    I am the a/c holder of icici bank. Now they have charged ₹ 689.98 under this category dcardfee3563mar20-feb21+gst
    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

      I am Tasleem Khan . 772.42 Rupess has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS till March 20 DMC charge on 28.04.2020. I don't no about DMC/ DP charge and I have not activated any service on my savings account. I haven't received any deduction massage to my mobile. I want justice and return back my money in bank account.

        Hi i am venkata akhil goud here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 30th apr-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        I want my money back i haven’t use icici demat account till date and i didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

          Hi team,

          I am baibhav.
          I have complain about icici bank.
          As i have gone through my transactions today i came to know that the charges of rs 826.00 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march-20 on april 28, 2020.
          I have neither subscribed nor use any demat account till now.
          I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account.

          We customers had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank.
          This is completely an unacceptable behaviour by the bank.
          Kindly go through this concern and resolve this issues on priority.
          I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time.

          Can you please let me know the reason for delay?
          I tried to reach customer support via emails and call but got revert that due to the precautionary measures undertaken for our officers in the wake of Corona virus outbreak, we are currently unable to assist you through E-mail.
          I need resolution on that concern at the earliest.

              I do not have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar 20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account just after bank representative had close the account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [[protected]]

              Mr. Harsh has open the Demat account and he was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged.

                I've done a recharge of amount 298 on 29 april 2020 00:42 the i mobile app showed successful but i haven't got any confirmation msg neither my money got refunded pls help me in this issue.

                    Hello my name is pradeep jadhav m having a icici account[protected]. There are 2 deduction from my account in same month 17th april 2020 Rs 590 & on 29 april 2020 Rs 587.82 i don't understand which kind of deduction it is. I have called serveal time in customer care but no response. If your not willing to inform customer before any kind of a deduction m happy to close mine as well my all accounts from my family.

                            I am getting an error of account blocked/frozen when i try to transfer funds to another bank account.

                            Also to let you know i have recently opened my account and my salary have been credited to the account as well, due to lockdown i don't have access to banking kit and when i check my internet banking then i could see the balance and also add payee but i can't transfer the fund.

                            Reason to raise this complaint here is that i have tried to reach out through customer care but no response due to covid and even no email id where i can raise this issue. Hence this forum

                            I have faced the same problem and I visited the bank for KYC and now my account has been unfreezed.
                            But I want to know about the credit transactions that have been declined during this frozen period.
                            When will they get get credited into my account.

                              I want to draw your kind attention towards the above tax saving bond for rs 20000 which maturity dated was 11/03/2010
                              But i have not received the maturity amount till date.

                              Ref. My tax saving bond -012005-tbs-two off rs 20000 bearing certificate no. -34175, bond holder (Protected) destructive no. (Protected) dated 02/04/2005.

                              My correspondence address has also been changed. So kindly send the maturity amount to my below noted address.

                                      Rs 826.00 Debited from bank account without any alert. I am going through worst condition due to Covid -19.
                                      There is lockdown in India more than 30 days. I am not availing any DMC icici bank service . So I am requesting you to kindly do the needful and refund the amount ASAP
