Hello icici,
I have received the refund confirmation email from amazon for my transaction. Recently i went over my credit card statement today and discovered that the refund has not been credited to my amazon pay credit card ending with 5007. Please do the needful to file the dispute. As i am not able to reach icici bank credit card on[protected] due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. For the reference, i am attaching the received amazon refund email along with the mail. Please find attached details of the transaction for your reference and do the needful to resolve the issue.

      I paid my bill 9 days before the due date. Still auto debit return fee was levied in my bill. No one is answering. All the customer service is ridiculous. What do i do? I can't pay illegitimate charges.

        I have order one smartphone on 22 march 202 from amazon through emi from icici credit card. Later i have canceled the order on 3rd april 2020 due to lockdown and refund has been initiated on dated 13 april 2020 as per amazon customer care.
        But it is yet to process by bank i have given two time online complaint but yet to get a respond and no is responding in the toll free number.
        Kindly refund the money to my credit card

          I would like to bring it to your kind notice that an amount of rs. 169/- is being deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon st. I have tried to speak to the concerned officials in icici but they suggest that i speak to the customer care number. However, i have not been able to get the issue solved.
          I have not authorised the said recurring deduction and neither do i get any otp for the said deduction/transaction. Thus, i am surprised that every month (For the past 6 or 7 months or perhaps more) the said sum of rs. 169 is getting deducted. My request now is to stop the deduction forthwith and to refund the money which has been deducted in an unauthorised fashion. I am surprised so as to why no otp is required for such a deduction.

          Kindly assist me regarding this. Any further information if required would be furnished in the due course.

            Hi, i have ordered a product from the icici amazon pay credit card in amazon.in and cancelled it as the delay in delivery due to the current situation. I have to receive refund of rs 737 from bank. I have checked with amazon and they said that they have initiated a refund and will be credited with in 2 days. It has been almost 20 days but i could nt get any refund to my account. I tried to call up customer care but no response. Please let me know what to be done for this. I'm ready to share the details of the transaction if necessary.

                I had made some transactions using the icici bank credit card, and cancelled later due to delayed delivery (Due to covid19).

                I haven't received the refund yet (More than 17 working days have passed). Request you look asap on this. Please refer the confirmation email received from the seller.

                I contacted icici bank customer care but before even talking the representative they dis-connected the call. I raised two complaints, where they never give any complaint number and also no response received.

                  I went to deposit 60 notes of 500 rs in cash deposit machine in icici pm rao road branch to my icici account. I placed 60 notes and the machine counted and displayed 58 notes in screen. I got scared and cancelled the transaction and took the notes out. The machine gave back only 56 notes. I raised a complaint in the branch and the officials say there are no extra notes in machine and it’s only 56 notes. Please help me to get my notes back.

                        I have icici bank saving account in rajkot and i went to withdraw money at atm situated at university road and i want to withdraw 20000 but message came required amount is more when my card limit is rs 50000. Why such problem? In lockdown period atm must provide money as per card limit to avoid self distance problem.                           My account got debited with 590 as ecsrtnchg.
                          This is the first time this charge is being levied.
                          I understand it has something to do with an emi on a debit card but i have undertaken no such activity in the last few months.

                            My account has been kept lien marked even after paying the emi. The customer care is also not available. I tried contacting the few people who provided loan but they also were of no help.in a lockdown situation like this it is very difficult to survive.                               I need your help in refund regarding issue. I did some transactions to amazon website. For some reason order cancelled and amazon has initiated refund process for my transactions. But still i didn't get refund of my transactions.

                                      I opened a salaried saving bank account with icici in december 2019. Recently, i got an email stating that my demat account has been opened. I never requested for a demat account, never even gave any consent or permission to open a demat account.
                                      Now, i have recently started getting phone calls from bank executive compelling me to invest money into that demat account. This is height of fraudulent activities.

                                      I feel this is happening with a lot of customers; this is kind of a scam where bank opens fraudulent account to boost their revenues; similar thing happened in us at wells fargo.

                                      When i reached out to icici stating that i need to close both demat and saving account, they asked me to visit the home branch and i feel they are going to charge me without any reason.

                                        I m icici bank customer, yesterday 15-04-20 ecsrtnchg charged 575 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please tell me what the charge it is.
