I got a call from icici bank representative for credit card and i have given all the documents and the information and i have specifically told to update my personal email i’d not the official id inspire of that they have updated my official id and later i have written n number of e-mails and i have n number or calls and nobody is bothered about it.
It’s the worst service i have ever gone through and now i dnt want any icici credit card or any relation with the bank.

    My grid authentication has been disabled on, in-spite of having entered the correct values. I need to re-enable it, as this is my primary account and depend on it for making all utilities and bill payments. Your “24-hour customer care” is of no use in this regard as there isn’t an option to register this complain/request service. Can you please help me in re-activating the grid authentication

      unable to close my fd

      Sir,
      I am completely surprised while doing online premature closure of my fd[protected]. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as i was unable to close fd.
      When i try to premature closure of this fd through my online bank account, i am not able to close it as i am continuously getting an error 'lein marked on fd/rd'. I am very frustrated with this experience. How am i supposed to close this account now as i need this...

      Am a icici bank customer. So many times deducted my amount ecsrtnchg charged +tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is.           Hi. I would like to draw your attention to illegal construction in lajpat apartment, lajpat nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad.
          Lot of residents have encroached on common areas adjacent to their houses and left very little common space. The situation is so bad that now the person's in front of the society gates are extending their houses till near the gates with no space for luggage trucks to enter the society. This construction must be stopped. Any objection to the illegal construction evokes violent response from the house owners. The construction is under progress as on 22 mar 19. Please stop this construction untill no space is left in the society and government land is taken up for free

            I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                  Dear icici team,

                  I opened the nps accoount and e-signed the same on 15th march 2019 but since then the account is on frozen state. I have been told by nps that the pop (Icici bank) is supposed to verify/confirm the account only then it will become active.

                  I went to the nps designated branch in sector 14, gurgaon, haryana and was told that even though they are the designated branch, they do not have the nps login credentials and cannot verify my details eben though they should have it because even the nps is telling me that icici should verify my details.

                  This is such a huge gap for the end customer. If you cannot verify the customer, then why become a pop?

                  I was asked to get the print of an already e-signed form which the branch official will stamp and and sign and then i should courier that to nps office whereas nps office is constantly saying not to send any courier since i e-signed already and icici bank should solve this issue.

                  I have already sent an email at icici care email address but no response. Please help!

                    Hi [protected] is my credit card number. I had a credit limit of 65000 in this card and iam using this card since 2015. Currently iam having a outstanding of 36000 according to bank. So far i paid 1, 80, 000 were as my total usage is around 75000 only in last 4 years. Since i didnt have job from november 2018, iam struggling to pay the outstanding. But every month i manage to pay minimum due every month at least in delay. Till february...

                      My account has been debited with inr 354.00 on 21 march 2019 and the reason you are mentioned is mm annual fee. As i come to know that i have not opted for any of yours my money services why you charge for this without noticing me.

                      Kindly resolve this icici is cheating people unnecessarily last time also i was charged for this and the customer service is worst part they will never reply for emails, phone and don't know whom to address this issue.

                      Please its my humble request consider this as highest priority and seeking solutions for this fraud cases every year.

                        I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for feb19-jan
                        354 rupees got deducted. There was no prior notice that the amount will be deducted from the account for the mentioned service. I have tried customer care number and in the service request page for raising complaint against the particular transaction but there is no option to raise the request. I would request bank to return the amount.

                          I am losing trust on icici bank, they have become irresponsible and do not care about customers any more. Let me tell you the story.

                          I applied for loan on march 05, 2019 over internet. Someone called me on march 06, 2019 and took all my details about me and confirmed that i will get the loan amount and also told me rate of interest. I agreed on it and he told me that someone would contact me for documents. He also gave me the list of documents. I requested him to send the person the next day. He confirmed that the person will come and collect document on march 07, 2019 between 5 pm and 6 pm. I mentioned that i have an urgent requirement and he confirmed me that, the loan amount will get disbursed to my account by 3 working days after i submit documents.

