I am asmita sengupta 826 rs has been deducted from my account as dmc dp chgs till nov-19dp charges.
One year back when after i opened my account in icici a guy called me from icici direct and said to login in icici direct he said this is mandatory as you have account in the bank he never maintioned anything abount the charges or any detail regarding it.
Yesterday when i was checking my statement i found they deducted money without any notification i got no email or sms that the money is deducted, i got to know only because i was checking the statement.

I want my refund in my account directly
Icici is a fraud they don't mention any charges during opening an account and deduct money without informing the customer.

    Dear sir/madam i am sk rakesh from kolkata. I worked with icici bank finance 9 month. When i resigned from icici bank finance manager didn't give me reliving letter and my salary. Reporting manager name indrajit gayen kolkata office located minto park landmark building. I visited 3 times managers office but manager refused me and use slang language. Please take a look.

      Dear Sir, I applied for a Fastag on 9th Dec 2019 and uploaded the required document. I received a SMS on 9th dec 2019, itself saying Fastag ID is 11847956 and it is active. However there was no Fastag delivered till date. Both the Fastag helpdesk numbers are useless as no one respond to my call . The music goes on and on and IVR says some executive will be attending shortly. After few rounds everything stops and line goes dead. Assuming it may be some technical problem, I made more than 15 /20 calls on different days and different times but no use. I called ICICI customer care no for banking operation but the agent their expressed his inability to help as they do not have any information pertaining to Fastag. When I informed him no one responding to Fastag helpdesk number he advised me to go to home branch personally.
      I made few trips to Sahakara Nagara (Bangalore-92) which is my home branch, but the manger there could not help me further after few calls to their internal staff.
      Even when I complained using ICICI procedure, they also directed me to Fastag Helpdek without checking that it is usable.
      Whomsoever I contacted in ICICI either to send me Fastag or atleast return my money it goes in deaf ears. All are putting me in circles and not thinking the ethical part how such bank not returning the amount neither sending me Fastag.
      Very frustrating experience, not sure whether I still chase these people or just forget about Rs499 and close all my account with ICICI.
      I lost my confidence considering the fact next if they do not return my FD money and put me in circles like above where should I go then. Lost time effort and money with this kind of bad customer service.

        Its been more than 10 days my kyc is not verified by icici. I have opened a nps account in enps site and provided icici for kyc verfication as i am having salary account there. I contacted 1800 numbers and visited couple of icici branches to see if they can help me. They were not aware of this and complained to enps. They informed me to contact the icici headoffice but i am unable to get the headoffice number who can help on this.

          Hello,
          I have opened a salary account with icici bank in 2015.
          Since then, i am being charged with depository account charges and the amounts are getting deducted from my savings account.

          I have never requested to open a securities account, but still looks like they have opened one without even my knowledge and putting the charges for its maintenance since 2015.

          This is very inappropriate and i request to refund back all the depository maintenance charges that were charged till now (Every year oct month i can see the charges being put).

          Till now the charges were collected 4 times from me and i want the refund of all 4 plus with the savings account interest.

          Let me know if you need more details on this. But definitely this is not a good experience after getting to know about these deductions. Hope you are not doing for more other customers.

            But i have no received my tag till now my communication address.
            Also we are unable to reach customer care by phone line. I have even lodage complaint on icici fastag portal but no response from them. My complaint no-[protected]. Please look in to priority.

              I have raised a request on amozon app for credit card, icic bank has verified all the details from me and without any information. Cancelled my card. I have sumbitted my salary slip. And pan card and adhar card. This is not far. Dont apply on amozon for credit card. They all cheater, many times call me for verification. But even they did not approve my card.

                  Dear sir, i have applied fastag from virudhunagar branch nov 2nd week and made payment via cheque. And rs.1000 has been debited from account as well. Still now fastag has not delivered and no proper response from branch. Whenever i ask they're telling that it will be delivered by this week and over 8weeks crossed and still fastag not delivered. People who applied thru online received it in a week. I'm not sure why for me (Applied from branch) it's not delivered.

                    I have opened the nps account from enps website and kyc verification is sent to icici bank since my salary account is linked to it. Its been long time and still kyc is not verified. I visited multiple branches and also called customer care servcies. Nobody knows how to approve this. When i called nps customer care they told me to contact headoffice. None of the icici represetatives will be able to provide the headoffice number.

