My name is Rekha Varma and i'm holding an account in icici bank for the past 3 years. i just saw today when i was checking my account statement online, that many times i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 28.09 each month between 1st till 11th of every month .i haven't used my card for long . this account is only to repay my personal loan . please helpme stop this deduction and help me get the deducted amount back

      Myself avinash kumar saini form haridwar, uttrakhand. I have 10year old customer of icici bank. My icici account no is[protected], branch - ranipur, haridwar.
      Sir i am very upset of your services because you can not consider me as a old customer.
      When i was made my home then i go to icici bank for home lone but no response by your side than i take home lone from lic housing finance.
      Now i apply for personal lone only on 1.20 lac and i completed my all documents but your team not give me positive response. After 8 days he said that your lone file decline.
      When i want to know about the reason of decline my file he can not explain me. Why..??? (Mr. Upkar, icici - haridwar - [protected])
      Why they can not inform me on time of my file is rejected. Why...? I need this amount but no body response me timely when i call than he said that. Why...?
      Who is the responsible for that...??? He can not provide me my pl file no. If you want i send you all telephonic discussion to you.
      Please do the needful otherwise i quit the service of icici bank.

        I have applied home loan with icici mulund branch. First disbursement was done properly but at the time of second disbursement they have automatically shifted my branch to hiranandani thane with 0.35 interest rate. Due to this issue they are unable to disburse my second installment. From past 2 weeks i am following up with the bank but no proper response is getting.

              I am facing an issue while making payment.
              I am not getting an otp from the bank, be it a net banking transaction or debit card transaction.
              I would like to highlight that it's not an connectivity issue. As if i do the payment from the other bank, with same mobile number i am getting the otp on time.
              This is very painful, as most of the transaction gets cancelled. The same problem has occurred so many time.
              Looking forward for the resolution.

                Have put up a loan case to icici after giving all required details by icici.
                Icici has sanctioned the same and confirmed that the loan disbursement shall be done within maximum 1 week.
                However, after making the agreement and giving the bank the original agreement and other necessary documents, they failed to honour the timeline.
                Further, at this point of time, they have informed us that the apf (On whose basis they have sanctioned the loan) is with icici finance department so they have to make the apf again. Even after 16 days, they are not giving a proper clarity and everytime they are re-assuring that they will get back to us on timeline.
                They are still keeping us in dark wrt. The dates.
                Also, how could they sanction the case if the apf (Approved financing project) was not done with icici bank at all?

Its almost 50 days but still not received my credit card. Will not tolerate this kind miscommunication by the employee of icici bank... This kind of mental harassment for me...

Yesterday my a/c debited by rs.46500 (Forty six thousand five hundred) through atm transcation of rs.1oooo/- four times and 6000, and 500 one time in this way amount withdrawn rs 46500, while the original card lying with me and i am in indore. I have loged complaint to police station aerodrame road indore as well as to icici bank customer care and submit the related documents to icici bank patel nagar indore on 16 march 2019. Sir it is my humble request to arrange to redeposit the amount to my ac by bank, as in this case i am not in fault at my end.

                      Hi i have taken a personal loan from icici and i was making payment on time always and it is been 2 years now but because of some financial conditions and my father was not well he is a heart patient and i was also job less. I was not able to make payment from last 2 months only and i got a call from recovery agent and he started abusing straight away without telling me why he is calling and from where he is calling. He also called to my father who is 65yrs old he abused him as well very badly. Then he told me why he was calling after he abused me and i said i will make my payment of all 3 months together with the interest whatever it will be. However he was not ready to listen to me and continuously abusing.
                      He abused so badly to my parents and tortured as well.

                      His name was dines as well there is one more person talking rajvi.

                      Again i am saying the dues will be cleared by april and i will pay my all 3 months loan dues with interest please help me out and stop these calls

                          Hi, i made online purchase on amazon for rs 370/..

                          And i received a wrong item on 20th feb 2019,
                          For which amazon refunded the amount same day and provided the refund reference number.

                          Now even after 10 days i have not received my refund in account.
                          However icici has not proceesed my refund.

                          I have already made this complaint, but no action has been taken by icici customer service.

                              I applied by mistake for reissuing my debit card through imobile app and when excutive has come for new debit card I told him that I have a card already, next day I got to know that my card has blocked. I called many times on customer care but they r not able to solve my problem they r just transferring my call again and again. I m calling since 9th March and still I didn't get any response. I am still requesting them either unblock my debit card.

                                I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I have not received any statements of my personal loan. I took loan for 5yrs on 2016. But till now i have not even received a sms about balance pending or how much i have cleared as of now. I tried to reach customer care but for this issue there is no option in ivr.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had taken an sip from icici and within a week gave request to cancel the sip in october. No debit was done in november but in december and january they charged me ecsrtn charges.

                                    When enquired, earlier the icici bank said that the issue is from icici prudential amc and later icici prudential amc said the issue is from icici bank. Both of them agreed that the charges are incorrect but no one is ready to take the responsibility and refund my amount.

                                      My icici account got debited with 413.0 for ecsrtnchgs (Protected) what is this charges and why it deducted from my account. Please tell me the reason.
                                      I have sufficient amount in my account
                                      But still icici bank stolen my money

                                        I had paid 1474 to vishalmagamart .this amount was debated from my account but they are refused that the can not received.
                                        I had made a call to Customer care .they also confirmed that the payment succesful to Marchant account. But Marchant refused to accept the payment.
