Hi i am pravin vadnagra from rajkot. Today i get statement from icici bank, where i have saving account, there is 9 times posdec charges debited in my account. How can bank debit this type of charges from my account?
Please tell me now what and where i have to for this issue?
Can i get back credit this amount?
Ok why bank is not giving proper charges chart to their customers?

    I have applied in icici bank for balance transfer in icici bank.
    They taken the process fee for that.
    Now they are refusing the transfer my home loan &
    They are not refunding my processing fee.
    Processing fee is 6136.00
    Icici bank cheated to customers and take the processing fees from the customer.
    I want refund my processing fees.
    So please suggest us.

        my amount got debited by vin* google without my knowledge

        Today, i got money debited message from icici bank. First deducted rs.1 then deducted rs.320 and again deducted rs.320. I check the transaction to online.
        The amount got debited from vin* google without my knowledge. I didn't subscribe any google services. I want to know, what is vin* google and how amount is debited without my knowledge. And then i want refund for this deducted amount....

        Hi,

        I got icici credit card on march 2018. After that, i have received many phone calls regarding one assist service and the person who called me told that this service is compulsory and i have to 1399 per year. This amount was auto debited from my credit card and i had to pay the bill for the same. Later i came to know that this service is optional and the customer care person who called me was giving wrong info.
        Now on 23- april 2019 the same amount 1399 inr is debited from my credit card. I want to deactivate this service and i want the refund asap.

        Kindly deactivate and refund the amount asap or i will file a case in the consumer court.

          I had withdrawn 5000 rupees from sbi atm with an icici card but received only 4000. I had complained about the same with icici customer care, a complaint was lodged and went on and on for about 2 months. Later they closed the complaint saying transaction was successful. They didn't provide cc footage as well. Why should i lose hard earned money without my fault.

            I’m using icici travel card and when I tried to reload it I entered the grid card details correctly and it still disabled my authentication. I’m out of India and it’s so difficult to contact the customer care and one of my family member in India tried to do it and they also denied that
            It is so diffficult for me to contact them from here and also I can’t use my card anymore terrible service if this problem is not solved I would never think of getting icici cards!

              My self reet w/o sanjeev khera. Icici bank provide me a ctedit card i have paid all tge installmrnts but due to some personal. Prob i m nt able this mbth payement on time.
              Yesterday an executive (Miss babita nd muss kavita) call me using lots of abusing language even not only me they also got some numbers from fb snd akso xall to my relatives nd my relatives collegues. This is nt a right way. Even they both ladies using lots n lots og abusing lznguages many timr and call me with othet numbers also.
              I registerd my complaint in police sration also against these ladies.
              Plz its my request to bank that when they appoint any employees plz check their family backgrounf. They hurt me a lot n prestly i m in hospitluze due to these call they give me mentally harrasment.

                I made a payment of RS 799 on 16th April online via BHIM UPI FROM INDAND GAS WEBSITE to book LPG CYLINDER.
                MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL to [protected]@icici BUT INDANE GAS DID NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT, so booking was not done.
                Now Indane gas is telling me to contact the ICICI Bank. ICICI is not reachable on its customer care number. [protected].

                Please help.

                      I had recharged my jio number the amount had been deducted but the recharge was unsuccessful. The amount was ₹469. Its now more than 15 days i am trying but no response from the bank. I called up the customer care more than 20 times but yet they they are not responding. I visited the branch too but they too had asked me to call the cc.

                        I had asked for refund for three products to ajio.com of which the refund amount for two products is received.
                        However the refund amount of 899.25/- for the third product is still pending.
                        I had called customer care from ajio and they have told that the amount has been initiated from their end and that i must heck with the bank.

                          I was trying to do the railway ticket booking, and on the 3d secure authentication page.. I mistakenly attempted to input the wrong otp thrice as i got two otp messages, so i entered the expired otp.. The page rendered a message that due to multiple incorrect attempts your atm is blocked for online payment. Please contact customer care. I got the text message for same. How can i unblock the atm card for online transaction. Please help me asap. Thanks!

                              This icici bank dp charges a scam. Customer is not aware of these hidden charges. They offer this service by saying it is a free of cost. Even though customer is not willing to take it, they make sure customer still sign the form along with bank opening form. I know very well i told bank executive, i am not interested anymore, still he manages/cheated to get sign on that dmat opening form along with bank account opening form. Shocking is my account opened in 2013 when i opened my saving bank account with icici. Now i left with no option to close icici bank account. These are fraud people. This looks like one of the biggest scam in india. We all want our money back. Please stop cheating your customers and do not fill your pockets by such hidden charges.

                                rwd fees debited from account

                                On march 01 99 +gst was cut twice as rwd fees from the bank, tx particulars rwdfee/2067281/220119+gst & rwdfee/2067283/220119+gst
                                215 rupees was debited from my account. This is not the first time some kind of fees being charged, once i was swiping at a pos and had an issue with the bank and couldn't process my transaction and after few days i was charged for that too. Banks are levying unnecessary fees on their costumers....

                                Bank is charging ecs return charges when they have failed to process requests to stop the standing instruction months ago.

                                8 times the ecr request since they failed to stop it has been charged on me, which is not fair.

                                Pls look into this as it is an issue with bank staff not doing the process which is being charged on me.

                                  Hi, i have a salary account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from my account without my knowledge. They deducted it for a policy called as "one assist". But they never informed me or asked me regarding this. They just called me and said that they just need to map my details with them. The person who called me never told or asked me that he is asking all the details for any kind of policy. I need my money back.
