Am an icici bank customer. On[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 243 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    We wanted to open an account in icici bank of our newly incorporated ngo. We have submitted all required documents which bank asked for before that we confirmed with your executive for all the details. He committed that he will provide all the details to us within 7 to 10 days along with account activation. But till now our account has not been activated after crossing of 25 days. We have other current accounts with icici bank therefore we opted for icici bank. This is very disappointing being big banker. We have a big event which is in april we have lot of arrangements to do, funds are ready but no medium of deposit as bank a/c not yet opened. Till now we transferred 1, 00, 000/- to our account. Your executive are not responding our query and no proper feedback to us. Firstly it was raman and then mahendra whom we were calling on daily basis. Mahendra was saying today it will open (Same reply he was giving daily). Now executive has changes and we have to follow up with saurabh.
    There is no faith left on icici and your exective.. Please return all the documents to us if you are not able to open it. We will try with any other bank who are actually interested in business.

    Submitted NPCI form for aadhar seeding in ICICI Bank, Mulund Branch (Account in Godrej IT Park). On UIDAI, Bank linking status showing my account is linked with ICICI Bank. But Status is showing "INACTIVE". Hence not able to receive scholarship fund.

    Every month on 4th 169 rupees deducting for no reason. I am not using any prime benefits. Kindly please reslove my issue please give back money deducted still now. I haven't used any amazon services still they have deducted amount my account please reslove as soon possible.

    Demat account was activated without my knowledge and charges were deducted since 5 years. I never even got a single message regarding deduction.
    I have been going different branches near me and also raised the compliant to customer service yet the issue is not resolved.

      I had to receive 2 refund amount in my account, the other parties has confirmed they have refunded the amount to my account, still icici bank is not crediting the amount to my account, i have keep following up again and again. They provide lame excuse gateway issue etc and asking to provide mail screenshot so on. Still not providing the amounts to my account.
      1. Case 1 : an amount has been refunded by uk immigration health department for cancellation of visa application on 27th jan 2020- till now not refunded by icici bank, i had raised sr for this sr71626495
      2. Case2 : an amount has been refunded from make my trip for cancellation ticket booking due to their application issue on 21st feb 2020 - till now not refunded by icici bank i had raised sr for this sr[protected]

      Let me know icici bank always function in such a in proper manner

      An mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs on 25/02/2020

      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

        I am rajesh kumar 826.0 rupees has been deducted from my account as in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19 charges on 10/02/2020. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need a refund for the same. My account number is[protected].

        And this demat account was given to me while i took my account saying its free of cost. I might actually have to check all my past statement to see how many times such deduction have taken place. This looks like the bank is robbing people blind.

        I am the a/c holder in icici bank
        They have charged 177 rupees for DCARDFEE2503JAN20-DEC20+GST. They never informed me regarding this type of charges via mail or letter or call.
        This is against the law, at least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

          Deducted rs 999/- from my savings account with out my authorization of rs 999/- towards vsi*amazon st. Neither i ahve have purchased anything from amazon nor i have renewed my amazon prime membership. It is fraud transaction. My icici mobile banking app requires my finger print for transaction and i have not done that. My card transactions requie otp, which i have not done from my mobile.

            When i see my passbook
            It's showing that deduction of 29.5
            Regarding atmdec chg. What is the reason for deduction of my balance without notifying me. This happened many time in my account.
            Please let me know the reason for this deduction. Is bank have right to deduct money from their customers without their permission. Could you please check and resolve this issue.

                I have received a sms dated[protected] saying that my fastag (Sbi) account has been blocked due to negative balance. Upon verifying in online site i found two transactions were done on the same day worth of rs. 200 and rs 255 towards debit_adjustment. I called the customer care (Sbi fastag) on the same day and was told to send an email with all the details and i sent a mail with the screen shots of the those transactions. On[protected] i did a follow-up contact with the customer care and was told to send another mail with my registered phone number, vehicle registration number and fastag id. Again, i did it as they suggest. Till now i didn't receive any single response to any of my emails from the team and called the call center again on[protected] and requested for an escalation. Again the team are suggesting the same thing which is of no use. So, i sent a to nodal officer and also included grievance cell email addresses from nhai website. Still no response from anyone.

                I would like to proceed legally on this and seeking for suggestions and guidance. Could anyone help me in that process?

                  I purchased fuel on 1.3.2020 at pondicherry villianur akshya agency using my debit card. Usually i get discount of 0.5% but on the contrary why my account is debited by surcharge? The swiping machine also belong to icici bank only.

                  At pondy laksmi agencies also i get discount.

                  At kumarevel vandalur i get discount.

                  At jayam - velur i get discount.

