I am kavitha r, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed...

I have a federal bank fastag account. Every time i recharge my fastag account the amount gets debited from my bank account but does not get credited to the fastag account. I availed icici demat account service about 13 years back and hardly used for few months. While opening the demat account, i was told that it was going to be free of charge by the agent, however recently icici has deducted rs.826/- from my account claiming it to be dp charges till dec-19. This is totally unacceptable as they didn't inform me about this when i created the account. Request for refund to my account....

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from not even 10 days,
Now they have charged rs. 177 today under this category dcardf something
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
How can you deduct something without any prior information.
Its not been a month and this things have started.
Get a look into this and revert asap as to what type of charge you have deducted from my account....

In my account there was fraud imps transaction happened on Nov 11.2019 and now Feb 27.02.2020 still my amount is not refunded from the bank and bank people are giving daily excuses and TAT time daily extending the date and till now the resolution is not done

I submitted my money at saraswati vihar branch of icici today in night but one note is missing. I did it in two times. Total i had submitted 49 thousand five hundred but two thousand is missing in it kindly do help and resolve its in icici bank saraswati vihar branch pitampura atm machine of deposit. Because of some lack of communication about some fine charges which got accumulated for a debit card emi (Virtual credit card), my cibil score got affected and i am in a very critical condition to get an noc from icici bank for no overdues for both my credit card and debit card emi virtual credit card as well. 17/feb/2020 i went for focus diagnose center for one test and we have paid amount in that diagnose center through debit card machine, due to late night we asked them money refund. Focus diagnose center did one void payment and they gave me slip for that. They said with in 24hr i will get money like. Till now amount not refunded. We contacted customer care, response is very late.
We have verified with hospital. But they said they don't...

I had purchased icici fastag for my car no. Mh46z9712 in 2018 but to front glass breakage my tag got damage and requested for new tag. With hundred times follow up on customer care through out year 2019 icici didn’t send me new tag saying it’s in blacklist. Once blacklist is removed we’ll send new tag. Since i was having balance of rs 1000 and no reason for doing blacklist. They always raise complaint saying it will resolve in 72 hours...

To Explain the situation again I have recharged the AXIS BANK Fastag with Rs. 500/- and traveled to Burdwan along NH2 on 25th Dec'2019 and back on 29th Dec'2019.

As per deductions in Toll Plazas my CORRECT BALANCE in the wallet should be Rs.110/- .

But in Dankuni & Palsit toll plaza amount has been deducted wrongly // double deduction // in wrong date.

This has been marked in the wallet statement...
