Twice the money have been deducted in April of around 500rs two times.
There is no information through sms or mail or cal regarding this and need the amount back to reversed back to account.

    My icici account got debited Rs. 2359.20 by different transactions with the name of ECSRTNCHG charges with out any email or sms I'm trying to contact the bank customer care but they are not responding. Why is this happening? How can you do this to a customer with out informing anything to him/her. I am getting irritated for these kind of activities and i want to change my salary account to some other bank

      Hi
      When i checked by statement i found out that 826
      Rs have been deducted from my account when i google dp chgs i found it was for some demat account but i have never opened a demat account in icici bank so how can you charge me for that... Also i didn't get any confirmation about this transaction nor a msg that some amount has been deducted... This not acceptable if i haven't seen it it would have unnoticed
      Icici is big name in banking this thing is not acceptable please refund my money asap. My registered mobile number is [protected] and the transaction id is in[protected]

        Hi i'm bipin prasad,

        ₹826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp ghgs till mar-20) on 30-april-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici bank

        We people are here because of trust towards icici bank, i'm your oldest customer, but this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici bank. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

        Kindly refund my money at asap.

          I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. Also, my demat account in icici is not active now. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

            Hi team,

            I have an complain on icici bank.

            As i have gone through my transactions today i came to know that the charges of rs. 826.00 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march-20 on april 28, 2020.

            I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account.

            We customers had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank.

            This is completely an unacceptable behaviour by the bank.
            Kindly go through this concern and resolve this issues on priority.
            I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time.

            Looking forward to hearing back from you asap.

                As per subject rs.826 debit from my account on 28/04/2020, i did not receive any msg or call from the bank regarding this deduction. Today i had checked my account balance, that time i got it this deduction. Please check below narration has mentioned in my statement - dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20
                So i request you please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Fyi i have not any used demat account service from your bank.

                    Hi my name is anupam singh and i hold a salary account with icici bank indirapuram branch in ghaziabad. My salary account was created in february 2019 and along with that a demat account was linked to my salary account and i was told that its a free account and it will never be charged..
                    I have never traded in any kind of securities using icici's demat account and never intended to. So that's i never bothered to close the demat account as it was free (As per your executive).

                    Now in the month of april 2020, 2 amounts rs.201 and rs.624 have been deducted from my account in lieu of so called dp charges (Screenshots attached with the mail).
                    First of all bank doesn’t hold any right to deduct any charges without prior notice to the customer. Secondly, how can you even think of charging me of a service which i have never availed.

                    I want you to credit the deducted amount into my salary account, else i will be forced to close my salary account in icici bank, which i can easily do as i two other active accounts in hdfc bank and punjab national bank.

                                Hi sir,
                                Icici bank debited 1170 rs nearly ony account in the form of ecsrtnchg charges.
                                Customer service is not available even mail also.
                                Every time they cut some charges on my account and they said their stupid reasons and convey customers.
                                They cheated the people in the form of charges which we don't know.
                                Please help me to get back my money.

                                  I am S.Kirubanandan. I have Icici debit card now two months we had some cash deduction issues from vin google services.it’s monthly deduct 75 rupees for last two months so please refund the amount and stop the service...Thanks.

                                    dmc dp charges march 2020

                                    Myself srilatha k, i have been with icici bank since 2018. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till mar-20 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far....

                                      My name is om aakash gupta. I have a account in icici bank and it is up and running but suddenly they deducted rs 826 without any notice and they mentioned that dp chgs till march-20. I dont even know what is dp and they have deducted my money. I want my money back. When i call to the bank there is no option to reach to them due to ivr issue.
                                      This is a complete fraud if this thing is happening by a good reputated bank
