My account number is[protected], i wrongly transferred rs.4999 to [protected]@myicici. On 17th november 2019, i have made complaint for that due to beneficiary refused to give my money. Complaint number is sr[protected]. But icici intentionally lodged complaint on 28th november 2019 for fraud, it's number is sr[protected] without my approval. At the time of my complaint lodge, they are assured for my money return and temporarily they were credited the amount. But from 28th nov 19, i was fight with icici politely for my rights and my complaint status, they were always treated with their complaint for fraud, ignoring my complaint, hence i got harassed from them. Now they simply closed my complaint against their fraud complaint and telling no money will be refunded. I'm asking why my complaint got ignored and simply they have tolerated me in my account by registering complaint without my apprival and closed now for their easy way.
