Hi this is Shambhavi, I can. Not transfer money to anyone from my creditcard it always shows the transaction failed
Please help me to unblock the card

I have to make much transaction and since a week this happened

I called customer care and there was no response from them about it

I hope you guys can assist and help me soon

    Kindly reversed one entry who is done twice in a recharge via truecallerpay one debit txn is suscessfully but another txn is not sucsessfull so kindly look into debit entry and reversed my amt 498/- dtd 13/03/2019. Amt paid to marchant site as per attached mail from bank of baroda.

      Hello,

      On 4th april 2019, i tried to do tatkaal tickets selecting an option of not booking the tickets if confirm berth is not available.

      I used paytm gateway to make a payment from my debit card.

      Thus the money got deducted from my icici saving bank account.

      The irctc says that they have credited the below refunded amount to the bank.

      But the below amount is still not been credited to my bank account.

      1715/ + 640/-

      I emailed icici customer care but got no reply.

      Please find the attached screenshots for reference.

        I made airtel postpaid bill payment for mobile no [protected] of rs 823 on 05.04.19 from icici bank i mobile app which uses bharat bill payment system; neither the success screen came nor i received the payment receipt sms from airtel. However, payment is debited from my account no[protected] the same instance. Also, the payment is not refunded in my account till now

          Ecsrtnchg-26-feb-19+gst rs. 472 deducted 4 times in march

          Ecsrtnchg 260219_sr[protected] rs. 413 deducted 4 times in feb

          No notification or explanation received from this amount deducted.

          Sufficient amount in account for emi of mutual funds too. This is clear stealing of our money. Stop this fraud. Not expected from icici at all. I need a resolution as soon as possible. Please give an explanation and resolve the query as soon as possible.
          If it’s a fees then it should be deducted just once why is it four times.

            I have already sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com with uid 222722 as subject as mentioned in the comment to my previous complaint but haven't got any reply.

            My concern is-

            On 2nd april 2019, 2 transactions from my upi failed as the bank's servers were not responding but the amount got debited for both the transactions, rs 300 and 349. I connected with 3-4 chat officers of the bank, they are denying these transactions, they are saying they can't see those transactions in their system i have the records from the payment transfer apps about the transactions, if your bank servers were not responding then that's not my fault, customers should not suffer. I want my rs.649 back. Refund my money into my account.

                    I want to repeat the complain of abusive and threat calls against icici recovery agents from delhi miss jyoti. He again called today 11/3/19 in my number from her mobile no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and again gave threats and abusive languages to my friends and relatives.
                    In spite of settling all the credit card matter 9 years back in 2010 i am getting these calls from icici bank recovery agents.
                    I want to take legal action against icici bank and also will file a police case against all these recovery agents if these calls not stopped immediately.
                    I want icici bank to take action immediately against their recovery agents immediately or else i will initiate both police and legal actions against icici bank with immediate effect.

                    Still after 2 months icici bank not taken any action to stop such abusive calls from their recovery agents and i want consumer court to take stern legal actions against icici bank for harassment unnecessarily.

                      I had deposited rs. 10000 on 29/03/2019 in icici bank deposit machine located at uttam nagar new delhi branch which i had wrongly deposited in an unknown person account whose account number is[protected] which is in the name of pawan saluja i had to deposit the money in account number[protected] i had reported the issue to the branch on same day and the bank officials had assured me to reverse my money but till now i don't get back the amount every day they are telling me that we had sent a representative to the address of account holder for debit authority of wrong amount deposited but the person is not at home please help me to get back my money

                        I have been receiving calls on my number from icici bank in the name of a person (Mr. Abhishek). However, i am not abhishek and i don't have any account in icici bank. I informed about this issue to them also whenever they called me but still i receive calls asking details about me. Please help me with this.
                        One day i received a message that my credit card of icici bank has been dispatched and a delivery guy even contacted me about that.
                        I have been fed up with this. I warned them that remove whosoever is using my number or else i will complaint about them. I am facing very problem with this.

                          Hi am the User of ICICI since 7years I Using ICICI credit card since 3years.

                          My salary[protected] account marked for lean after paying the amount. Only just RS:27000 pending.
                          I had contact customer care. saying we don't have access. I had contact the branch they saying they don't knoe wh had marked as lean. then whom I need to contact for this issue.
                          I had saved this amount for Hospital bill. without intimation, my account was added lean.
                          This happened for a 3rd time. I Branch manager also talk to me to convert total into EMI on sep2019.
                          no response.

                          we out paying any amount may persons are there but after paying amount without permission. ICICI are marking as lean.
                          And after contacting no response.

                          never suggest people to deposit amount in ICICI. bad experience.

                            Iam the account holder of icici from past 5 yrs. Icici deducting my money as smab charges from past 4 yrs. On monthly basis much money these people got from my account. Without doing nothing/ no service/ on additional basis as fine you people getting money. Is it fair? Is it ethical? Deduct money that you fixed as minimum balance and make it in accessible... What you people doing is exploitation. Please solve my inconvenience, otherwise i will go for possible solutions to overcome this.

                                The amount of 354 has been deducted from my icici bank account on the 21st March as MM Annual fees. I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still, an annual fee for MAR-19 to Feb20 354 rupees got deducted. WHY ? this is highly frustrating. I can't afford my hard earned money to get wasted this. Refund my money.

                                  Yesterday i. E. On 3rd april 2019, at around 5.30-6 pm, i got message from bank that rs.1399 are debited from my account again for one assist plan. I have complained about the same last year. Please don't activate any plan and deduct any amount from the bank account without my permission.

                                    I used my icici bank atm card to withdraw cash 2500/-, near thane railway station i dont know which bank atm. The atm processed the request but before it could dispense cash, it shown time out. I waited for 5 mins. But it did not turn back on and neither did it dispense my cash which got deducted from my account. Cctvs can be checked to confirm my presence.

                                    I have also open complaints with icic bank at 26 march[protected] but are not responding properly and said require 7 days to investigate n all. 7 days is over, but no progress has to share with me.

                                      I transferred 15k inr from my icici to axis bank, but it is failed with the following message.

                                      Mailed them four time but no proper reply. I am currently outside india. Is this the way you treat your customers?. Atleast reply mail faster, but you guys no response at all. Reply to my email asap.

                                        Sir, i have telephonic communication with one assist person on dated 02/04/19 to deactivated my plan of rs.1399 & one assist person told me within 24 hrs the plan will be deactivated. But today (03/04/19) evening rs.1399/- has been deducted from my icici account.
                                        So, sir without my permission how the amount has been deducted.
                                        I need proper clarrification regarding my deduction & deactivated the my rs.1399/- one assist plan.

                                        Rs 1899 is deducted without my approval for Wpp policy ..so Revert the transaction and credit money to my account ..i surrender that i don't want any kind of policy ..my executive bank is doing this on his own so kindly refund my money in two days or i'll take action against them.
