    My name is is saurabh and icici has deducted my last 150 rupees unfortunately and without knowing or giving any notification nowadays virus covid-19 is going and they are stealing money from lots of accounts my request is to please refund the money so we can use it it at this emergency situation if you want to deduct the money you can deduct after the lockdown is over

      Today on 22/04/2020 2:00pm i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 199 rs has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account on 22-04-20. Info: vsi*amazon stan.
      I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of 199rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call.

        unfair transaction ecsrtnchg

        I'm a icici bank customer. Today 22.04.2020 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They're hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         I have cancelled an order from Amazon on dt 14/02/20 and a refund of ₹25687 has been initiated from Amazon on 16/02/20.But ICICI has not refunded the ount into my card and charging me emi for the same.I have collected the refund reference number with ICICI.
        But it's been 2 months since I am following.

        I have put a mail to their head service quality as well as other relevant networks but the customer care executives keep on telling me to visit bank.Whenever I go there the bank officials say that there is no credit card section in here.
        So I am stuck badly.

        I have all the evidences with me.
        In need I will knock at the door of consumer forum.

            I had purchased some item on amazon using the icici bank credit card, and cancelled later due to delayed delivery (Due to covid19).

            I haven't received the refund yet (More than 13 working days have passed). Request you look into this asap. Please refer the confirmation email received from the seller.

            I contacted icici bank customer care but before even transferring the call to the representative they dis-connected the call. I raised two complaints, where they never give any complaint number and also no response received.

              bank account blocked since 2 months

              On 15th mar, icici bank account #[protected]Bangalore) was blocked in indore icici branch on the basis of police complaint letter. Note: there is no fir/no court order to freeze the account.

              I have been using this account for over 8 years, till date there is not a single complaint against my account.

              Due to this blocking i haven't received my salary for last 2 months. With this pandemic covid situation...

                I have ordered product on 2nd april 2020 from amazon and cancelled on same day due to late delivery date but my refund is not credited till now.

                Refund has been initiated on dated 2nd april 2020 as per amazon customer care with reference no #[protected].

                But it is yet to process by bank i have given three time online complaint but no reply yet. It is sent [protected]@icicibank.com (Re:'icicicare=[protected].

                Kindly refund the money to my icici credit card for amount rs 29949.9.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have got the personal loan from icici bank india. I am paying the loan due every month. Since last few months i left my job so the salary was not getting credited to this account. I paid every emi amount along with all the late charges still today when i received my pension amount thousands of rupees are deducted from the account in the name of ecs. Kindly reverse those charges as i have paid all my emi and late fee charges

                    my name is apeksha singh and i have salary account in icici bank. I received my PF in my account today as i am not working since last 4 months and in the name of any random charge they deducted almost 35k rupees from my account on 21st april 2020. I want my money reversed in my account as soon as possible.

                      Esc is enabled in my account and in this pandemic situation we all are facing financial problems and I didn't pay one of my premium of lic but I paid the premium of another policy of sbi linked to my account. I didn't pay LIC premium because rbi had asked the banks to give relaxation in EMI till may.even then my account is being deducted Many times and now I have not a single penny in my account. Plz try to understand...

                        My self mohammed nadeem hussain on April 9th deduction of 590 from my account so many email to icici bank regarding this deduction of money till now there is no response due to covid we don't have money for living then deducting money from account please help me to get this amount .

                          There was deduction of mab charges from october to february which amounted to total around 4000. Though this deductions were made, i wasn't even notified once. After speaking to customer executive for more than 2hrs. He agreed to reverse 2 deductions i. E. Around 1500. Remaining amount was loss to me. Though after that i didn't close my account hoping that it was somewhere my mistake that i didn't maintain minimum balance. So after that i started maintaining proper balance. After few months when i check my passbook, i see that icici bank has started deducting mab charges again from around 3 months though i have minimum balance maintained. So i would recommend each and every person i know to not open account in icici bank or people who have already opened, i would request them close as soon as possible. Because icici bank is at worst at its customer service. It has fake reputation maintained outside that customer service is our first preference.

                              amazon refund not received

                              I have an amazon refund processed on 4th april due to the cancellation of product because of covid19. I still haven't received the refund. The payment was made using amazon icici bank credit card.

                              I have tried contacting the customer care, but none of those channels are working and from what i seen in consumercomplaints and other forums is that this is a wide spread issue.

                              I have received a mail by icici that, today the amount of rs.999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says icl/amazon stan.
