I am an icici bank customer. I am being charged around 414.81 rupees every month. I don't know what the charges are for. They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type deduction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

This is not first time. Their customer care doesn't seem to respond to my emails.

    I have icici credit card. They charge me extra for auto debit return fee. I didn´t applied for this service and icici bank didn´t gave me any information about this service, they just did by themselves and now they are charging me every month.
    I need my all extra charges back and remove this service from my account asap.

      Myself ankit chaturvedi, i have been with icici bank since 2016. Each year 807/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account.         I have tried to purchase a laptop from lenovo website and even microsoft one drive account but both transactions failed with the same reason as below;

        Dear customer, transaction of inr 89, 539.41 on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care.

        Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care.

        Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as i am unable to make the purchases which are my absolute essentials now.

          Hi,
          I have a saving account in ICICI bank and had taken business loan.
          I have opted for Moratorium in spite of which the EMI amount has been taken to lien from my personal account.
          I have been trying to reach customer care. even visited the branch but not getting any kind of response or been able to connect to the concerned person. It is an emergency and request the authority to look into this concern and resolve the issue on priority.

            bill payment done twice

            On 11th may, 2020 my credit card bill didnt get auto debited. I called the customer service they said pay bill online as its some problem on their end. I did the payment online. Later evening same day amount got auto debited too. So i paid bill twice. Then i tried calling their customer service, call got dropped several times. I have all recorded calls. Then i tried to contact through email on website and app. But no help. Totally irritated,...

              Hi moizkhan khan here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 28-apr-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

              Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

              Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

              We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

              Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                  icici bank dp charges fraud - icici 688.33 deducted

                  I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction "dp chgs till m
                  Ar-20 688.33". I was told that this account is free of charge for lifetime. But suddenly i can see charges are levied. This is a very bad way of luring customers by stating their products are free and charging them later. Kindly refund my money in to my account. I have already raised 2 complaints...

                      I have been charged the emi of debut card loan for 3 months for the loan i have never taken. I will go legal against the bank. This pandemic situation instead of helping your bank is trying to extract money for no reason. I have already spoken to multiple people in icici bank in feb, march but no resolution yet.

                        Sir,

                        Please help me understand the charges on blocked card. Last time, without my concert first time the amount was deducted from my sb account. It was not right and we blocked the card. I had bad financial period during which it was just deducted and even escalations were not heard.

                        But, i see there are charges happening on the blocked card.

                        Please revert the same charges or explain me the reason for charges. I have sb account from last 11 years. I would like to have fair deal and move further on my sb account.

                          I recently opened insta saving account with icici bank during lockdown. My salary is been credited to the same account in april month. But i can't withdraw any money from such account, due to debit freeze status. I visited sector 21 c faridabad branch. But didn't get any positive response. I want to highlight the same to your knowledge. Please resolve this immediately....

                          Iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
                          I already posted the same complaints on hdfc bank loan account for asking why ecs charges made and they replied me that the hdfc bank doesn't charged for emi ecs bounce charges.
                          Respected sir i want to know why the icici bank charged my account.in this covid-19 pandemic days so many people are very disturbed for this type of charges. Atleast they have maintained some s complaint. Kindly i need my amount reversal for my icici account. Its amount near by inr 590. And i must have to know why the icici bank charged this amount. Please do some needfull.

                          Nothing happened, nobody contact me or reply and nothing done by ur side... always u people like send this reply as possible...and closed the complaint.. what's this sir?? i have seen many complaints like this ecs charge without confirmation...and ur bank reply that we will touch with you and then u people closed the complaint...its too bad..Please give me a better solution and then i want my deducted money reversal that's it. And I don't want reply u like this..i want clear solution sir

                            I wanted purchase some service from icici i bank credit where i unable to pay and i'm getting reasons like this exp:dear customer, transaction of inr 45, 450.00 on icici bank credit card xx9013 is withheld due to security reasons. To complete your trxn, pls call customer care. I have rs. 88000/- limited in the card but many time called customer care helpline but there telling me to try after 24 hour and i try after that the same above error message i am getting when we are making on time payment them

                              Icici bank is charging me pos dec charges of rs.29.5 over 40 times between 29th apr - 1st may, they've done this earlier too but this time they just went overboard with this nuisance. As it is a lockdown, i've not used my card at any pos so it is impossible that i am charged and that too 40 times, this is completely absurd!
                              I've seen many people raise this complaint, please do something about it. I bet the bank has earned crores, if not hundred crores of rupees just by unfairly charging thousands of customers this amount.
