Hi,

My account has been debited with a comment "ecsrtnchg030420_sr[protected]gst" multiple times. A sum of 500rs got debited. It is my salary account, which is zero balance account. Please explain why so. I neither took any credit card nor any personal loan.

    I cancelled one of my order on 24th march as it was lost during deliver, i received message that refund initiated on 31st march. However the refund still doesn't reflect in my icici amazon credit card. The refund was of 2472.15. Which is strange. Cause there was another refund done on 2nd april which is showing in card. I don't know whose fault it is. I tried calling to customer care and tried dropping email on which i received reply saying we are not working due to lockdown

      Hello sir,
      Due to lockdown in country because of Corona virus, I failed to maintain required balance in my account and that's why ECS returned and charged me of rs 560.

      So, can I get back that money as currently lockdown situation is running in country.

        I want to bring it to your notice, that there has been an unauthorised transaction of rs.91.99 from my account to amazon vsi. I am not a subscriber of amazon vsi, so there is no question of automatic renewal payment. I contacted the bank for help, but all they did was freezing my account temporarily and asking me to contact amazon customer care. I did the same and was instructed to mail them certain details so that they could look into the problem. But when i sent them the details, it says that i cannot reply to the sender. My problem still remains unsolved. Please help.

              I have salary account of icici bank.

              Icici bank charged me 2400 (590*4) for my four lic policies (Four ecs).

              This happen because of my lic ecs bounce.

              Due to corona we received late salary.
              This amount is very high.

              Even my ecs of one of. Policy is 1021 amount. Still. They charged, 590 for that also

                  Icici bank usually takes loan from my citi union bank ramapuram, but this month inspite of money presence in the account they didnot took the money and which lead to increase in credit. I went and asked the manager on 13.4.20 about this he was not responding to help me. Yet i came and checked the loan amount in home that same day afternoon and i paid 8741 rupees online through the same citi union bank account. With 400 rupees extra without my mistake.

                  Today i checked the loan account it is saying i have to pay 918 rupees. I went to bank at 2.30pm the manager told wait till monday and you can ask the loan authority. What for?? For whose mistake should i pay??

                  I attach the statement of citi union bank and bank balance was there on 10th april you can check it.
                  And i attach the screenshot of demanding me to pay again 918 rupees.
                  And i need anwser for the money which i paid 400 rupees extra.

                    I am forced to lodge this complaint as i have seen deductions 10, 000 due to ecs transfer. I had five sip's
                    It happened that for some times that i had not maintained sufficient balance for my sip. But owing to that icici is deducting charges from my account without any notice.                     Also after deduction for ECS without any notification and doing it suddenly, there was no sms alert and emails. Also no way to know what charges are pending. This is a way to provide service. You don't know what is happening, and what charges are still pending. Please help and me on this. My sip was only of RS 1000 and i am getting charged for RS 350-500 per translation. I am a middle class person who value his money. please help me on this issue

                    Icici is not refunding money though

                    - Bank didn't notified me that to stop ECS
                    - My account balance was not negative
                    - No notice from bank on pending charges
                    - Got to know when i deposit 10000 rupees, all money debited without any notice and no SMS of debited amount.
                    - No way to check pending ECS charges
                    - I feel if i didn't notice this issue, it would have gone ahead with many more months. As banks just watching joy of charges piling up.
                    - For SIP of RS 1000, i have been charged heavily, Not affordable for common man like me.
                    I had no way to understand what was happening. Please help me out of this as ICICI is not refunding money.

                            I have order one smartphone on 22 march 202 from amazon through emi from icici credit card. Later i have canceled the order on 3rd april 2020 due to lockdown and refund has been initiated on dated 13 april 2020 as per amazon customer care.

                              I would like to bring it to your kind notice that an amount of rs. 169/- is being deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon st. I have tried to speak to the concerned officials in icici but they suggest that i speak to the customer care number. However, i have not been able to get the issue solved.
                              I have not authorised the said recurring deduction and neither do i get any otp for the said deduction/transaction. Thus, i am surprised that every month (For the past 6 or 7 months or perhaps more) the said sum of rs. 169 is getting deducted. My request now is to stop the deduction forthwith and to refund the money which has been deducted in an unauthorised fashion. I am surprised so as to why no otp is required for such a deduction.

                              Kindly assist me regarding this. Any further information if required would be furnished in the due course.

                                Hi, i have ordered a product from the icici amazon pay credit card in amazon.in and cancelled it as the delay in delivery due to the current situation. I have to receive refund of rs 737 from bank. I have checked with amazon and they said that they have initiated a refund and will be credited with in 2 days. It has been almost 20 days but i could nt get any refund to my account. I tried to call up customer care but no response. Please let me know what to be done for this. I'm ready to share the details of the transaction if necessary.

                                    I had made some transactions using the icici bank credit card, and cancelled later due to delayed delivery (Due to covid19).

                                    I haven't received the refund yet (More than 17 working days have passed). Request you look asap on this. Please refer the confirmation email received from the seller.
