I was working with wipro and i had my salary account in icici. Now i changed my company to tcs and i continued my same salary account in icici itself. Now i want open a reimbursement account also in icici. When i go to branches they are telling that has to be done through online. But i couldn't find any way to open or either to inquire about opening the reimbursement account through online portal also. Branch people are not properly coordinating for my requirement. Could you please let me know how can i do that? Also i want to get icici food card also. What is the procedure to obtain that?

    I have cleared my loan amount in the month of April but my complaint is that I had login using my mobile number and I have chosen to foreclosure of loan by paying 22484/- so I selected by upi google pay I got a link in the Google pay immediate I made the transition it got deducted from the bank account but in the bajajfinance account it was showing as no payment received I called bank people and asked for the solution thy said it will get credit to my account after 30days so I did payment again by upi google pay of RS22484/- this amount is also deducted from my bank account and I got a message that I made a payment in bajafinanace so I have made twice the transition both the amount it as got deducted from my account today I called axis bank and thy are telling me both amount have got credited to the bajajfinance merchant itself so I need my money back of Rs 22484/- kindly help me with this issue please I have a complaint report by bank which I have transfer amount and the screen shot of google pay screen
    Sir on June 1st i recharged my jio rs 349 via upi payment through my jio app. The amount was transferred successful. But recharge not done. So please refund my amount. I attached screen shot o[censored]pi payment
    I am Prakash . I payment 2244.00 to kreditbee on 20/06/2019. I request to deduct my money. My transaction is successful but don't complet the transaction. Please refund my money in my account

      Respecteed sir,

      With all due regards, i wish to state that i amit kumar holds an account no. [protected] with axis bank (Gohana branch) and i was transferring funds (Amount 50000) to icici bank[protected] on 17/04/2019 1:00pm, through mobile banking (Imps) but erroneously money was sent to icici bank account no.[protected].
      As soon as i realised the mistake on the same day i called axis bank customer care & registered complaint no. [protected] on the same day i also visited my axis bank and gave a written application and concerned officer in axis bank accepted my application and advised me to visit icici bank with comments written on my application.
      After that i visited icici bank (Gohana, branch), which they confirmed that transfer of rs 50000 has been deposited in icici bank account no.[protected] and the account belongs to bidhal, sonipat branch and i must visit them and request them to put hold on amount of rs 50000 for this account.
      The very next day when i visited the bidhal, sonipat branch of icici bank and mentioned about the issue, employees over there confirmed about deposit of amount 50000 in the account but denied to act any further in this regard and did not put hold on account, meanwhile the account holder come to know that 50000 has been deposited in his account so he withdraws the amount 20 april, 2019.
      It was due to sheer carelessness and non cooperative nature of icici bank bidhal, sonipat branch employees i have lost my money (Inr 50000).
      Kindly help me to get my money back and proper guidelines must be given to employees how to deal with such situations and circumstances.

        This complaint is regarding to the behaviour of your recovery agent named madhu telu ([protected]). I have a credit card with your bank since 3years. My payment was due... I have already informed the bank that because of my job change i cannot pay the amount for a month, so they converted it to instalments. Me after payment of one instalment got a new job in another city and left but i was in contact with them, last month i failed to pay and the recovery agent was changed. And this month ie today a recovery agent named madhu came to my house in the afternoon when only my grandparents are there... He talked to my grandmother that your grand son is a fraud and left city after talking money and was asking for my number which they already had, they continued this for one and half hour. And gave their number and left. My mom after coming home called that number to ask what was it about. Mr. Madhu telu picked up the phone and started lashing out on my mother.in his words "you have to pay money immediately because you are his mother." we can keep case on you if you don't pay" and he mentioned that since my and my mom sur name are different if she had a illegal marriage. And he talked much more. I have recording of the call i'm willing to send to you.

          I am deeksha. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 24-apr-2019. I do not have demat account with icici bank.

          Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

          My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable please refund my amount.

          I have icici salary account and suffering from posdec charges deduction 6 times in last 15 days. This is ridiculous I haven’t used my card inlast 15 days but the transaction is extremely ridiculous and fake... the amount deducted is 29.50 each time... how can we trust this bank

            I am still an employee of icici bank newly joined in oct month and i am getting tortuted by my bm and rh.. After joining icici bank my health as become very poor.. Due to pressure of bm and rh.. Their tone and rude words in front of 70-80 people..in these last 4 months heard atleast 50 times that i am rediculous, get out of the system.. Who appointed you.. I tried to reach out hr around 10 times but hr never respond back... I provided my medicals, my rh said this is of no use as doctor is not of penelled hospital.. And even after showing my medicals and explaining my situation, she was more concerned about my business targets... Pathetic organisation. Everyday was a nightmare for me to go to office.

