account locked/frozen

Hi team,

May i know why my account being locked?

And nobody from bank ever informed me about the same, i came to know while transferring amount from other bank account.

A few days ago i started using icici bank services but after this i will think twice before using it anymore.

In such unprecedented times we have to face this which is very sad....

This is to inform you, i deepika tuli is holding saving account in icici bank[protected] and have 2 loan installments under ecs from idfc bank for the amount of 6480/ and 3514/- i have availed the facility of 2 months moratorium from idfc first for the period of april and may and was given the moratorium for the said period, but still the amount of rs 589/. And 410/- on[protected] under ecsrtnchg060420_sr67656 and ecsrtnchg01_020420_sr67 has been deducted from my account for no reason, i would request the management of icici bank to look into the matter and i expect deducted amount should get credited in same account asap.

    Unauthorized transaction on my debit card was done.I didn't receive any OTP or intimation prior, and the amount was deducted.I have checked for there is no auto payment or other instance. please resolve and refund the debited 1034.32Rs/-.

      Vsi amazon debit
      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 24th may, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        Hi sir/ mam,

        I have been a loyal customer of icici bank since 7+ years and have been using this icici credit cardwith number [protected], since then.

        I have never missed my emis.

        Till june 2019, my emis was auto debiting from bank account on 26th of each month and hence, i didn't get any late fees charges till then.

        However, things changed when i closed that bank account.

        Having less knowledge on financial matters, i had called icici call representative and she had told me that the last date for my emi payments is last working day of each month.

        Now, i had started giving emis manually from july 2019 while keeping in my mind the conveyed last date of payment which was 30th/ 31th of each month.

        I have paid emis on the following dates:

        S. No billing cycle for which payment was made date of payment late fees charged incl gst
        1 8 june 2019 to 8 july 2019 29th july rs 590
        2 8 aug 2019 to 8 sep 2019 29th sep rs 590
        3 8 sep 2019 to 8 oct 2019 29th oct rs 590
        4 8 oct 2019 to 8 nov 2019 30th nov rs 590
        5 8 nov 2019 to 8 dec 2019 31th dec rs 590
        6 8 dec 2019 to 8 jan 2020 27th jan 2020 rs 590
        7 8 jan 2020 to 8 feb 2020 27th feb 2020 rs 590
        8 8 feb 2020 to 8 march 2020 26th march 2020 rs 590

        Total rs 4720

        Refer attached snapshots of the same in the attachments.

        All these months, icici bank never smsed me about these late payment charges.

        I also never bothered to check credit card statmemnts as i had blind trust in icici bank and its employees.

        However, i was recently shocked to learn that i have been charged late fees for paying emis late by 1 or 2 0r 3 days (As in actual, due payment date is 26th of every month), which was only due to communication error from your icici call representatives.

        Keeping in mind that i am a loyal customer of icici who has never missed his emis, i would urge you to kindly, refund me all the late fees charges that i have paid to the bank all these months, amounting to rs 4720 (Rs 590*8months).

          From my account, an amount of Rs. 999 was debited for an amazon payment with the tag VSI*AMAZON ST. I'm a prime user for the last 2 months and it membership fee was already paid. It is not due for renewal also. The said amount was debited without my knowledge. Please immediately refund the money ASAP. Transaction reference number is [protected]

            Hi team,

            Four times money has been deducted from my account two times on 20th april 2020 and on 24th april again two time.

            I have never done such transaction but lost total 420+79+799+799=2097/- and i want my money back.

            Your bank is too much insecure and can't handle the fraudsters.

            Fraud transaction details attached.

            I expect necessary steps against fraudsters and want my money back.

              My amount was successfuly refund from Amazon on 2 of April as per bank policy amount should’ve reflect within a five working days and five working days completed but amount not reflect yet and the amount refrence number is 787149 provided by amazon.

                  Website: I am complaining about late fee charges

                  My credit card no is xxxx4004. For month of march i got a bill of rs6871.39p. A check of rs 6900/ was drawn on sr postmaster, sansad marg, head post office and dropped on 24th march at kishen ganj branch of icici. On getting recorded messages of non payment, i checked with sr postmaster. According to him the check was received by him on 16th april and cleared on the same day. I have been fined for delayed payment. The amount is about rs 2000/. I had gone on 24th march when delhi was locked down. Considering the special circumstances and my past record, the fine and late fee charges may please be waived off. If it is not possible to waive off the charges, i would like to surrender the card.

                        I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.

                          I have received refund on 29th and another refund after few days. I have tried many times to reach customer support. After complaining on social site, some email came to provide for reference number which i replied immidiately. But after than no one came back.

                            I have a salary account with ICICI Bank, In the month of April my account was debited of ECS Return Charges of 550.43, 590 and 39.57 on 9th, 15th and 18th April, 2019 respectively. I don't have any EMI, No leans, no credit card or any thing, I would like to have an explanation regarding this.

                                  Greetings from icici bank.

                                  A purchase of inr 79.37 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx826 on 24-apr-20. Info: vin*google prox.

                                  The available balance in your account is inr 2, 634.77.

                                  Unathorsized transaction near about 79.37/ rs, 50 times with in 30 minutes
                                  So near about 5000/rs deducted from my account. So it was very dangerous.

                                    Carried out transaction on amazon with icici credit card. Orders got cancelled on amazon due to covid. Refund processed by amazon. But icici bank not refunding amount to my credit card.

                                      This is reference to credit card which was allotted to me last year with statement that "no annual fees" and till now i have not use this card but i have received bill on each month of rs. 5520/-
                                      I have raised this issue to concern department with below mention sr no. But there is no any resolution i received till now. Customer care said that cpp policy availed by me but i have not avail any policy if you have any acceptance of me regarding this then pls share with me or i will escalate it legally further.
                                      Sr no:[protected]/01/2020 with umesh, resolution time given 5 days
                                      Mr umesh said that to pay amount of rs. 950/- and rest of the amount will waived off agaist above sr but still there is no any resolution i got.
                                      Sr no:[protected] dated 20/03/2020 with mohd r iyaz khan, resolution time given -10 days
                                      Issue is still exist, and days to day late fees are adding on the statement. I have chased several times to customer executive to get it completed but its not done till now,
                                      Highly appreciate if the issue resolve instantly or i will escalate it legally.
                                      I will not pay any outstanding amt against this statement.
