M an icici bank customer. Today 06/04/2020 ecsrtnchg charged 590, 589.98 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    I am vivek shivalli raju, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till 20 on 30th march 2020

    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

    I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

    I’ve been an account holder of ICICI bank since from 3 years. Without any prior communication they started deducted 293 rup as Dcardfee I am not aware what this fee is and why they are deducting my money from the past two months??? I want my money to be credited.

    ICICI BANK Account is freezed without any intimation or information.
    Now i am not able to withdraw any money.
    The branch is not helping and customer care service is worst customer service.

      After lockdown i was not able to loging icicibank site today when i login to check for credit card detail i saw Icici bank deducting money in this crucial situation also, after maintaining account balance then also deducting 2time my money. I want my money back or else close my account

        I ordered one ukulele from flipkart worth rs. 3899.0 on 23rd march 2020 and cancelled it on 24th. The refund was initiated from seller side on 24th itself. And it would be reflected in my bank account by 3rd april 2020 as it was written. I still now didn't get my refund. I contacted with flipkart customer care. This is the refund id cr2003240126012889766203 with reference number pzt[protected]dnzi02 and my order id was od[protected]. I tried to contact my bank with mail. They mailed back that mail services and unavailable right now and many of the time i'm not being able to connect to the customer care phone number of icici. Even though i get connected they are asking for atm pin which i'm not at all comfortable to share. My money got stuck and i'm not able to get in touch with my bank to know the status of my initiated refund. Please help me out as soon as possible. I'm waiting from 24th march for my refund.

        There was a call from consumer forum today morning and they told that they are from icici bank for refunding my money and took out Rs. 70, 000 from my account. Where should I go for my money now? I don't know what to do and why this is happening to me. Attached is the mail from their side for filling up all my bank details

        ₹ 826.00 has been deducted from my account without any prior notice, under the name DMC/IN[protected] TILL FEB-20.

        I do not have a demat account in ICICI Bank. There was no sms also after the money got deducted. This is invasion of my privacy. I want my money bank. If right explanation is not provided, i will file a case in consumer court.

          I took a cheque personally to your br. For depositing in ac no.[protected]. The cheque was for 4 lakhs and was to pay the premium for icicipru policy n0.21435880. The time and date of my visit was : 03/04/2020 :1130 hrs. The lady on the counter refused to accept the cheque and stated that i should do the transaction on line. I came back disappointed since the lady did not give me time to talk to her as well. I went to deposit the cheque for my son who is in the merchant navy and on board his ship on the high seas iam a senior citizen above seventy years of age. The payment of delay of the premium is entirely due to your staff. Please have the said cheque collected from my residence so that the premium could be paid.

              I had submitted the nps account opening request around 15 days back. I had done the e-sign as well. I had submitted all my documents online.

              Now, it says my pran is frozen due to kyc verification pending from pop or rejected.

              Pran no is[protected]. I need to get it transferred to corporate account so that i can claim additional deduction for tax purposes. Can you please get it resolved asap.

                    Rs 583.00 is being deducted in name of POSDEC / CHG as the charges are for when there is no sufficient balance in my account but i use your ATM/Debit card for payment at a store.

                    But there has never been so that i have used my ATM without sufficient balace.

                        I was checking my saving account of ICICI, when i checked it was quiet shocking that my amount has been debited without any notification or any message.
                        From my account SMAB charge has been debited without any information since last three month. this was very disappointing to me.

                        I have applied for PF on 6th of Feb.

                        When i checked upon the status in my EPFO account it shows the below status.

                        Status : Sir Your advance claim settled and amount of Rs 197000/- has already been disbursed to your KYC bank account number on 17/3/2020.

                        Upon Checking my ICICI saving account & also the statements the amount is still not credited. I have also attached the status from EPFO.

                        Because of the Covid-19, no one is reachable through the Call also.

                        Kindly analysis what actually happened.

                        Icici bank debited dcard fee 579rs from my account without even informing. They never dropped an email or message. This is illegal. They did not inform about dcard fee while getting a debit card from them.
                        I want my money back. These kind of fraudulent activities are highly not acceptable. How can I trust this bank???

                          I tried downloading the Provisional certificate for FY 2021 for my Home Loan. It didn't work. Not able to request the same even via imobile app. Then wrote an email. Received a reply saying no support will be provided for this request. download online. When its not available online, how can I download?

                          Due to lock down situation I cant go to the nearest branch to receive the same. When I am paying EMI without fail till date, why they are providing the provisional IT certificate? Due to which I cant submit my IT declaration to my employer and they are deducting huge tax from my monthly salary.
                          When all other banks are providing this facility without fail, why ICICI only has this issue. Not acceptable

                                I am vinoth kumar. 688.33 (680.07+6.26) rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till fe - 20) dp charges on 30/03/2020 & 02/04/2019. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need a refund for the same.                                 I might actually have to check all my past statement to see how many times such deduction have taken place.

                                    I have never taken any demat account from icici bank, however some amount deducted every month from icici bank account.
                                    Request to please restrict the deduction and deducted amount must be refunded
                                    Please do the needful and take action against such corrupted activity.

                                      This is ref to dp charges debited. I checked my statement n noticed the debit transaction heading ' dmc /in[protected] dp charge till feb-20’ – amount rs. 826.. While opening the dmat a/c, i was not informed about this dp charges and was told by the rep that its life time free of cost even they didnt send any message to my registered linked mobile no. For this transaction. This is totally unfair and not acceptable. They should refund the amount. Mobile no is [protected]

                                        Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 02/04/2020 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
