I had purchased my two wheeler hero honda motorcycle (Up 32 bc 6957) in 2004. I had taken vehicle loan from icici bank lucknow. I have cleared all the emi. Currently icici bank is declining to give loan clearance and noc letter. I visited the lucknow alambagh branch i march 2019, they took my details and told after 21 days i would be notified as they will seek information from banglore. But that too they could not provide. My rc would expire in 6th june 2019. Also i do not have details of my loan account. I had already complaint on 7th april and got reply from icici on 8th apri 2019 that their official would call me but so far nothing is replied by them. Request you to please issue me loan clearance & noc letter at earliest. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com and contact no is [protected]. Also requesting the forum what other alternative is their if icici fails to deliver.

    This is to bring to your notice the above account number mentioned is a partnership account, with out my concent without giving me any notice why has the funds been blocked when my other partner is not paying his dues
    I need justification for the same and if the amount has been blocked it should be only 50 % as it is partnership account
    Not the properitor
    Why i have not been informed that if the dues are not cleared by mr rajiv khanna your company account will be leined
    I will file same at consumer court if proper justification is not given to me
    50 percent of the amount in my company account is my share how can you block full amount
    This is really annoying and i will see to it that icici is at fault and will compensate the same

      On 27th i have done two transaction of different amount of ₹ 13201.70 and ₹10894.16 from which 1st transaction has been declined due to incorrect cvv of amount ₹13201.70 and asked to do another transaction for the booking. So i have done another transaction of ₹ 10894.16 to confirm my booking.

      Now i saw that both transaction are showing in my statement which make me shocked and mentally harrased.

      I had attached the picture of message received, i want to understand that how declined transaction is showing in my statement

        amount deduction of rs. 706.82

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 year,
        Now they have charged rs. 706.82 under this category dcardfee0596apr19-mar20+gst
        On 26 april 2019.
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They says there is no charges of this and deduct my money.
        Kindly refund my money back to my account.

        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us....

            An unauthorised transaction was done on my icici card by google. I know it's just 20₹ but i'm afraid they would make an unauthorised transaction of bigger amount in the future. Please help me fix this.

              I have been getting charged inappropriately without my notice even though my car is parked at my parking. I reside in bannerghatta rd bangalore and everyday my fast tag is getting charged randomly from various toll gates. Which i term as fraudulent charges. Every-time i call icici customer care they come up with a long time resolution. This is an horrible experience. This started happening from 20 april 2019. My fast tag account was loaded with 1000rs and today the balance has come down to 435.30rs. I do not want to continue with icici fast tag anymore as this is getting misused. Kindly make sure the entire amount of 656rs is refunded back to my account.

                Icici bank — icici dp charges - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till 826 rs inr (Complaint)

                Hello,

                I am narpender. I checked 826 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till march 2019) dp charges on 25/04/2019. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message.. They have deducted two time before this, i checke my all transaction... They dont send me sms, strict action should be taken against these people.

                  Without an acknowledgement and taking my permission. I have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for on 24/04/2019 mm annual fees - 354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                  Please reimburse the respective amount asap. I am called their customer care from my registered number but they are not taking my complaint.

                  I request to take action and reverse the amount asap.

                    I have applied for Rs 10 Lac loan through ICICI bank . this loan process was taking care by mymoneymantra.com . every time executive called me i said send me mail regarding everything ROI, installment other charges etc on mail . I will give approval on mail only . but without my consent bank has deposited amount in my account. How can bank do this and its not small amount. As a customer i have right to take quotations from other banks But this doesn't means that bank will impose anything on customer. I dont want to this amount and i am sending mails continuously to take back their money but no solution received till now.

                      I have being charged 29 rs around 30 to 40 times for last so many yrs. I neglected and trusted icici for its integrity but now i see i have looted my hard earned money in 1000s over the year. Per day 5-6 times 29.50 rs has been charged to me. This should be charged when i dont have sufficient balance but never has this has been case.
                      I always maintain minimum balance of 20k. I have zero hope from of getting my money back. Hence i am going to close my credit and account in icici. I have already retrived my 2lakh fds from icici bank.

                      I could give my statements stating the same.
                      I cannot call and shout on people.

                        When i checked my bank transactions, i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19 — inr 826.00 on 25/04/2019.
                        But i am not using demat account in icici bank, during salary account opening time the icici executive told that this is good to have ans is free,

                          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now.

                          When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 0n 24/04/2019
                          DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-19 Dr. 826.00

                          When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is G KISHORE KUMAR[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                            I am using icici credit card since last 2 months and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date

                            Similarly, i made a payment on 5th april and in my cc statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges inr. 918.60. When i enquired about these charges bank said that i have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.

                            I clearly told bank:

                            1. I never opted for auto debit how come it was applied automatically. They don't have any proof to show... No kyc document and no request number.

                            2. I told them, sufficient funds were parked in my account on 30th march itself and i paid the same on my due date i. E. On 5thth april

                            Bank is saying auto debit is executed 5 days before due date

                            - as per the details, sufficient funds were there and payment was made on 5th april. Its bank issue why payments were not made or auto debit was not able to realize/check tthe balance in my account

                            - first i never opted for auto debit in icici.

                            I made payments 0-4 days before my due date but no auto debit fee was levied. The bank is unable to provide any clear answer.

                            I have been pressurized to pay these charges without any fault of mine.

                            Perhaps they have given customer relationship division to bunch of dumb people who don't understand the basic details being shared by customer.

                            I talked to chaitali bhat from mumbai office. She is very arrogant.

                            Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost.

                            Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

                            Thanks icici, you screwed me up big time!!!

                              I had opened simple saving account in icici bank in 2013 through icici representative who had come to my office. I never asked/opted to open demat account.
                              Today i was going through my transactions just like that and i noticed till now rs.1528.42 /- deducted from my saving account for demat account which i never opened and even never used.
                              Also its showing rs.826 as outstanding amount.
                              I want my money back. You don't have any right to deduct a single rupee from our account without our consent.
                              And please do ask customers if they want to open demat account. Don't take decision on their behalf and deduct their money.

                                      Without my knowledge/acknowledgement icici bank has debited rs.354/- for annual fee for mm account feb-mar19. I never requested icici bank to open any my money account.

                                      Request to refund the amount which is deducted illegally and close my mm account immediately, if any.

                                      I also warn to all the icici bank customers to check their savings account, you may also face same type o[censored]nknown deduction from bank.

                                      Request to bank to arrange my money back.