                          I got a call from the person who was supposed to take my documents on march 07, 2019 and he confirmed me that he would come between 5 to 6. I waited for him till 6:30 in the evening, till i did not get a call back from him. I called him and he did not receive the call.

                          On march 08, 2019 i called the customer care, they again asked me all the details that i already shared on march 06, 2019. The customer care person told me someone would come on the same day. I again reminded about the urgency. I waited for the whole day but again no one came. I called customer care on march 09, 2019 and told what happened and told about emergency situation. The person told me, someone would come on the same day. I however asked not to come on saturday evening in my home. Then on march 11, 2019, a person came and collected my documents, i asked him about the time it would take. The person told within 4 working days, it will be processed. Someone came to my home to verify address on march 14, 2019. On march 15, 2019 i got a sms from icici bank with a loan application id.

                          I opened the website of icici bank and the details shows as, disbursement date march 15, 2019 and first emi march 15, 2019. I thought my loan got processed and sighed of relief. I called customer care on march 16, 2019, to my surprise they told me, it is under progress, nothing happened on the loan. I asked them, it shows disbursement date as march 15, 2019 on website. They could not give me a clue on that and told me to wait.

                          On march 16, 2019 i complained on email to icici bank and got an automated reply within 48 hours, my query would be resolved. Nothing happened. No mail after that, no calls after that.

                          At this point, it is more than 2 weeks, i applied for loan. Still, i waited for icici. Monday, a person came to my office and told me your verification is complete. But he could not give me a hint on when the amount will be processed.

                          I waited one more day. Today morning, that is march 20, 2019 i again called customer care, they gave me a number [protected] and told me to contact as he is the person who is dealing with my request. I called the number but it is switched off. They can straight reject loan request if they cannot provide it on time. I could have checked with other banks to get a loan.

                          Also, they do not have a way to close personal loan request from the customer end. So, i am already having some issue to handle with, on top of it icici added some more and thanks to their service, i have to find out how to close the loan request at least.

                          This is how irresponsible icici has become. I now, lost all hope of getting my loan processed, i just need to know, if at all this will be processed or not. If not, please close the request.

                          Also, i am planning to move my salary account to some other bank and close the whole account and break all ties with icici bank.

                          I had made a payment of ₹ 720.50 to [protected]@icici for my indane gas cylinder booking and is paid through my phonepe upi on 16/3/19 at 12.21. But indane gas customer care said the payment not done, but my account was debited of rs. 720.20. Why the the refunded my payment back my account.

                            Redemption date 27.10.2018. I had provided the cheque for this Bond from canara bank, but later I had to close the account for lack of fund and now I have provided my new corporation's details as required but still redemption has not been done. I received a call saying the papers r sent back giving no reasons, but they are still stuck in post.

                                  Hi There,

                                  I received a call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan, after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my ICICI credit card without my permission. Actually I don't need this plan. So kindly requesting you to deactivate this plan and refund my money in my bank account ASAP.

                                  I tried to recharge my mobile twice on dr. 12/03/2019. Rs.399 amount deduct twice from my account but recharge not done. Transaction failed. Kindly refund my amount.my ICICI account no. is[protected].
                                  I applied for online personal loan for 2 lakhs, they have sanctioned only 1.85 that is not mentioned before applying for loan.

                                  Only processing fees and interest rate was mentioned.

                                  It should be mentioned if they are deducting any extra charges, after completion once application submiited that time it will reflect that is not the way.

                                    I am holding icici credit card and it has been maintained very well, for last 4 to 6 months i am not regular in payment due to my financial burden due to job changed with very low salary also incurred huge expenditure in house construction.

                                    They are any how charging late payment fee and also huge interest, and above all even on repeated requests they are continuously / repeatedly calling.

                                    I request you and bankers that please give me 6 to 8 months of time and bank may charge with the interest as applicable and i will repay and see that full outstanding be paid..
