There is a employee named rohit sharma slapped his colleague in front of a customer and branch manager mr. Yogesh aneja never support him. Because he is a out of station employee and all are in the branch are relatives and friends of branch manager. And i am the customer of that person and they do my insurance in other agent account. If this will happen in your organization what is the effect is going on your customers. I have two other customers for insurance if this will happen how can i trust on your organization. So take immediate action in 2 working days and tell me at ([protected]@gmail.com) it's my humble request.

    I have been using this account for 3 months as a salary account and didn’t had any problem but one day i was making the transaction and i got a message that the transaction got failed account is frozen or blocked, so next day i visited the nearest branch and got to know that my account is frozen, even the bank staff was not aware that why the account is froze, they told me that they’ll investigate and let me know, but its been more than 3 days and i don’t have any idea of what the hell happened to my account. Because i submitted everything, adhar, pan, photo. Please help me out in this, today is the holiday and i’m stuck with nothing.

      I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to the customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.
      Details: bil/[protected]/mm annual fee may19-apr.

      Moreover, i didn't find unsubscription option mymoney portal also. I followed the following link https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/faq/internet-banking/my-money-faqs.pa... provided in the icici bank

          Dear icici,

          Without any acknowledgement, today, my account has been deducted by rs. 354 and here is a transaction details:

          26/07/2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee may1
          9-apr20/1990387 354.00

          Would you please reimburse amount which you deducted asap? I have also registered complaint of icici website and waiting for their response.

          This has happened to many customers without knowing & informing them and is happening with me now. We all need to learn from mistakes but not sure what's happening here!

          I am requesting you to revert to this query and kindly credit my hard earned money.

            my saving account shows negative balance.

            I own a salary account in icici bank and today i transferred 2800 rs in my account. When i checked the account it shows the amount there. When i tried to transfer the funds to some other bank or tried to make any payment online i am not able to do that as it shows i don't have sufficient funds and display my account balance as ₹ -14, 415.84. This is insane and i am worried if this is a fraud or what. Please help me with this asap.

            I am getting a lot of calls from your ICICI Bank as a promotional call for personal loan.

            I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

            Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from tele markerters who claim that the Personal loan is from your bank.

            So please quit disturbing me.
            Delete my numbers from your database.

            Your promotional call is not welcome and is directly considered as a harassment.

            If I get a message or call regarding personal loan from your ICICI Bank, I will have my lawyer take a legal action against you.

              I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-19' — inr 1235.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by icici which is itself a fraud by icici, and i spoke to icici it was informed by the icici representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, i was never told about the dp charges also i did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]...

                    I got call from icici bank for another credit card. They told me 500 joining fee and i agreed. Now they diducted ₹3000 from my credit card without any prior notification however that new credit card limit is linked to previous card so no use of that card. They did not told me anything only want to sell their credit card....

                      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                        I have recently applied for a credit card of ICICI and i got one. The first bill hasn't generated yet. Today I received a call from ICICI that you will be charged Rs1399 for some protection. I said I haven't been informed about it. They said again that it is for protection for all cards and you will receive the bill of this amount, do you understand. I said yes I understand but I haven't asked for it. They said it's for protection.

                        Later, I talked to the agent who assisted me to get card said no such amount is needed to be paid.
                        Then I came here on this forum and I got to know it has happened before. I fear I will also be charged. I don't want any additional plan or feature. Kindly don't give me the bill for that. If i get that I won't pay and I will surrender the card also.

                          Dear sir/mam,
                          I was bought a new car (Datsun ready go) from nissan datsun in 2016. Which is financed by nissan finance private limited for five years. That time i was earning 22000 per month by pvt job. When i was signing loan documents at that time, there were many papers in front of me. They did not explain anything to me about the loan papers and say that quickly sign it and let me for quickly process. That time i have given icici bank check to nissan for ecs. Loan amount sectioned from nissan 240000 with 10.50% interest rate which happens around 69000 in five years. Monthly car installment goes to 5170.
                          From year 2017 my wife fell ill. Lack of money ecs check bounced started due to inefficient account balance. After that my installment go to late few months till january 2019. During this time, i was not aware that i’m paying 2 side bouncing charge. They continue cut bouncing charge and never informed to me. However, they have my email id and contact number. First is icici bank bouncing charge with gst and nissan finance charge with 3% interest. After when i’m complain to nissan customer care they are given me mou paper which is signed by me.
                          Till now i have paid to icici bank around 22000 as a bouncing charge and nisan bouncing charge around 27000 confirmed by nisan customer care still pending.
                          I have icici and hdfc credit cards. Those cards have total limit around 45000. Because of my wife illness and lack of money i was not able to pay credit card bill timely that time. Due to this activity my civil score fell down. Now i’m not eligible for any loans. I have so many labilities.

                          Right now i have to required money for my wife treatment and collage fee. I had applied for personal loan but its rejected due to bad civil score. However, my payment going timely from january 2019.

                              Deduction of amount is done from my account without my permission again and again. This is illegal and unlawful. This is creating untrust for future banking from icici bank. I haven't also applied for any policy or schemes for which they can deduct amount from account. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is illegal to deduct amount from account without permission or consent of account holder. They also didn't send me any notifications of deduction of amount from my account. They are misusing the banking norms and practicing illegal work. I beg you to solve my problem as soon as you can. Thank you.

                                ICICI bank hired recovery agency at videocon tower New delhi. Agency number is 137149, person name yogesh sharma. Their keeping on calling for some loan which I never took also am no where co applicant. When I asked them to give me document they don't have any document. Continue calling me and harassing day and night. Using abusive language as well. This is bad part of ICICI bank. They should cancel authorization of such agency.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  A withdrawal of inr 1899 has happened from my account in the name of wpp-sr[protected]new policy-. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that icici is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & i request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account.

                                  kindly verify your signature in the application form filled if any(ask them to show you the same). definitely will not match might be forged for closing their targets. kindly write to below mentioned mail id. if you have already wrote then wait for 30days then approach banking ombudsman. ask the bank to give the clarification and explanation in writting that why it has happened. submit all your evidence.

                                  if your would like to register a complaint please do write in detail to: [protected]@icicibank.com & senior.[protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com. please dont write to [protected]@icicibank.com your problems will not resolved. if you have not got any satisfactory response from bank within 30days of complaint you may approach banking ombudsman (RBI) definitely they will help you out. you cannot reach baking ombudsman directly without writing a compliant to bank first.

                                    I had placed an order in ajio and done the payment through upi mode. Money of 1675 has been debited to [protected]@icici but payment has been failed. I would request to return my amount debited
