Hi karan patel here. 805.36 rupees has been deducted from my account as (In[protected] dp chgs till 20 march) on 2-may-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

Mentioned the transaction remark - in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

I have money deducted twice. ₹ 20 has been deducted once and ₹ 805 a second time. If this is the case then how can we trace icici bank?

If possible, refund my money

    I saw my ac has been deducted around 823rs saying dp chgs even though i dont have any demat account.

    Please help me. Why such thing happened.

      Last time on 22april 2020 i complained regarding the ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. Till i don't get any response from your sides. How irresponsible you are for your valued customer. Is that your good service and benifits to join as icici customer.
      After lockdown i will close my icici bank account and i don't want this type of irresponsible and disability services.

          What is going through my account every month your deducting my money without any information with the name of (Ecsrtnchgs) which is not legal i think because i have searched about this in google and have seen many people had complained about this to your bank.
          Last two days your bank deducted total (2600) hundred from my account you but before that also you have deducted my money many times. Do you want to earning money with your customer. I want my total money back with in one day otherwise i will complain about your bank to get my money back any where.

            What is limit for service charge per month for a salary account? My account is deducted with 1150 rupees as service charge, which was not deducted these many months.

            I fear to fill balance in the account as to when again these charges will be deducted. If this is not clarified, I should think if continuing being your customer.

            Before deducting any charges, do you people know whether the EMIs are paid or not. First of all check whether the EMI is paid or not, then consider to deduct the amount.

            Being such a known organization, you people have to know whether you are deducting the charges in a reasonable way.

            There is no response when called to customer care also.

            Really, very disappointing service from ICICI.

            I need the clarification as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              Amount rs 826 has bee deducted from my account as dmc/dp chgs till mar.

              I don't have demat account with you and never used, then kindly explain why amount has been deducted.

              I have tried contacting you through mail and call via imobile app.

              I want my money back at earliest as i haven't used demat and don't have demat account.

              Just now I saw one demat account linked in imobile that I have never requested and never used. No transaction found as well, is that some kind of fraud?

              For deduction as well I didnt get any prior notice and after deduction as well didnt received any message.

              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I am chetan kapadnis. 4720 rs debated from my account on 8th and 9th april,
                        2020. (590 rs x 8 transactions). I alredy report regarding this transaction
                        Issue but i am not getting any answer on this. As per government instruction to all banks, in lockdown period, no any
                        Amount debated from any account but still amount debated on 30th april
                        (339.38rs) and 1st may (250 rs.), 2nd may (98rs.) and still debate amount respectively. Screenshot i already attach
                        With this mail. So this is not good. I am very disappointed. Lot of money is debated in this 2 months. How your bank fulfill your visionary slogan?? I want my whole debated money back. This is very though situation for me and my family also.
                        Waiting for your reply. Hope my money will revert soon.

                              But from past 2years (2019 & 2020), i observed, icici deducting 826rs./- under dmc charges.
                              I have neither applied for demat account nor bank has intimated me about this.
                              How can bank automatically activate demat accounts without customer confirmation?
                              This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
                              Kindly refund me the amount.
