 4 more saving account non of them charges me for decline charges or for low fund, instead they message email and give info on same they never cheat and cut charges on name of POSDEC that wit GST