                  Why this time i am debited? Kindly guide me at which bunks using icici machine i do not get discount on the contrary debited surcharge

                    My problem has not been resolved for the last 20-22 days.
                    I have already given you all the information by mail.
                    My point is that the rewards points do not getting in my amazon account and that point goes into the account of keyur shah.
                    I was applying for icici card from my amazon account. But he is cancel. Then again a few days later your employer came to my house and scanned my document again and i got the card. But there was a problem that the document from this card application kiyur shah's account was slashed and the card came in my father's name.
                    Give the icici amazon pay credit card for customer to fulfill the your employe target but causes the problemto the end user.
                    And now amazon says that you contact icici and icici says that you contact amazon. If you (Icici bank and amazon) cannot do team work with each other then this will endanger the end user.
                    I talk and mail with them both in the last 20-22 days. But i do not get help from anyone.

                    Please update my credit card with my amazon account. And please give my welcome point and other reword points.

                      My father had posted a advertisement for selling a cupboard on olx, to which a olx user responded with an interest to buy it for rs 5000, the stated price in advertisement. The person contacted through a call and sent a qr code for rs 5000 and said that scanning the code will allow him to receive money. My father, having not used any online transaction, had asked me to do it. I got to know that it was a fraud as no qr scanning...

                          wrong deduction of amount from my fastag account

                          On 21/01/2020, i received message from icici bank that my fastag account # 11978863 has been debited with rs 255 for dispute on trip number[protected] on 19/01/2020 10:52:23. For this trip, my account has got debited with rs 105 on 19/01/2020.

                          I contacted icici bank fastag customer care and lodged a complaint in the portal on 27/01/2020. I was told to wait 15 working dates from the date of complaint. I have been contacting...

                          Bheema matrimony is a fraud company. Bheema matrimony workers also fraud kumbal. I have paid 1500/-. Before paying she says if you are paying the amount immediately i will be sending all details within 5 min in your whatsapp. Once paid money we won't get any response. They are not pick my call, if i make a call from my registered mobile number. Finally i was cheated by them. Do not belive them. So, indian consumer council to consider and take action cancelling the registration for bheema matrimony & seal the bheema matrimony. The poor peoples are suffer. Pls take immediate action for that is my humble request.

                            On 01.03.2020 at 2.52 am, i have received a sms message which informed me that a sum of rs 599 has been deducted from my icici sb ac xx 4310 vide txn, without mentioning the txn numbers, reference, etc by info vin* google c.
                            I have not opted any such google products. It is not known how they approched my ac & snatched without my consent. This is unauthorised deductions without consent, snatching
                            Kindly return the taken away sum of rs599 to my ac please

                              I own account with icici bank. I haven't been used this account for longtime. Today i have received some amount to icici bank and failed to withdraw the amount from atm or online transfer. When i check the statement it shows negative balance and immediately i have checked through the icici app as it was showing
                              Available balance rs 4511
                              Total available balance rs -7039

                              This is insane and i am worried if this is a fraud or what. Please help me with this asap.

                              This is to inform you I was having sufficient money in my account my all emi is cleared but still irrelevantly 407rs has been deducted from my account in january 2020 also it happened the same with me I went to the branch bank they said it’s form Bajaj side i contact Bajaj office they said it’s bank charges.                                 My balance in the ICICI Bank Account shows Negative.

                                It shows available balance as -7039 Rs. My friend transferred 5000/- Rs to this account when I check the balance it shows negative. When I check the App it shows

                                Available balance 4511
                                Total available balance -7039

                                This is insane and i am worried if this is a fraud. As per the guidelines from RBI there should not be any negative balance in the account. Please help me with this asap.

                                  मेरा एक लोन आप के बैंक में 2005-6 में चल रहा था जो कि मेरे हिसाब से मने जमा कर दीया था पर जब मुझको लोन की स्टेटमेन्ट दी गई तो चेक बाउंसिंग के चार्ज और अद्दिटोनल इंटरेस्ट लगा कर मेरा लोन को 14873 रूपए कर दीया गया पर जब मैने अपने बैंक के स्टेटमेन्ट निकली तो पता लगा की Icic Bank की गलती की बजह से मेरे 2 चेक बाउन्स हुए जिसका चार्ज मेरे ऊपर लगा कर मेरे ऊपर 14873 रुपये निकाल दिए

                                    Hi,

                                    I have made wrong transaction of 10000rs two times on 13 aug 2016 to icici from hdfc, and i inform to customer care of both bank, they told me that we are raising complaint against wrong transaction but i didn't received any response from them.

                                    After that, now i send them email to hdfc, they told me, we have raised the request to icici bank and if they accept and resolve from their side, then we will put back your money in your account. But they are not telling me whether it's been accepted by the icici bank or not?

                                    I really don't understand, how can i get my money back?

                                    I am icici and hdfc bank account holder, i made wrong transaction to icici from hdfc. I need my money back into my account.

                                    I am feeling helpless. Kindly help me to get solution.
