My name is gangadharnandhagiri holding an account in icici bank earlier i am used credit card but after that i am cleared total outstanding n closed card but still they are asking me to pay 8000 extra and they make my account as lien what should i do, earlier also i am lost 13000 because of icici bank atm please look into my problem this is happening every time and saying that u r credit card payment pending u have to pay the bill kindly do me a favor from u r side so that they remove lien mark

I had an icici credit card earlier in 2016 and closed the association clearing all the bills in 2017.now when i check my cibil report, I see amount overdue 2900 in my credit card. I don't understand why Im seing this amount. Mailed customer service and called them many times but no response from them

    Without my consent, rs. 2500 has been deducted from my account on 09/2/2020 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c.
    I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
    This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

      Amount debited from icici credit card but not credited to fastag account. Transaction was done on 29th nov around 9 to 10 pm. 200 rupees got debited but not reflecting in fastag account[protected]. Even contacted customer care but no proper response. Opened a case with fastag where the resolution should be provided by 27th december but still the issue exist. Here both the source and destination both are managed by icici but i won't be able to have a solution for this. Its already 40 days and dont know where the money went.

      I have already raised a complaint 2550728 but was resolved without a solution

        Stop payment of cheque was given to the airoli, navi mumbai sector-6, branch on 6th feb 2020 still the cheque is presented on 8th feb2020 again and i got message of insufficient fund on 10th feb 2020. It seems that before clearing any cheques the icici bank is not checking anything. Icici bank not only ignroes the customer but also they don't call for any clarification. Their call center is the worst. Their call center guys don't want to resolve the issue but just want to close the call by giving some fake promises. I had rasied a sr request number sr[protected]. But still they were unable to resolve the stop payment of cheque. Worst service and worst private bank.

            Inspite of having balance of 1500/- my HDFC fastag is classified wrongly as blacklisted.

            I have called the HDFC call center 10 times but the issue is not resolved. HDFC has the worst call center. There is no way to either get my issue resolved not cancel the HDFC tag.

            The contact center agents can't even speak english to understand what the issue is. The call center has not record of me calling 10 times in the last one month and I have to explain the problem every time.

            I have tried calling HDFC customer care 10 times but the agents are highly incompetent. Need this to be escalated to the highest level.

            Please share the contact number of next level of escalation in HDFC fastag.

            I will be filing a complaint with consumer court if this is not resolved in next 1 week. I will be claiming damages and charges for the trouble caused.

            You either rectify the issue or refund the entire amout.

              I have applied icici bank fast tag on nov 26/ 2019, i have not received tag so far. Compliant registered in fast tag through toll free number four times. Responbile reply not received. Now i have paid cash when crossing toll and difficult to take car to cross the toll, fast tag office not responded till date.

                I have registered with fastag and have deposited sufficient money on my fastag account. I travelled today[protected] from pune to mumbai via mumbai bengalore express way and rs. 173 were deducted at talegaon toll plaza and again rs. 173 were deducted at khalapur toll plaza. Ideally, only rs. 57 should have been deducted. Vehicle number mh12 hv 2261.

                              Axis bank has cheated me of rs. 460 towards fastag unauthorised claim, they have acknowledged their mistake, but closed the ticket without explanation, no response for any mails... Dear sir/madam,


                              As per your provided vehicle image & rc book copy we have analyses the transaction and we found acquirer bank wrongly debited as per their mapper class.

                              We have raised the dispute with npci as on[protected] since there is the tat of 12 days for the settlement of dispute. We are not in position to update the current status of dispute. The final fate of the transaction will be updated after 12 days. Hence we request you to please co-operate with us for the interim period.

                              Your dispute amount will be credited to your wallet after once npci and acquirer bank accept this claim

                                  Hi,

                                  This is to inform that my husband suresh prabu raju passed away on 23-sep-2019. He has an account with icici bommanahalli branch.

                                  There was an erroneous transaction that he made to another icici account an amount of 14, 000 (Fourteen thousand only) instead of paying to my account. The last 2 digits of the accounts are interchanged.
                                  The wrong account to which the amount was transferred is a dormant account.
                                  Since suresh prabu is no more, i want to bank to re-transfer the erroneously transacted amount of 14, 000 back to suresh's account so that i can close the account. Kindly look into it and help.

                                    I got a random deduction charge of around 514 rs + gst for may (The month my account was dormant). Moreover it was a salary account, i was not even informed of any minimum balance when it was reactivated.

                                    This is a fraud money minting scheme by icici. They are charging smb charges without notifying their clients of any minimum balance information.

                                    Please help me get my money back.

                                      My last month salary fully debited by icici bank without any information and that month i don't have money for food and family medical issues and I'm calling to customer care of icici bank but bank don't do any help . I have scene more problem at that month 2 days I don't eat food because of money problem.bank deducted the amount without any further information sir and I come to home with walking 10 km because of no money for bus charges

                                        I was using icici bank coral credit card from couple of years.in the month of aug 2020 they offered me amazon pay icici bank card, i informed the executive who called up me that i have an outstanding on my previous card he told me that all details from existing card will be in sharing with the new one no matter you pay on new card or old card.in the month of sep 2019 i lost my coral credit card (Existing one) and card has been blocked.
                                        After that i am using the new card which is amazon pay icici one, and making payment every month. I did not have any details of icici old credit card to make the payment and assuming that new card is related to old one i was making the payment on new card only as both the card belongs to icici bank.

                                        Now the point is they did not transferred my old outstanding and payment details on my new card as promised by them. I got a call from collection department saying that you have an outstanding in your coral credit card and you need to make the payment. I told them whole history. But they were not ready to listen. Lean has been marked to my savings account after that also i informed them full story and asked them to transferred the old card details to new one as per the communication. And i have already 5000 rs in access in limits on new card.

                                        But without listening and informing to me they deducted my 13514 rs from my icici bank account. Its really disappointing for me as they deducted my account from back end.

                                        Customer care were agreed that whatever was happened was wrong but they could not helped me out. They informed to go to collection department but as i do job could not go in office timings.

                                        I want my money back and transferred all the outstanding to new card so that i can make the payment accordingly and whatever charges is levied on my coral card are incorrect and requesting refund for the same.
