I paid my EMI amount using UPI this month 20th.
Today, the amount got debited again from my savings account with some cheque transaction. I am literally left with no money in my bank account right now. Please look into this ASAP

      Dear customer,

      Greetings from icici bank.

      A purchase of inr 79.37 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx826 on 24-apr-20. Info: vin*google prox.

      The available balance in your account is inr 2, 634.77.

      Unathorsized transaction near about 79.37/ rs, 50 times with in 30 minutes
      So near about 5000/rs deducted from my account. So it was very dangerous.
      It happened on 24/04/20 at mid 2:45 am

        Carried out transaction on amazon with icici credit card. Orders got cancelled on amazon due to covid. Refund processed by amazon. But icici bank not refunding amount to my credit card.

          This is reference to credit card which was allotted to me last year with statement that "no annual fees" and till now i have not use this card but i have received bill on each month of rs. 5520/-
          I have raised this issue to concern department with below mention sr no. But there is no any resolution i received till now. Customer care said that cpp policy availed by me but i have not avail any policy if you have any acceptance of me regarding this then pls share with me or i will escalate it legally further.
          Sr no:[protected]/01/2020 with umesh, resolution time given 5 days
          Mr umesh said that to pay amount of rs. 950/- and rest of the amount will waived off agaist above sr but still there is no any resolution i got.
          Sr no:[protected] dated 20/03/2020 with mohd r iyaz khan, resolution time given -10 days
          Issue is still exist, and days to day late fees are adding on the statement. I have chased several times to customer executive to get it completed but its not done till now,
          Highly appreciate if the issue resolve instantly or i will escalate it legally.
          I will not pay any outstanding amt against this statement.

            Hi,
            There are 2 cancelled transactions made through my ICICI bank VISA credit card number ending with 0010, where refunds have been processed on 14th April 2020 but still amounts are not reflecting in my account.
            First Refund Reference # 006750 is of amount Rs 14412.00 and second Refund Reference # 515646 is of amount Rs 8781.00 both made on Amazon for flight booking which got cancelled due to Covid-19. Unable to contact customer care as calls are never getting connected.
            Please do the needful.

                  Amazon had issued a refund of Rs 370 on 31st march 2020 in my credit card account ending with 7003(last four digits). The refund reference number is 158078. This amount has not been credited yet.

                      My personal loan EMI towards ICICI Bank is debited twice this month on April 11th and on 13th.

                      I tried all means to connect with ICICI customer service to rectify and but all efforts in vain. Raised service requests and all are closed without any solution.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have got the home loan from iifl house loan india. I am paying the loan due on 10th of the every month. I am regularly paying my emi, but due to covid-19 pandemic, i haven't gotten sufficient funds because of low earning due to pandemic, my account is not having sufficient funds but ecs is continuously decuducting amount from my account till now total of rs 1178 deducted from my account. But in the evening i am getting message that your ecs. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen?                             ecsrtnchg debit of inr 590

                            I was supposed to pay my emi to sbi merchant on april 10th, 2020 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually on april 18th, 2020 to the respective merchant account number. On april 21st, 2020 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can...

                            on 07th Mar'2020 charged on the name of ECSRTNCHGS rs.590.00 with transaction ID S64088891.

                            the above both are deducted without any information.

                                  Today on 22/04/2020 2:00pm i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 199 rs has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account on 22-04-20. Info: vsi*amazon stan.
                                  I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of 199rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call.

                                    I'm a icici bank customer. Today 22.04.2020 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They're hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     I have cancelled an order from Amazon on dt 14/02/20 and a refund of ₹25687 has been initiated from Amazon on 16/02/20.But ICICI has not refunded the ount into my card and charging me emi for the same.I have collected the refund reference number with ICICI.
                                    But it's been 2 months since I am following.

                                    I have put a mail to their head service quality as well as other relevant networks but the customer care executives keep on telling me to visit bank.Whenever I go there the bank officials say that there is no credit card section in here.
                                    So I am stuck badly.

                                    I have all the evidences with me.
                                    In need I will knock at the door of consumer forum.