            I am sajid.. i got a message in the morning at 7.30 am, that my account has been deducted an amount of 4200 inr from my account on 6 may 2019. without the otp, amount debited to VIN*GOOGLE SERVICE.

              I have received link of gift card from my friend as wedding gift but still not received original card even after more than 4 months. And i am unable to use my card through that link.

              Please help to get my card asap before its expiry.in the meanwhile please advice how to use it online.

                I applied property loan in icici bank in the month of march 2019 and received a message saying that application
                Logged in on march 23rd 2019. And i submitted required documents for the loan process finally received a message
                Saying that "dear customer, your mortgage loan application no 73516965 has been approved by icici bank. For disbursement, please contact your sales representative." and i tried to reach out sales manager sreenivasan s and team on [protected] asked about my cheque release for registration because i applied loan 45 days back still not yet completed
                Initially icici team promised me saying that with 15 days they will complete loan process but he was talking with me very rudely and he said he can't process.

                Already icici team deducted 9080 rupees from my account and taken cash 3400 rupees (Sales manager sreenivasan s and team)

                Can you please help me for refund of my money and all my documents submitted along with cheque's i am not happy with icici loan process and i don't have hope these guys will release my loan as its already 45 days completed of login of my application.

                  Hi, i have a salary account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from my account without my knowledge. They deducted it for a policy called as "one assist". But they never informed me or asked me regarding this. They just called me and said that they just need to map my details with them. The person who called me never told or asked me that he is asking all the details for any kind of policy. I need my money back.

                  I did not activated any kind of service from my ICICI Bank debit card and I got message saying that my account has been debited for ₹160. INFO: VIN*GOOGLE.
                  Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 1197 to [protected].

                  Please revert my money back to my account ASAP.

                  I got a message from ICICI BANK, that they have deducted EUR 18.00 on my Credit Card (2 Times)

                  Why this Unnecessary deduction is being placed by ICICI BANK and these are deducted by saying FACEBKADS. While i have not subscribed or not visited anything like that

                  I want my money back as 36 EUR have been deducted from my Credit Card Account till now.

                    My account was debited twice for rs.999 which i have not done payment to anybody.
                    I didnt receive any otp.
                    Its set to auto-debit at a future date. I have not asked for this option anywhere.
                    The code next to the transaction is vsi which is not shown in the legend.
                    I expected this banks reputation and security protocols to be top notch but this incident is making me revisit that notion.
                    Kindly look into this at the earliest.

Two or three times, i already sent email, but no response from your executive till date. Pls. Reversal of intt. Charges. This month i deposited the full amount due on me already.                         My tag was blocked by icici fast tag without any reason. And now i have called them so many times to unlock my tag. Every time i was told that it will be done in next 48 hours. Its been more than 1 month now, my tag is still not unlocked. I am totally harassed and furstrated now. I would suggest not to go for icici fast tag. Very very very very poor service.

                          I am karthik account holder of icici bank. Right now i am in jersey-uk and want to change my mobile number. I spoke to colleague who asked me to download a form, fill and send hard copy by post. I feel its a long process instead why can't i send you soft copy of the filled form? If you still ask me to send hard copy, i feel better to switch the bank. Changing mobile number is simple process but you are making so complicated at customer end.

                            I have opted for ppf account on icici account and deduction date is 5th of every month but for the may amount got deducted on may 4th itself that result in hdfc bank personal loan payment and they charged ecs charges rs.413.
                            Then how is responsible for this deduction and more over when i identified that my account has insufficient funds for hdfc ploan then i maintained the balance by 1 pm but surprising they charged ecs.
                            On the may 4 th i called to hdfc perosnal loan department they can't help on this.

                              My self rambabu vaddi having an account as well as credit credit cards of your bank account.

                              I paid rs:8500/- (6000+2500) to my credit card but it is showing my available balance less than rs:2000/-

                              Kindly help me to understand for what circumstances you have deducted the remaining amount even though i paid before the due date.

                              Its a type of money laundering, kindly reflect back the amount else need to show case the same issue in social media.

                                Dear sir/ ma'am,
                                I am sathish manupoorui, having a saving account in your bank at kutcheryroad portonovo branch, cuddalore, tamilnadu. My account no. Is[[protected]]. My friend deposited 1300rs. On 2nd may, 2019. You have deducted 177rs. As anw charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. There will be no charges and you can have n no. Of transactions from outside the city but within india, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because i think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.
