Hi all,

This mail is in regards to the loan account number
Lbvld[protected].in this account, 1st name is my mother's name and 2nd is my name. This is partial disbursement.

But my mom passed away, and i am waiting for final disbursement now for registration. The property is not yet registered, but now the property will be registered on my name only.

Kindly let me know, how i can go ahead with final disbursement. Should a addition/deletion process or rebook process to be done.

I am running here and there. Vapi branch people say contact nearest branch, nearest branch also not reverting properly even after getting the clarification. I have to do registration for the property. Is this is how the customers are treated. Have some courtesy to help customers.

Didn't expected this from you icici bank people.

Kindly look into it and help me with the exact procedure. You can contact me after 4.30pm on weekdays for further information, if needed.

No one is helping me in a proper response. This case is going on since last 3months, but still result is zero.

    My salary account was with ICICI Bank . Now past 1.6 yrs i am not using this account. I happened to visit the internet banking recently and came to know that every month bank is deducting around Rs. 600 from my account mentioned SMAB Charges and Tax. There was no information to me from bank about this deduction and i am cant accept this. I want some one to contact me from bank and help to close my account. I am not ready to give my money to bank.

      posdec chg charge

      When i checked transaction details today, i could see an amount of 29.50 has been deducted 2 times from my account under a term posdec chg which i had to google to know what that means. This took place on july 23rd 2019. For every transaction i get message notification. However for this amount alone i haven't received a notification. Why is purely a fraudster play by icici bank. Please look into the issue as soon as possible and refund the...

      Sir i am a regular payer of my credit card loan emi dues before the date. Now that the loan is also closed. During the heavy rainy days in chennai VARADHA RAINS inevitably i could pay only delaying for 3 to 4 days for which i called the customer care and requested for a waiver of the late charges which was genuienly waived by all the banks. First even icici bank accepted to give the waiver but later did not do so and began to charge late fee upon late fee with interest upon interest and taxes etc. all my repeated calls was in vain and hence i ignored the late charges and began to pay the loan EMI with interest and taxes only. Now that i have completed the loan also i request the BANK to FAIRLY CONSIDER THE WHOLE TRANSACTIONS AND SETTLE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH NO INCOME AND DEPENDING ON MY MEAGER SAVINGS WITH MY DEPENDANT SPOUSE WHO IS 75 YRS OLD

        Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday 23-07-19 ecsrtnchg charged 2591 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg...           As i was doing my payment of credit loan my amount of rs.2378.80 was deducted to some unknown account called [protected]@icici so kindly refund my amount so that i can pay my loan amount without due so that i will not be able to pay the interest for that loan.           I'm availing credit card from ICICI Bank for the year of 2004. Due to my sickness 2007 setteled my credit card Rs. 23500/- (3500 cash and 20000/- cheque) but my cibil report shows the card is due.

                I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                  I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-19'---- INR 755.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by ICICI which is itself a fraud by ICICI, and I spoke to ICICI it was informed by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, I was never told about the DP charges also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and refund my money. My phone number is [protected].

                  If I don't get my money back into my account I will stop paying EMIs for Credit Card loan. Last year I shot an email complaining about the same deduction happened and I never got my money back.
                  But this time I won't leave this issue at all.
                  I will include social media and go to every legal platform to show this fraud.

                          So i called the executive to know my application status but no reply from there side.

                            I am writing to inform you about the icici credit card no. 2002 which was not applied by me. Executive from you bank came to my home on[protected] for the recovery of the credit card amount. The credit card bill amount informed by the executive is rs. 30, 000/-. But i have not applied for any credit card and i have not received any card. Without any credit card, how can i use it for paying bill? The executive told me to inform your branch regarding. I visited your bank addressed icici bank, fp 195, cts 853, signature bhamburda, bhandarkar rd, shivajinagar, pune, maharashtra, 411004, they told me that a credit was issued using my pan card and aadhar card. But other details like mothers name, additional residential address, and additional mobile number did not matched. They did not even had my salary slip. My salary is less than rs. 10, 000/-, then how can they provide the credit card. Without any proper verification of documents they issued credit card to some itinerant person.
                            Kindly look in the matter and provide a positive response.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I was try many time on ICICI complaints portal icicibank.com but they ask me my application number or account number. without this dont accept my compliant. I have only credit card no. [protected] and that number is not accept on your complaint portal.
                            I reacharged my jio number via upi from myjio app and paid 299 via [protected]@icici. The amount was debitted, but the reacharge was unsuccessful. Date of reacharge - 21/07/19
                            When i contacted jio customer care they said there is no reacharge request. I need my refund.

                            If you have not applied credit card, kindly verify your signature in the application form filled for credit card. definitely will not match might be forged for closing their targets. kindly write below mentioned mail id. if you have already wrote then wait for 30days then approach banking ombudsman. ask the bank to give the clarification and explanation in writting that why it has happened. submit all your evidence.

                            if your would like to register a complaint please do write it to: [protected]@icicibank.com & senior.[protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com. please dont write to [protected]@icicibank.com your problems will not resolved. if you have not got any satisfactory response from bank within 30days of complaint you may approach banking ombudsman (RBI) definitely they will help you out. you cannot reach baking ombudsman directly without writing a compliant to bank first.

                              I purchased a product from coolwinks.com and i received a cashback from them and so coolwinks issued a cashback from there end, but i didn't get it in my account and so i contacted the coolwinks and they provide me the arn number but now my bank is not responding towards my complaint and even not helping me. Bank is also not provided any way to register and check the arn number. I really don't know what to do

                                I am a icici bank customer. I tried to pay mngl bill through i mobile app several times, but not receiving otp. On talking to icici bank customer care they told me to to check with jio operator. I am getting all other sms, except this bank.
                                There appears to be some problem with it network of icici bank, since this complaint has been lodged by do many customers.
                                It is requested icici bank goes into details of the problem and not pass on blame to operator.

                                  Sir, i had an account (No.[protected]ram lal parmod kumar jain, with icici bank at bathinda (Punjab) 151001 branch & i never knew that my account was opened in chennai branch. Whereas my business premises is here at bathinda & i never been to chennai.
                                  Since the account operations i was being charged on every deposit transaction & never being told of that my account is of chennai barnch & outstation cash transaction is chargeable.
                                  It's a matter of chance, when i started pursuing for closure of account since 2017, i was being told by the customer care at mumbai that your account is from chennai branch. It was really shocking for me & only then i realized of over charges since the opening of account.
                                  Now i request your good self to look in to the matter & get the over charged amount refunded since the inception of account.

                                    I have checked my amazon account for any emi or memberships, but it is not there. I have no idea why this amount is being deducted. Also, it is not the account i have added for any amazon payments, so it's very strange having its reference

I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                      I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".
