4 times in one-month (April) money deducted from the account i ask to icici customer care and they are saying they can not give information about deduction due to corona.

Please help me to understand why this money deducted?

    I have been mailing the customer care and trying to contact them since 3rd march regarding the amount blocked by icici merchant services but there is no resolution till date.
    They have blocked by 13350/- since november 2019.
    Inspite of giving them all the details they required on mail and also contacting the nodal officer neha kirti i havent yet got my money back which is wrongfully blocked by the bank.
    Kindly request you to please check the full issue in the mail sent to u at [protected]@icicims.com from my registered email id.
    Would be happy to provide u more clarification over call as well.
    Unlike u i will pick up the call and also talk anytime u call.

        My name is roopal . Rs 826 deducted on 28 Apr 2020 from my account with remark "DP CHGS TILL MAR-20" without receiving sms of the transaction.
        Please clarify the purpose of transaction.
        Also refund it as I have not initiated any such transaction.

          I just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50... I don't know why u people deducted?

            Amount of 1180 is been debited from my account with out any notice of debiting from my account i will not leave this issue it's not the good thing u had do i need an immediate response and get back my money to my i called ur costumer care so many time i get connected only once but now it's more than u did for me saying again for me debiting my money without my permission and i paid my emis on time saying again it's a something that i didn't paid emi on time i paid all my emi. On time but on april month they didn't debted money after the due date so i paid manually my amount of emi they are say we must debit not u so we charged is this the good reason to say it's ur cause of not cutting emis on time and say it's costumer fault it's disgusting i need my money in my account i kept so many mails so many complaints no reply

            Not nothing has happened I didn't got any response from the bank I made an phone cal regarding loan emi also they said it's done by some technical issues but no problem in my payment so it's completely default of bank only I need mmy money back I didn't asked for u to give ur bank money I am asking to give my money back

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction details says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I did not even any message for deduction like others transactions. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 04th april, 2020 and same amount is deducted again on 3rd may 2020.

              Kindly look into this.

                        I have limit available but still getting transaction declined error (please refer attached photo) on my credit card! Unable to do any online transaction as it says ‘transaction is withheld due to security reasons‘ I see many people getting same issue like this. please look into this on urgent priority

                          Wanted to check why there was a debit of 590rs in my account for ECS Charges, the helpline number [protected] is chargeable and at the end of the call they tell you that they work from Monday to Friday so by the time you spend about 5 mins on navigating the options all your mobile balance is over...cheap bastards

                              Hi karan patel here. 805.36 rupees has been deducted from my account as (In[protected] dp chgs till 20 march) on 2-may-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                              Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                              Mentioned the transaction remark - in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

                              We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                              I have money deducted twice. ₹ 20 has been deducted once and ₹ 805 a second time. If this is the case then how can we trace icici bank?

                                  Last time on 22april 2020 i complained regarding the ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. Till i don't get any response from your sides. How irresponsible you are for your valued customer. Is that your good service and benifits to join as icici customer.
                                  After lockdown i will close my icici bank account and i don't want this type of irresponsible and disability services.

                                      What is going through my account every month your deducting my money without any information with the name of (Ecsrtnchgs) which is not legal i think because i have searched about this in google and have seen many people had complained about this to your bank.
                                      Last two days your bank deducted total (2600) hundred from my account you but before that also you have deducted my money many times. Do you want to earning money with your customer. I want my total money back with in one day otherwise i will complain about your bank to get my money back any where.
