I want to bring it to your notice, that there has been an unauthorised transaction of rs.91.99 from my account to amazon vsi. I am not a subscriber of amazon vsi, so there is no question of automatic renewal payment. I contacted the bank for help, but all they did was freezing my account temporarily and asking me to contact amazon customer care. I did the same and was instructed to mail them certain details so that they could look into the problem. But when i sent them the details, it says that i cannot reply to the sender. My problem still remains unsolved. Please help.
