I am getting an error of account blocked/frozen when i try to transfer funds to another bank account.

Also to let you know i have recently opened my account and my salary have been credited to the account as well, due to lockdown i don't have access to banking kit and when i check my internet banking then i could see the balance and also add payee but i can't transfer the fund.

Reason to raise this complaint here is that i have tried to reach out through customer care but no response due to covid and even no email id where i can raise this issue. Hence this forum

I have faced the same problem and I visited the bank for KYC and now my account has been unfreezed.
But I want to know about the credit transactions that have been declined during this frozen period.
When will they get get credited into my account.

    I want to draw your kind attention towards the above tax saving bond for rs 20000 which maturity dated was 11/03/2010
    But i have not received the maturity amount till date.

    Ref. My tax saving bond -012005-tbs-two off rs 20000 bearing certificate no. -34175, bond holder (Protected) destructive no. (Protected) dated 02/04/2005.

    My correspondence address has also been changed. So kindly send the maturity amount to my below noted address.

            Rs 826.00 Debited from bank account without any alert. I am going through worst condition due to Covid -19.
            There is lockdown in India more than 30 days. I am not availing any DMC icici bank service . So I am requesting you to kindly do the needful and refund the amount ASAP

              Hi anjana here. 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 28-apr-2019. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

              Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

              Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

              We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

              Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                I am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 588 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                       I am arun, an amount of 646.57 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till mar-20 on 28th april 2020

                      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                      I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

                        I am Earnest Coutinho, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my ICICI bank saving account in the name of dp chgs on 28th April 2020, Transaction ID SB498800 dtd 28th April, 2020. Requesting the bank to kindly arrange for a refund. I have not used any such facilities to incur such deductions.

                            I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But present year, they deducted 826 (Till mar-2020) from my account. I don’t want to lost my money. I want my money back. Kindly do this as soon as possible and inform me what is this “dmc/in[protected] dp chgs” charges and how bank people are deducting our amount without our permission. Please refund the amount.in this critical time why is this happening and deducting money from account without any prior notice.

                                I have a demat account in icici bank for 1 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar '20 — inr 826 when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                  My amount 826 debited from my account, and debited on the name of transaction is DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL M AR-20. customer care is not working now on this lock down. i attached the image also. i dont understand why the deduction happened on my account. and no response from customer care. and i think they are doing purposely on this lock down period so no one can contact customer care and unable to visit branch so long from me.

                                      I really want to tell about this unknown activity, the amount of rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited since january 26, 2020 and after that 26 of every month. I guess it is an fraud activity. Could you please assist me regarding this.
