I applied to their executive he checked my cibil and all and than said your limit will be 1lac plus, you are prime customer of icici, and maintained mub very well, so icici provide you life time free credit card, so i applied, after few days, your card is rejected, kindly applied after 6months. I need proper reaso. Why my card is cancelled.

    An amount of rs 199/- was deducted from my icici account on 22nd march by amazon. The transaction info is vsi*amazon stan. Neither am i a prime member, nor did i recieve an otp to authorise the transaction.

    I would like to take this to rhe required authorities and demand a full refund. I would also like to know how icici shared private and confidential information with amazon without my approval as soon as possible

        Trying to pay the payment using icici credit card but every time saying my card is blocked because of multiple wrong inputs but that was my first time and trying to unblock in all possible ways nothing works for me.
        1) did use imobile app to unblock
        2) did ivr to unblock and even it says my card is unblocked but nothing happened
        3) couldn't find the feature in icici net banking, as well as most of the buttons and dropdowns, are not working

          customer care asking for pin

          I had called icici customer care for some credit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The ivr system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

          While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. And later on asked for my pin; which i totally am not comfortable...

            I have taken the icici bank fasttag and it is not working at all. When i tried contacting the customer care they are unresponsive. They are also not able to provide the solution. When i am going through the toll plaz thet=y are trying to scan but it's not working. And please note for every toll plaza it is happening like this

                Hi,

                Through cloning of atm cards, my 10000 has been debited without my knowledge. I don't have any idea as there was no message regarding otp or withdrawl. This is some serious issue as the bank has provided no such security and now they are giving the reasons of skimming or cloning of atm cards. I want my money ASAP. Please resolve it.

                  With out any notice icici bank deduct around 590 rupees within 5 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg. Several time they just deduct without no reasons or any justification but this time i notice and i caught this deduction. My account no:[protected]. I want my hardwork money back.                             Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. Last week (Date - 14/3/2020 ; time - 12:16 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for examination fees of rs.510/- to annamalai university (University link - http://coe.annamalaiuniversity.ac.in/bank/otherfee.php) through icici bank gateway - citruseazypay

                            In brief :-

                            Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of hdfc netbanking then their server would be taking more time in redirecting. At last, after two minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that"we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Please close the browser and revise your payment". And after a while this page automatically took me back to the page (But fees not updated on annamalai university website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. After this i got a transaction alert from my hdfc bank that says "your balanced has debited". Now, my question is that why did my balance deducted after showing error at the transction time and didn't reflect in annamalai university site and still now i didn't get any refund. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay.

                            Still now i didn't get any solution for my post. I also did a complaint about this problem to my corresponding bank they send a reply about the problem, i attach the reply of the mail for your reference, please make a refund quickly for me.

                                I applied for an amazon pay free credit card, completed the kyc in amazon on 11th jan, gave all my documents to icici agent for the card, in the end i received a hp coral card. They even charged me a joining for 199+ gst and top of that they charged me 100+gst for late payment of that joining fee!!

                                What kind of scam is icici bank doing here?
                                Why are they cheating customers by giving a chargeable card instead of free card?
                                I need and explanation and this is complete fraudulence from the bank side by utilizing my documents for unauthorized price.

                                I will not be paying any joining fee untill i get an explanation for this. I have also sent email to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com and to [protected]@icicibank.com

                                I received a call from icici bank and they just are given information about one assist plan after than i got message for a subscription but i haven't applied but they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my a/c. Without my permission.

                                I also sent them but no response.
                                Hi I just checked my account and saw that POSDEC charged even though I had cash don't understand why.please help

                                  I have complained about my account where money is blocked. It is marked as lien amount. For that i contacted branch office, customer care department but nothing is working out.
                                  I reported my complaint on consumercomplaints.in, i got reply from icici to mail details on [protected]@icici.com

                                  I am not able to send mail on [protected]@icici.com, please let me know what should i write in [protected]?

                                    Y u charging me i didn’t subscribe anything then y your bank is doing like this this is totally disgusting.
                                    I m having a good thought about urs bank don’t spoil it otherwise i will close my all account mind it ok.!

                                    ₹29.50 x 23 times u charged it is not a fair and i didn’t know how it is happen.

                                    Already this type of problem happen for me and suddenly i complaint my nearby icici bank (Ponnamaravathi bank). That manager said u close ur debit card and bought a new debit card in future then u did not face this problem again...
                                    As per this i changed my card after that i did not face this problem for dec month but now i facing that problem today i m totally disturbing so please cancel this one and find a solution for this and solve it... Thank u

                                      Certificate no. 72401 & 72413 and redemption date on 01.01.2018 with face value per bond rs. 1000/-. I am facing trouble to redeem the bonds from icici ltd. How to get the payment from icici, as they are not responding in a helpful way. The bonds were transferred by assam sales corporation (Agent: reliance industries limited [textile division] to me.

                                      I hold an ICICI fast Tag ID: 11806822. Recently my ID has been blacklisted, appreciate it if you can find a solution to unblock and utilize the service without any interpretation. I tried reaching customer care no response, so raised an complain in individual FAST TAG account not received any response.