                        I was travelling by my 4 wheeler car (Rc book attached) on 29th dec'2019 from mumbai to pune by ycew. At the khalapur toll plaza i was told that my fastag account balance is zero when i had a balance of rs.690/- into it. I tried to show my fastag balance on mobile but the toll personnel refused to hear me and started arrogance and abuse. Ultimately i paid him rs.230/- (Receipt photograph attached alongwith). Going forward again at talegoan toll plaza a amt of rs.173/- was deducted from my fastag account. So a total of rs.403/- was deducted as toll charges for travel on ycew. Pl look into the matter and arrange for refund of the excess amount collected. Also teach the toll personnel some decency and behavioural attiquetes.

But according to npci adhaar linking status my adhaar is not maped to npci. I tell so many times to bank about it, they said that your adhaar has been linked and maped to npci. But it is not reflect to npci maper and i am not getting dft benifit.

                            Whenever i try to do online transaction using my card icici bank does not send otp unless i click on resend otp. When i click resend both otp are sent together and it's not possible to know which one is the latest and most of the time even if we enter the otp in latest message, card gets blocked because the otp entered is incorrect. Why icici bank cannot send otp on time are they not using reliable technology for this, what action can be taken for the inconvenience caused by them.

                              I tried to draw 2500 RS from Canada ATM card & 500 RS from ICICI ATM card. The money was debited from my account but I didn't receive Cash
                              First I tried to draw money by using canara bank ATM card but I didn't receive Cash again security person said check it by using ICICI Bank ATM card in that also I didn't receive Cash. It was really emergency I really disappointed by ICICI ATM service I waited for 2 days thinking it will refund but it didn't. Totally I lost 3000 RS that day I didn't get the bus because of that I lost all the money. Security person said it's due to server problem & it will refund you in some time.

                              It's really a worse situation I faced that day I really wanted to close that bank account what a worse situation it pushed me.

                              Please investigate and resolve this issue please refund me as soon as possible

                              Want to know the reason why ? As I was not intimated on the same earlier.

                                Without any notification bank deducted charges from my account, it is totally wrong about your customer, i'm also a bank employee and i know the policy about bank account so first time only i'm doing a request that please refund my whole money which you deduct unnecessary, as per the statement money hasbeen deduct on 27 dec 2019. I have an account in your bank, as per your account details:- a/c number:- [protected], a/c holder name:- sangam sharma.

                                So kindly request refund my money as soon as possible..

                                  I was influenced to open fastag account with icici-fastag portal for my car (Wb14r 8216). Yes, i did, i opened fastag account with icici and duly recharge two times on 24th nov, 2019 for rs 1000/- anr rs 1200/-. Both recharge get failed from online portal of icici-fastag. My fastag account details are as follows; customer id: 11560864, tag accountno.22003642, licence plate no. Wb14r8216. I raised complain several times to resolve the issue for not-credited amount of rs 2200/- but every time i heard from customer service team that it will be resolved within week. Unfortunately no solution yet at all. The complain numbers are as follows; cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected]. The payment for these recharge were made from my state bank account, ref. No rsbi[protected]igahnekof6, rsbi[protected]igahnemhm7. I attached the bank statement in this email.
                                  It is my humble request if you could take a necessary action to resolve the issue. I hope that i will get back my faith on icici bank service to continue financial deal in near future.

                                  I already pay 20000 rs for credit card from our icici bank 10 january 2020. but till date not update out standing amount . When i complaint this issue in icici customer emil, i got information your amount is not received .but i have a proof about payment with attachments

                                    I tried opening icici bank account online, and at last step they asked min amount of rs 2000 should be added in order to attain an account number.
                                    I transferred money from my bank of baroda account by entering card details, an amount of rs 2000 was deducted from my baroda account but no account was opened in icici bank and it showed some technical issue. Till now my problem has not been solved.

                                    Also on today[protected] they debited my account an amount of rs 2000 without my consent mentioning transfer for funding account.

                                    Meanwhile i made a bad decision by opening icici bank account, my total loss is rs 4000.

                                    These people are fraud don't trust iam gonna close my icici bank account.

                                      Paid school fees on icici eazypay through netbanking and amount has been deducted from bank but eazypay shows as unsuccessful . Please contact me by email to resolve this.
