Hi team,

I am baibhav.
I have complain about icici bank.
As i have gone through my transactions i came to know that the charges of rs 826.00 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march-20 on april 28, 2020 and the same is escalated last week.
I have neither subscribed nor use any demat account till now.
I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account.

We customers had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank.
This is completely an unacceptable behaviour by the bank.
Kindly go through this concern and resolve this issues on priority.
I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time.

Looking forward to hearing back from you asap.
Already escalate this concern to the higher department as well but didn't get any resolution yet.
Are you guys looking for the customer patience?

During this lockdown where everyone wants to save single penny, icici deducted that much of amount with out any intimation.
I have gone through the reviews of many of the customer where they all are facing the same issues.
I need resolution on the same at the earliest.

The same I am getting from Representative that official will get in touch with you.
On April 30 I have raised this issues but didn't get any assistance from you guys.
I am adamant to raise this issues to higher authority if it's not resolved within 48 hrs.

    ICICI Bank deducting from account amount without any reason. they deducted the RS 29.50 amount multiple time without any notification. This time it is showing as POSDEC chjarge. return back my money and deposit in my account.

      My name is satish akolkar and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 2 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on april 30th 2020 and may 4th 2020. The description says:

        ecs return charges and request of refund.

        I really condemn the working style of icici bank. On 4 may 2020 icici bank have deducted two ecs return charges of rs. 590 and 589.69.in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned. Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still icici bank is not following rbi guidelines.

        Hi I have been charged about 12000rs on the name of Ecs bounce charges. Even my emi was lower amount when compare with charges. Half of the salary was charged in the name of charges.
        I have been effected a lot on this lockdown for the charges they have made.

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs. 429/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.
          Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 05 may' 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            rwdfee fraudulent transactions

            There have been two transactions on my account which weren't done by me

            RwdFee/[protected]/210320+GST
            RwdFee/[protected]/210320+GST

            I verified that all my payback rewards have been redeemed.
            These were fraudulent transactions. .

            Kindly have a look and revert my rewards and above mentioned transactions....

                    I am customer of icici bank from past 13 years, they started to debit 29.50 rupees every day from my account and it is my salary account so i don't keep sufficient amount in it. They cut 6 times till date of earlier said amount without my knowledge and don't know how much they cut. And also they have not serve us ant emergency no. And other no. S at temporary suspended due to lockdown.

                        I am using icici account and rs 826/-deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march 2020 on 29-apr-2020. I have never used my demat account till now.

                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          I work in pune. I had applied for credit card around october 2019, but didn't receive any card till date. But they keep sending bills in my mobile every month. Tried phone banking also but they dont support. They keep asking credit card number from me which i havent recieved. Now they are not even picking my calls. This is very unprofessional behavior from such reputed bank.

                            1) 5-july-2018

                              My name is akshay vyas. My account no. Is[protected] of icici bank. Posdec chg were deducted from my account on 4 may. 13 transactions of rs12.50rs were deducted 13 times. Total amount deducted is 390rs. I want to know why these charges are deducted from my account without any consent. I want to deactivate my icici bank a/c but before that i want explanation why these charges were deducted? This is a very wrong practice of icici bank.

                                  Yesterday on 3 may 2020 why my account was debited by inr 355.18 + 29.50 + 29.50 = 414.18 inr my account statement is showing it is a ecs charge and transaction date is 4 may 2020 but yesterday date was 3 may 2020 how it is possible to deduct an amount on 3 may 2020 for 4 may 2020. Please revert me as soon as possible and i have attached a file for your reference. And i want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                    I never pay any due late till date for the past 5 years...
                                    For my hpcl cc card number: [protected]

                                    For the april month... My spending is only 169rs...

                                    Rbi relax moratorium for dues... So, i think it's a very small amount... Also considered rbi relaxations... I didn't care and forgot the due of rs 169 on date......
