My name is Barkha gopaldas Asrani
I have icici salary account since from 2016
But suddenly I have PISDEC charges which deducted from my account almost 7 times in this month.every time there is 29.50 rs deduction

    I am using icici account and rs 826/-deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march 2020 on 29-apr-2020. I have never used my demat account till now.

    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [[protected]]

      I work in pune. I had applied for credit card around october 2019, but didn't receive any card till date. But they keep sending bills in my mobile every month. Tried phone banking also but they dont support. They keep asking credit card number from me which i havent recieved. Now they are not even picking my calls. This is very unprofessional behavior from such reputed bank.

        My mother a/c in available in icici bank and rs. 1899 deducted from last two years without any notification and information (Iin/i-debit/si one), i came to know this details via passbook entry

        1) 5-july-2018
        2) 3-july-2019

        I want back my deducted amount otherwise i'll escalate this issue to next level.

        Do the needful as soon as possible.

          My name is akshay vyas. My account no. Is[protected] of icici bank. Posdec chg were deducted from my account on 4 may. 13 transactions of rs12.50rs were deducted 13 times. Total amount deducted is 390rs. I want to know why these charges are deducted from my account without any consent. I want to deactivate my icici bank a/c but before that i want explanation why these charges were deducted? This is a very wrong practice of icici bank.

              Dear team,

              Yesterday on 3 may 2020 why my account was debited by inr 355.18 + 29.50 + 29.50 = 414.18 inr my account statement is showing it is a ecs charge and transaction date is 4 may 2020 but yesterday date was 3 may 2020 how it is possible to deduct an amount on 3 may 2020 for 4 may 2020. Please revert me as soon as possible and i have attached a file for your reference. And i want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

                I'm a 5 year old icici bank customer... I own 2 credit cards also...

                I never pay any due late till date for the past 5 years...
                For my hpcl cc card number: [protected]

                For the april month... My spending is only 169rs...

                Rbi relax moratorium for dues... So, i think it's a very small amount... Also considered rbi relaxations... I didn't care and forgot the due of rs 169 on date... Inpaid that amount 9 days later...

                Today i received this month statement... When i see in very shock... They put fine and interest charges uptp rs 550...

                Wtf
                For 169... I paid that amount also... Rbi giving relaxation too... Then what is the logic behind this heavy fine... I'm too frustrated...

                I wish to close all my icici related services... Bank account... 2 credit cards... And drop out my rd+ starting plan...

                    I have been mailing the customer care and trying to contact them since 3rd march regarding the amount blocked by icici merchant services but there is no resolution till date.
                    They have blocked by 13350/- since november 2019.
                    Inspite of giving them all the details they required on mail and also contacting the nodal officer neha kirti i havent yet got my money back which is wrongfully blocked by the bank.
                    Kindly request you to please check the full issue in the mail sent to u at [protected]@icicims.com from my registered email id.
                    Would be happy to provide u more clarification over call as well.
                    Unlike u i will pick up the call and also talk anytime u call.

                        Please clarify the purpose of transaction.
                        Also refund it as I have not initiated any such transaction.

                            Amount of 1180 is been debited from my account with out any notice of debiting from my account i will not leave this issue it's not the good thing u had do i need an immediate response and get back my money to my i called ur costumer care so many time i get connected only once but now it's more than u did for me saying again for me debiting my money without my permission and i paid my emis on time saying again it's a something that i didn't paid emi on time i paid all my emi. On time but on april month they didn't debted money after the due date so i paid manually my amount of emi they are say we must debit not u so we charged is this the good reason to say it's ur cause of not cutting emis on time and say it's costumer fault it's disgusting i need my money in my account i kept so many mails so many complaints no reply

                            Not nothing has happened I didn't got any response from the bank I made an phone cal regarding loan emi also they said it's done by some technical issues but no problem in my payment so it's completely default of bank only I need mmy money back I didn't asked for u to give ur bank money I am asking to give my money back

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction details says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I did not even any message for deduction like others transactions. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 04th april, 2020 and same amount is deducted again on 3rd may 2020.

                              Kindly look into this.
