Complaint marked as Resolved I have not received any mails..i got only sms after long time to pay the amount. Last week i called over the phone to customer care they said that i have redeemed the rewards points for my old card, redeeming the rewards points they have chareged 100 Rs, for that 100 rs i have not paid, hence interest and penalty 3500+ for that 100 rs..so i have requested to revive the amount, they said that with 3 days please pay 1500rs or else you have to pay that 3000+ full amount this will be affect your cibil score and you cant get any of the loan from any bank like that they have threatened.
So i dont know what i shall i do for that ?.. Either i need to go for consumer court or i need to talk to icici bank customer care to settle the amount. But at last i cannot afford that full amount.. for 100 rs (that also previous card of redemption points) they will be charging more than 3000+ not acceptable.
