My account has been kept lien marked even after paying the emi. The customer care is also not available. I tried contacting the few people who provided loan but they also were of no help.in a lockdown situation like this it is very difficult to survive. And also the banks can't hold any funds at this time. Please release the lien marked amount

    Respected madam/sir,

    I need your help in refund regarding issue. I did some transactions to amazon website. For some reason order cancelled and amazon has initiated refund process for my transactions. But still i didn't get refund of my transactions.

    24th mar, 2020 there were two transactions for amount rs. 9992 & rs. 9993

    I got refund reference number from amazon customer care.

    Please find attached screenshot from amazon transaction history.

    I tried to contact customer care of icici but no luck with it maybe due to lockdown.

    I also sent two emails to icici but no response with it till the date.

      Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~ with this statement my amount is deducted without any reason. Guys please refund my amount in my account you should understand the situation of covid 19 but you are creating problem for your customer without any reason.           Refund was initiated more than 15 days ago, and still no response from the bank.
          i am unable to reach any of the ICICI bank support models.
          No response from ICICI on emails, Phonecalls, twitter.

            I opened a salaried saving bank account with icici in december 2019. Recently, i got an email stating that my demat account has been opened. I never requested for a demat account, never even gave any consent or permission to open a demat account.
            Now, i have recently started getting phone calls from bank executive compelling me to invest money into that demat account. This is height of fraudulent activities.

            I feel this is happening with a lot of customers; this is kind of a scam where bank opens fraudulent account to boost their revenues; similar thing happened in us at wells fargo.

            When i reached out to icici stating that i need to close both demat and saving account, they asked me to visit the home branch and i feel they are going to charge me without any reason.

I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please tell me what the charge it is.                 I haven't received the refund yet (More than 15 working days have passed). Request you look asap on this. Please refer the confirmation email received from the seller.

                    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                        I have got the Personal Loan from AXIS Bank.I am requesting axis bank to Hold my 3 month Future EMI As per the Recent Guidelines by RBI declared on 27th March 2020.
                        I sent mail to axis bank and they approved also. My Account got debited with 590 Rs as ECSRTNCHG.Please refund my amount and do needful.
                        I am old customer of icici bank but not satisfying icici bank rules.this is not first time so many times same issues i am faced.

                            I have savings account and paylater account in icici and the bank deducted amount as lien and after payment of laylater i am unable to do any transactions as well as after paying of amount its more than 24 working hours but they are not removing my lean amount. They are taking long time to remove lien and release the lien to my account.

                                  Hi icici bank is charging reward fee rs 29.5 every month without my permission. I have not redeemed anything then why do you charge

                                  My cid is given above in the subject line and i can see that the amount is deducted on 28/2/2020 and 9/4/2020,

                                  Please reverse these charges asap and any such amount deducted without authorisation in the past asap

                                  Also please take necessary action please such that the amount deducted gets reverse and no deduction for reward fee is given in future. I do not require any points on card

                                    My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

                                    Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX535 on 13-Apr-20.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 4, 239.53.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 535 to [protected]

                                    I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

                                    Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like to know why it happened and it must be resolved.
