difficulty internet banking, not receiving otp

Whenever try to some transaction thru internet banking the OTP is not received.
Though get email informing that “ OTP has been sent to your registered phone” Customer care just repeat that SMS has been sent. By the Way, sometime can login thru Phone. Lost some good opportunity to invest in MF.
This is happening for last many months. ICICI Bank has some problem in software, but not acting on it.,...

payment transactions failed

Address: Andhra University, Visakapatnam

While i was applying certificate from andhra university i did the payment through icici bank eazypay portal and that was failed total four time. Three transactions on 19th march and one transaction on 20th march. I reached out to icici support team and they said that the amount will settled by the next day but still i didn't received my failed transaction amount. After that i reply back on the same email but no response from them.

I made a payment of 49$ through my amount to buy dr. Najeeb lectures on 3rd march 2020, of which 44$ were reverted back... But my account is not reflecting the reverted amount... For this i contacted bank but they are not not helping me on that, i am too frustrated... Plz help me out

      Hi team,

      I have paid credit card bills with auto-debit facility. But unable to pay due to some personal financial reasons. I have been charged as below:

      Auto debit return - 450 rs
      Late payment charges - 500 rs
      Interest charges - 161 rs
      Total - 1200 rs almost for credit card bill of 1700rs.

      Can you please waive this charges so i can pay the bill.

      I got a call from icici bank they informed me about the one assit plan and after some days they activated the offer with out my permission and my amount is debited 1899 rs and request you to cancel this offer and refund this offer as soon as possible

        I used icici travel card during my visit to the us. After a month upon my return, i noticed many fraud transactions on my card happening (In the us) in a matter of 5 minutes, two of which went through for $314.14 and $312.32. At the moment, i have the card with me.
        I immediately called icici customer service and asked them to take action. They said they can block the card and prevent further transactions from happening. However, their response on fraud transactions deducting $626.46 in total was extremely unsatisfactory. They said, they cannot do anything about it now, and asked me to call customer service again once the transaction has fully posted to my account. They did not even record the fraud. Only when i call them later will they work on it and provide a resolution, and all this process they said might take up to 30 days! I cannot wait for 30 days for a resolution, and i need my money back immediately to pay for my basic expenses.
        If i were in the us when this fraud happened i would have got struck in another country with no money. If needed, i am willing to provide more details/proof of my travel history.

        Date of incident: 22-mar-20
        Description: usd 314.14 using travel card is made at walmart #118.
        Usd 312.32 using travel card is made at wm supercenter.

            I applied to their executive he checked my cibil and all and than said your limit will be 1lac plus, you are prime customer of icici, and maintained mub very well, so icici provide you life time free credit card, so i applied, after few days, your card is rejected, kindly applied after 6months.               An amount of rs 199/- was deducted from my icici account on 22nd march by amazon. The transaction info is vsi*amazon stan. Neither am i a prime member, nor did i recieve an otp to authorise the transaction.

              I would like to take this to rhe required authorities and demand a full refund. I would also like to know how icici shared private and confidential information with amazon without my approval as soon as possible

                  Trying to pay the payment using icici credit card but every time saying my card is blocked because of multiple wrong inputs but that was my first time and trying to unblock in all possible ways nothing works for me.
                  1) did use imobile app to unblock
                  2) did ivr to unblock and even it says my card is unblocked but nothing happened
                  3) couldn't find the feature in icici net banking, as well as most of the buttons and dropdowns, are not working

                    customer care asking for pin

                    I had called icici customer care for some credit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The ivr system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

                    While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. And later on asked for my pin; which i totally am not comfortable...

                          Through cloning of atm cards, my 10000 has been debited without my knowledge. I don't have any idea as there was no message regarding otp or withdrawl. This is some serious issue as the bank has provided no such security and now they are giving the reasons of skimming or cloning of atm cards. I want my money ASAP. Please resolve it.

                            With out any notice icici bank deduct around 590 rupees within 5 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg.                                 Also let me know the repayment procedure and noc guideline.
