Hi,

My name is saket shah. I am receiving 15 to 20 calls daily for credit card.
I clearly told icici bank that i dont want any credit card. Still every day they call and irritate me.

They ask me stupid questions like why u dont need credit card. They constantly harassing me by calling me again and again and pressurising me to buy credit card.

This is completely unacceptable behaviour from bank side.

    Hi,
    From past 2 months, smab charges of 400 p. M, has been debited from my account without my knowledge. What is the reason for these charges?
    Why it was not been informed to me, before debiting the amount.
    What are these smab charges?
    How i can avoid this in the future, as all of my money is going for this.

    Please remove these charges and refund the amount which is debited.

      1899 rs from my icici account has been deducted on 16/7/2019 in the name of 'new policy' i was not contacted for any such policies from icici bank, neither did i gave any acceptance to such policies. Kindly resolve this case asap and credit my money back.
      These kind of transactions might develop insecurity and trust issue from a customer to the bank

        I hold an account with icici bank. I see suddenly bank started deducting mab charges from past two months
        Txns are:

        2nd one:

        Txn date: 29 june 2019
        Remarks: smab chgs may19
        Amount : 537/-

        1st one:
        =
        Txn date: 27 may 2019
        Remarks: smab chgs apr19
        Amount : 532/-

        It's rediculous and they have not even notified me of these charges.

          I got the email today that stated - a debit for Rs.1899/- from my account for OneAssist plan.

          I NEVER give any authorization to debit my money for this kind of plan.

          ICICI did this deduction without my consent.

          Please refund back my money to my same ICICI account.

            From last 2 months from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs300. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illigally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absoulutely frustrating and ridicules. I have lost trust on icici bank.

              Dear Sir,

              Would like to inform you that my father's CIBIL score is very low (543) and he applied the loan so that he could not find the loan due to this.

              An account is seen in your bank by their name and it is showing loan from here.
              While I want to tell you that they have never taken any loan from your bank or have opened an account

              You are requested to check this account and confirm that there is no account in my father's name.

              If you do not confirm it as soon as possible then I have to do something legally and have to submit an FIR that my father's document has been misused.

              Also I have attached CIBIL information of my fathers for your reference.

                I have noticed that rupees 438/- deducted from my icic bank account and in the statement it is shown as "dp chgs till may-19".

                I am not sure what is the meaning of "dp chgs". I do not have any demat account in icici.

                There is no communication from bank towards this deduction.

                I request you to kindly explain what it is and if this is not appropriate then let me know the procedure how to get the money back.

                I am surprised to discover that every month my account is deducted by SMAB charges of rupees 549, I'm really irritated after seeing my balance into hundreds after several deductions, how can I refund my money back. It's prompting me to close the account.

                    Hello i was using icici consumer loan (Loan account number - lcddel[protected]) and and due to i don't have any job right now from last 3 month and i am not able to make payment so i need 2-3 month of time for make payment. So 12th june i receive call from your recovery branch pramod singhal ([protected]) from kaushambi branch and he talk very rudely on call and also they give me threaten statement direct to fighting with me.
                    On sunday one person visit my home mr. Robby ([protected]) without inform me and they pressurize make payment immediately after that i've discussed on call with senior mr. Ravinder [protected] and due to i don't have any job right now from last 3 month and i am not able to make payment so i need 2-3 month of time for make payment.

                      I have been using i flexi rd since almost 2 years but since last 4 months i am unable to open the page due to which i ma unable to transact also.

                      My money is stuck in that account i have logged complaint in customer care via mails & calls but no resolution is provided.

                      On email also i get response like it is a network error try after some time since last 4 months i am getting this reply on calls & on email.

                      It can not be this way you have to provide solution for this

                        By requesting this to file a complaint/refund my amount regarding 50000 rs has been stolen from my bank account in 10/07/2019 morning at 2:36 pm from my icici bank account :[protected] without my debit card use, i have never shared my atm, netbanking, credit card, debit card details to anyone.

                        Although i have never shared any otp to anybody. My current location is current address: 15a/3 radha nagar mathura up 281001 but as per bank my amount has been windrow from any dholpur place.

                        Please investigate to get my amount refund and arrange punishment to concern thefts.

                        I have shared my complaint to, concern bank, rbi, consumer court, finance ministry, & cm office and cyber police as well.

                          I am ravindra singh. 1170.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/[protected] DP CHGS till dec-18 and may-19 combined. I have never opened a demat account with icici. Did not receive any concrete solution for refund even after dropping mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com and have been asked to go to nearest branch manually to close the account.

                              My icici bank account has been charged for low balance... First in march - rs 125 and april - rs 325

                              The amount of may has been reversed because i complained

                              And after that i deposited amount to make it above 10000. But now again for june mab charge has been deducted from my account rs 213..

                              I am a student.. And that i have mentioned even when i opened the account i was also unaware of this low balance policy.. This much amount that have been charged means a lot to me. Any how if this amount can be reversed, plz help me.

                              I have applied for the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card on May 22nd and submitted my documents on May 25th and there hasn't been any progress on the application as of today July 12th. Repeated calls to the customer care have not helped.

Please send me another copy of kyc form, so that i can submit the kyc for that bond.

                                  I am a very old customer of icici bank since 5 years. I also have a locker in this branch of icici.
                                  I was never informed about maintainance of 10000 rs in my savings account. Till december 2018 i had balance in my account more than 10000. After that as i debited some money mab went below the required criteria and my money got deducted.
                                  But i wasn't informed about any such deduction and since than i am being charged with non maintainance of mab. If the bank would have informed me in any way, i would have surely maintained it. I want reversal of mab charges. Because there was no information on behalf of bank about deduction until i reported the bank in person.
                                  My friends have account in other banks and their money is reversed. I guess i happen to be a valuable customer of the bank as many members of my family are also customer of this bank.

                                  I am a customer of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK(S/B a/c-[[protected]]
                                  On 3-Jul-2019 ATM-BOLARAM MEDAK TSIN-N003284O-SACWJ268 Debit 4500.00 for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

                                  I didn't get the money but my IOB account was debited.

                                  Please investigate and get it credited back to my IOB account ASAP.

                                    I purchase bonds in March 1999 which were to be redeemed in March 2017 however I have not received any amount in my knowledge.
                                    Kindly help me to know the current status of the same and if the money is lying unpaid then what procedure has to be followed to initiate the credits into my account.
                                    My certificate number is 16270 and bondholder number is 5210386.

                                      I was fined for my credit card, which i never used. The icici fellow told me there is no annual charge for this card. I never used the card, didnt ever opened the secured pin.
                                      I had my salaried account in the same bank. After leaving the job i shifted a mew place and they started asking for late fine and money. Now i didnt even have any idea about it after 2years.

                                        There has been ecs return charges to my account number:[protected] of amount rs: 472. I kindly request you to please check why that much amount has been debited from my account. Because already rs:413 amount has been debited 2 times due to insufficient amount in my account for emi payment. I don't know why again amount of rs:472 has been debited. Please initiate the refund or let me know the reason for the same.
