Dear sir, madam,

This is shobha, i have been holding account with icici bank from last 5 + year. Icici bank has charged me for mab, even without sending any prior message or indication. If they would have intimated, i would have kept the account healthy. As per rbi guidelines they should message/mail me before levying such charges. Please take action against them if it is against rbi guidelines.

Dear sir,
I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marra thalli bangalore.
Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs. 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 02nd march, 02nd april & 01st may 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. The transaction happened today on 1st may 2020.

      I have trusted icici for security, but this seems even icici is not secure.. Please look into the matter, this may be the case of security breach..

        Hello sir/ma'am,

        I want to raise a complain against icici bank because they are deducting multiple time ecs penalty amount from my account for a single loan. I want to share the information, i took one loan with third party finance company (Shubh loans) and my emi date was for every month on 5th but due to some problems every month i'm paying my emi's with late payment charge on 7th. The only thing which i want to highlight if i'm paying my emi and late payment fee on 7th then why my bank deducting 4 to 5 times late payment charge/ecs penalty in every month also the ecs penalty amount is very high as they are deducting 590 rs into 5 times against the loan amount 22000 approx please check and do the needful as they are taking the big amount from my salary without any explaination.

          lien marked on amount without reason

          Lien is marked on my account without any mention of reason.
          I don't have credit card pending dues or I don't have loan, with ICICI.

          I made 2 UPI transactions, both transaction amounts are under lien and I could not utilise them.
          Sender account is also mine....

          Hi,
          The lockdown period is running in india. The all banks give different type facilities to customer this type. But unfortunately icici bank deduct additional charges in my account. The bank deduct jan to april amount. The one amount is 1th payment jan 28th 826rs rs.2nd payment 18th march payment 402rs, 3rd payment 19th march 420rs, 4th payment 30th march 706rs 5th payment 30th march 973rs 6th payment 15rs + 88rs +280 + 100 rs total 3810/- why is deduct these charges when country facing lockdown. Please refund my money 3810/- rs as soon as possible
          My salary is 13500 i have pay lot emis nearly 20000 thousand

          Plz refund my money nearly 4000/ —
          That's why i am not mateine my balance also

            The lockdown period is running in india. The all banks give different type facilities to customer this type. But unfortunately icici bank deduct ecs return in my account. The bank deduct march and april amount. The one amount is 590 rs. Why is deduct these charges when country facing lockdown. Please refund my 1180 rs as soon as possible.

              I am using a amazon pay icici credit card. My statement generation date is on 6th day of the month and 23rd is due date. This month I made full payment on 17th April 2020 which is 6 days prior to due date. But I failed to understand why ''AUTO DEBIT FEE 450 Rupees with 18% gst of 81 Rupees'' levied when i have paid the full payment well in advance. I also mailed this issue to bank but no response received from them yet. kindly request to look into this issue. I'm not gonna pay this wrongful charge.

              I e-mailed my concern two times to icici bank. But I think Bank is not willing to resolve my concern. Received a reply yesterday from icici bank that they can't help me through email due to lockdown and they didn't mentioned anything regarding my concern and other options for resolving my issue. Pathetic customer service by icici bank. I'm not gonna let it go. I'll file a complaint in consumer court after lockdown for sure.

                    ecsr deduction- an amount debited from my account for unknown reason

                    Hi,
                    An amount for ECSR charge deducted from my account.
                    This bank is one of the worst bank i have ever seen. Unnecessarily deducting amount from my account during the COVID-19 pandemic. I want my money back. If you can't provide better service atleast don't create problem for customer. On the other hand I was unable to pay just 500 rupees credit card bill you people have charged me 500 other for the same. What kind of calculations...

                    Today this worst bank icici has deducted 606.78 rupees again from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20). I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till ever.

                    Also i did not get any deduction email/msg on my registered mobile.

                    And this is happening second time with me.

                    Below mentioned are the time and amount and i need a proper reason on that deductions.

                    Mentioned the transaction id : [protected] dp chgs till mar-20
                    [ deducted on 4/30/2020, 606.78/- ]

                    Mentioned the transaction id : [protected] dmc dp chgs till mar-20
                    [ deducted on 4/28/2020, 219.22/- ]

                    Kindly refund the money asap as i have never used dmat of this worst bank. Even never requested them to open any.

                        My icici account got debited Rs. 2359.20 by different transactions with the name of ECSRTNCHG charges with out any email or sms I'm trying to contact the bank customer care but they are not responding. Why is this happening? How can you do this to a customer with out informing anything to him/her. I am getting irritated for these kind of activities and i want to change my salary account to some other bank

                          When i checked by statement i found out that 826
                          Rs have been deducted from my account when i google dp chgs i found it was for some demat account but i have never opened a demat account in icici bank so how can you charge me for that... Also i didn't get any confirmation about this transaction nor a msg that some amount has been deducted... This not acceptable if i haven't seen it it would have unnoticed
                          Icici is big name in banking this thing is not acceptable please refund my money asap. My registered mobile number is [protected] and the transaction id is in[protected]

                            Hi i'm bipin prasad,

                            ₹826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp ghgs till mar-20) on 30-april-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                            Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici bank

                            We people are here because of trust towards icici bank, i'm your oldest customer, but this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici bank. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                            Kindly refund my money at asap.

                              I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. Also, my demat account in icici is not active now. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                Hi team,

                                I have an complain on icici bank.

                                As i have gone through my transactions today i came to know that the charges of rs. 826.00 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march-20 on april 28, 2020.

                                I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account.

                                We customers had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank.

                                This is completely an unacceptable behaviour by the bank.
                                Kindly go through this concern and resolve this issues on priority.
                                I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time.

                                Looking forward to hearing back from you asap.

                                    As per subject rs.826 debit from my account on 28/04/2020, i did not receive any msg or call from the bank regarding this deduction. Today i had checked my account balance, that time i got it this deduction. Please check below narration has mentioned in my statement - dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20
                                    So i request you please refund my amount as soon as possible.
