An an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    Last April 1 was swiped 10250...only 5486 credited...balance not credited...kindly do the needful..the reply bank side.

    Annual maintenance fee for 3 years they deduct balance amount..

    Without my knowledge how you people deduct amount for annual maintenance ...no intimation anything from your side.u deduct amc for three years..cheated service..i will going to file a case in court..i dont need amc setup..in chrona situatuion u people cheating customer valuable money ..i planned that amount for medical surgery..very worst..i need my money back..

        I have choose the mortgage optiona and after that i was realise to pay the my personal loan as per schedule.
        I tried to send three emails and chat with imobile app.

        But my personal loan amount was converted to mortgage.

        Please change it asper the scheduler of every month.
        I have attached required details to screen shots.

          Today on april 8, 2020. I received a message from icici bank saying a purchase of inr 3493 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account. Info: vin*coursra 5u3

          I am very confident that i have not registered or authorsied any transaction on any service on coursera for more than 5 years.
          I would like to have 3493 debited back into my account. Kindly help me out in this issue.

            paylater account to be closed

            I am using icici internet banking thought app. I have paylater account and i have been using that. Now i want to close that because of some reasons. To close the account i have pay the dues so, i tried to pay due., while paying i am getting some error #0084.
            Request to close the account by paying due.
            I tried to connect customer care, it was telling all the things but not related to paylater account which is part of icici internet...

              I am icici bank customer and holding a loan account with icici i had to pay emi for current month which i paid upfront logining to net banking as it was not deducted from icici
              After payment i came to know that icici has also deducted the emi for same month.

              After that i am continuously trying to contact icici to know the status no agent is contactable on the toll free since 6th april i am doing this also i mailed them the response today i receive from prachi bhogle senior management desk is as april 10 is a bank holiday i will receive response by 13 april. What kind of answer is this today is not 10 april why is such a pathetic response from a reputed bank. I need a resolution to this either you refund my payment or adjust it with coming emi but a proper response is expected or else i will escalate further query no is sr[protected]

                I had sent email regarding icici bank — icici bank-vsi/amazon stan debit.
                I got reply from customer care to sent email on [protected]@icicibank.com which seems to be invalid email.
                I am unable to send email on this as its getting failed.

                Refer below email sent on 5th april:

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction details says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I did not even any message for deduction like others transactions. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 04th april, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same

                  I took personal loan about 2 years back and locking time was 6 months. While i discussed terms and condition of personal loan, they told me no foreclosure charges and can pay anytime when i have fund for foreclosure.
                  Now when i requested bank, relationship manager mention about foreclosure charges and doing fraud by stopping me to foreclosure.in such critical condition where i am much worried about my relatives and family in india, they force me to send someone in branch when pm and cm everyone restricting to go outside the home/area. This bank and bank people are really talking no sense and harassing with their legacy process. They claim digitally connected whereas why they not allow me to foreclose my loan online. Although i kept my account for last 15 yrs and now i am literally fed up with this kind of services from icici bank. I will better shift my full financial stuff to hdfc or citi bank which are way better in online services.

                  This is to let you know that after couple of followups, finally I found Mr. Right (Hemen) in ICICI Bank who helped me more than what he can extend his support even evening and night hrs as I am in US and he supported me from India. All In All, Appreciated his assistance, Mr. Hemen Damani ( ICICI) is Mr. Right in ICICI. He saved reputation by using his best support and keeping his prudent presence in Bank. @ICICI, please keep Hemen's presence as an Asset to Bank and suggest to reward internally for his best support to remediate this Big Dispute which could lead into legal issue with bank.

                  There is no one helping on issue even sent email twice and tried to call customer care and personal banking manager. No one is helping and just lingering the issue. I have to pay hefty interest from my pocket whereas bank is still not providing online loan payment option and not even sending me Cheque book or any other arrangement.

                  NOW I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED WITH ICICI BANK SERVICE AND THEIR RUDE & LETHARGIC STAFF.

                      The transaction which was done for ₹826 by the Icici bank for the demat account charges which was not used by the single day in a whole year no call received for it not sms received also not made any email on demat account and not provide services for this too.

                          I have received one mail of bank vacancy in bandhan bank.in mail application fee was 50 rs. I have applied and go in transaction details. They asked me about my card details and last 3 digit num of my debit card then they asked about otp that i have received on my phone. After that i received mail transaction unsuccessful and also received mail 4, 950 rs debited from my account.
                          Please help. I want my money back.

                              refund on amazon pay icici credit card

                              I ordered a vivo u20 mobile in amazon online shopping for rs.10990 and got cancelled. The payment was made through amazon pay credit card. The refund was initiated on 29th march 2020. Till now i didnt received the refund. The refund reference number is #[protected]. The emi for the month is shown in the statement for paying on 14th of april 2020. If im not able to pay they will charge more. Kindly i refund my amount....

                              Dear icici

                              There is a monthly deduction of rs. 199/- from my bank account and it says that it has been paid to vsi amazon stan but i have not purchased a single thing from amazon nor have i subscribed to anything but there's still a deduction from my account. Neither do i have subscribed to amazon prime membership and also it was deducted in the previous month also.
                              I request you to please look into it and contact the responsible authority or with amazon to please resolve the issue asap or i can take some serious actions and refund my amount asap.
                              Total deduction of 398 rs has been made from my bank account.

                                  I had made an payment of credit card bill on 2nd of april and it is still not reflected.
                                  The due date is of 7 th of april and do not wish to be an defaulter.
                                  Do take care of the matter.
                                  I had made the payment from axis bank savings account and the amount had been deducted from the account.
                                  I have been waiting for the payment to be reflected from the 2nd of april and it has been more than 3 working days that the payment is not reflected.
                                  I have no idea what to do now regarding this.
                                  This was definetely not expected from the largest psu for sure.
