    Hi icici bank is charging reward fee rs 29.5 every month without my permission. I have not redeemed anything then why do you charge

    My cid is given above in the subject line and i can see that the amount is deducted on 28/2/2020 and 9/4/2020,

    Please reverse these charges asap and any such amount deducted without authorisation in the past asap

    Also please take necessary action please such that the amount deducted gets reverse and no deduction for reward fee is given in future. I do not require any points on card

      My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

      Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX535 on 13-Apr-20.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 4, 239.53.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 535 to [protected]

      I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

      Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like to know why it happened and it must be resolved.

        I mirdul Kumar, had taken your icic bajaj scooter bond in 1999, having certificate no 13885, and bondholders no 0013-884. Its getting maturity in 2023. I want to know the value of bond till the present date.
        What will be the value if i want to break the same bond in 1 month

              I have made an emi purchase through amazon with my icici bank credit card. Refund has been processed from amazon on 31st mar 2020. But, still it is not reflected in my account even today (13-apr-2020). Unable to contact icici customer care as the phone numbers and emails are not operational due to lockdown for covid-19. 14th april is my credit card statement due date. Please help me.

                On april 9th 2020, i was charged with 590 rs ecs penalty. I donot know why it is happening. And the surprising part is they did not even send a mail or a text after money deduction. Such a fraud bank icici is. I am going to cancel my account in this bank.

                  On 9th April 2020 almost 590 rs for two times have been debited from my account i dont know which charges these are. i did not get any message or emaail regarding that and can this much of amount can get deducted?

                    My housing loan emi towards icici home loan is directly debited from my bank of baroda savings account. This month i. E. April 2020, the emi is debited twice on 8th and again on 9th.

                    This is too, when rbi is in fact asking banks to moratorium emi, this bank is deducting it twice in a month! What a barbaric act of icici!!

                    Refund my additional emi deducted.

                        I have a car loan accountlabdn[protected] in icici bank. I have not opted for moratorium but the bank is not deducting the emi amount feom my hdfc bank & it is showing that emi has increased by another 3 months. I have paid the emi by phonepe on 12th april 2020 & aftet that it is not paid in my loan account!!
                        What the bank is thinking that forcefully the moratorium will be given?
                        I'm not willing to get moratorium facility.

                            There is deduction occour from my account without doing any trading n all even i dont know about itI need to onow ehat happen to my account why its happen and i need my money back else ill block my aacount from icci becayse everymonth these types of deduction occuring frquently why?                               Hi,
                              I have taken home loan from icici bank for under construction project (Loan application number - [protected]). Builder raises demand for each installment every month. There are total 8 installments.

                              Builder of my project has shared demand letter for 5th installment on 27th mar 20 and due date is 27 apr 20. Demand letter is enclosed.

                              I've requested for disbursement of 5th installment of my loan in icici mobile app (Reference number - 157009, snapshot enclosed).

                              I'd put up request for disbursement on 28 mar 20 and put intended disbursement date on imobile app as 3 apr 20.

                              I have been reaching out to icici team with request to disburse the amount since then but have received no response (Communication enclosed)

                              Please note that i completely rely on home loan disbursement to pay for each installment and builder is not willing to consider delay in payment of demand.

                              I have communicated to builder that icici bank is not responding to disbursement request given the covid-19 pandemic. Builder has given me a mail communicating that i need to pay installment by due date (Mail enclosed).

                              I request the concerned authorities to help me out in getting the disbursement timely. I am an honest middle-class citizen of india and pay my emis for home loan with discipline. The fact that i have converted my pre emi to emi demonstrates my consistency in home loan repayment.

                              It is my earnest submission to help me out.

                                Actually i had made some transactions using the icici bank credit card, and cancelled later due to delayed delivery (Due to covid19).

                                I haven't received the refund yet (More than 15 working days have passed). Request you look asap on this. Please refer the confirmation email received from the seller.

                                  I am shaik dawood ghani, customer of icici bank limited. Today while inspecting my statement i got to know that an unauthorized transaction refering to dp chgs till-20 has been done on 30th march, 2020 of amount 826.00 rupees. I am not aware about this transaction, i did not get any prior notice, i did not get any otp or message regarding this transaction. I am not using any demat account and i do not trade. Why money got deducted and i need immediate refund of whole amount.
