I requested for a locker in icici bank hayathnagar and they are not providing me that, they are blackmailing me to have a policy of any life plan or investment plan with them, then only they provide the locker facility to me. As per rbi guidelines investment policy is not mandatory to have a locker. They are not even giving me locker waiting list token number

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 410.77/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Could you please assist me regarding this.         Amount debited from icici credit card but not credited to fastag account. Transaction was done on 29th nov around 9 to 10 pm. 200 rupees got debited but not reflecting in fastag account[protected]. Even contacted customer care but no proper response. Opened a case with fastag where the resolution should be provided by 27th december but still the issue exist. Here both the source and destination both ate managed by icici but i won't be able to have a solution for this. Its already 40 days and dont know where the money went.

        This issue is not resolved. Falsely resolved without any update by icici
        My bank account has been deducted with 2400 INR and the transaction says the name VIN/Google Goo and i have never subscribed to any of such things. Never have i downloaded paid apps or anything related to google. Help me with thus issue and help me getting me money back .

        No update from the bank or from google. Now i have to contact rbi related to this issue and i will close my icici account. The bank disappointed me and i will also stop google related payment so that this will never happen.very disappointed from these advancements.

        I am not able to update the kyc details for my multi wallet card. When i tried to login through the self help portal, its saying "invalid card status"

          I placed a complain earlier for the same issue but no solution was provided.
          I ordered a product on 29th september 2019.
          The transaction was declined by the bank but till date it comes in my bill as an emi.
          My card number is [protected]
          I emailed them the proof that flipkart gave me regarding the same issue that the transaction was declined by the bank and no refund had to be issued but they have again sent me a bill for that and already 3 emi are paid. I request you to look in the matter and cancel the emi and refund the payment that has already been deducted from my bank

            Purchased fastag from car dealer (Bmw) and thus got a worthless icici fastag. I recharged 5000 and after just three transaction my balance on account is -14 rupees and the fastag has apparently been blacklisted. Tried calling thier customer care numbers but everybody from thier team seems to be so busy that nobody attends call after being on hold for over 10 mins!
            Now i have to cash at toll plazas which isn't the most ideal thing! I would this board to notify the bank and help resolve the issue by getting my money back and playing for all the toll i had to pay cash for!

              An amount of rs 5800.01 was wrongly debited from an inward remittance without making any demand or giving adequate notice and was refunded only after 22days after protracted correspondence.
              The remittance was for a specific purpose and caused a lot of embarrassment because of the resultant shorfall in the amount.
              I have not been compensated for the days the amount was wrongfully held by the bank nor for the embarrassment i had to face on account of the bank's arbitrary action.

                              Currently i am in the usa and unable to use my icici bank account as per procedure i printed the hard copy and call customer service multiple times from usa and not able to connect with them to get a service code number which is required and one time i got that then stupid icici bank require us to send this form by ordinary post to send their mumbai address so i did and then they told me vey conveniently that they cannot update because that form wasn't received with in 07 days. Now after working for 15 days with them continuously and waking up in nights to call them and now i stuck again to the same situation. Icici bank has become worst then government banks in india. Don't understand why this stupid bank requires a hard copy to be sent with ordinary post from usa to india. Why can't we change this online by ourselves in this technological advance world? The first i am going to do is as soon as i return to india i am going to close my account with stupid icici bank.

                                On 04.07.2019 i used my icici bank debit card to withdraw money from a sbi (State bank of india) atm in sirsa, haryana. The atm didn't dispense cash but money got deducted from my icici bank account and it has been 184 days since and the amount i. E., rs. 5000/- hasn't got refunded to my account. Please resolve the issue and credit my account asap. I withdrew rs. 5000/- and i needed the money on urgent basis for an emergency problem and in addition to it there is no more balance in the account. Due to this i faced a lot of stress and had to undergo a lot of problems leading to crisis situation. I raised the issue in complaints several number of times but to no avail. This resulted in a lot of mental pressure and many a times i suffered with nervous breakdown.
                                So, i request you to get the issue resolved at the earliest.

                                  Dear team, i had raised a request for kotak fastag on 28nov2019, however i have not received till date. After several emails to fastag. [protected]@kotak.com they said that it is delievered but are not sharing any details on who and when did this was delivered. I have not received nor my family members. I am tired sending emails to them but no response. They are neither reachable on customer care number:[protected].

                                    I have recharged icici bank fasttag from my icici bank credit card on[protected] for rs.500/- but even after waiting 24 hours i did not received recharge amount into my fasttag. So i raised complaint for the same to icici fasttag cutomer care but even after 16 days i did not received any response from icici fasttag. So u contacted credit card department of icici bank. They told me that payment has been processed from their side so i have to contact fast tag department. Now my concern is that, credit card department says they processed payment and fast tag department is not responding to me, so what i need to do? I feel cheated. My complaint number with icici fasttag department is cmp[protected] and complaint number with credit card department is sr[protected]. Please do the needful. Dont force me to go to the consumer court.
