I need noc for my two wheeler loan account as the total amount along with penalties are paid off.
Email registered with this loan account is not the one which i provided while filling the loan form. I can provide as much information as you need to locate and verify my account. Loan acc. Ltdel[protected]
I am totally fed up with the services of icici. I have paid more than 1000 rupees as penalty which was not correct. I have tried explaining this issue to customer support, branch, and alot more people but none of them helped me so i ended up paying that amount. Also i have drafted an email to my representative with all the proof of my bank statements and the deduction which clearly shows it false.
Even for my final installment whatever amount the icici app. Was showing, i maintained it but still i had to pay penalties for bounce and i was told that i had to maintain more amount as the app was not showing it right.
I would never come back to icici for any of the services nor i will suggest anyone.

You are good for nothing.

I had sent a egift card worth 500 to my friend ****** after transaction was successful the website shown a error message "error occured please try again later", it didn't generated any type of link for the gift card, please help to get my 500rs back.

    Please provide me assistance. icici Bank have charegd me a amount of 413rs many times in last one year. Also there is no customer care number where i can as about my problem. First they used to charge after 2-3 months now they are charging this amount every month.
    i even tried calling their customer care number many times but it is either switch off or they didn't answer it.

      Please deactivate my one assist of icici bank. Currently which is not useful for me. So kindly deactivate it. Because of this i have lost my amount twice. I don't want to continue it anymore. Because of this i lost the amount twice and i had complained about this for refund but it didn't happened. I got mail stating that before 45 days it has to be done. Now i have raised the concern before it. I expect that this issue is solved.

        Hi, i made online purchase on amazon for rs 370/..

        And i received a wrong item on 20th feb 2019,
        For which amazon refunded the amount same day and provided the refund reference number.

        Now even after 10 days i have not received my refund in account.
        However icici has not proceesed my refund.

          There has been a constant debit of rs. 797.68 from my icici bank account everymonth on 4th.
          Earlier i thought it is for the loan emi that i have taken but that emi gets deducts on 5th.
          This is fraud transaction i am reporting here on public platform.
          I need carification on this transation that is being made on my account from past few months.
          I have a deep concern on the safety of our money that we have deposited in these bank accounts after such fraudulent transactions made without my consent.

            We cannot see all the city names in icici bank online banking to update the address... As we do not have an option to update the address... I have sent an email to icic customer care to update the address along with the scanned signed copy of my aadhaar copy... And the stupid customer care has detailed me the navigation steps on how to update the address in online banking... Please get the complete list of cities populated or please give an option to type in the city name.

              I have been deducted an amount of 100.00 and 1, 899.00 on 27th and 28th of february 2019 respectively with the details mentioning that any purchase has been done from my icici bank account

              I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.
              How can icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
              Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

              I have observed that amount 826 has been deducted from my ICICI bank account with following details.

              DMC/IN[protected][protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-19

              I was not notified about the transaction prior deducting the charges, and I do not know why this amount was charged.

                  My self rajesh i am customer of icici bank from last 3 years. Its working well and i am satisfied with the service. Then for some time i left this bank and use sbi.. Left in the since i didn't have enough money to put in this bank. So there was. Some money in my sbi account.. After 4.5 month i start use icic then. After some days my money got deducted 574 rupees without any reason....

                  I am a customer of state bank of india (S/b a/c-[protected]).

                  On 1/03/2019 around afternoon time, i had used icici bank atm (Location - techmahindra ltd, phase 3, hinjewadi) in pune for money withdrawal but the txn failed.

                  I didn't get the money but my sbi account was debited.

                  Please investigate and get it credited back to my sbi s/b account asap.

                  The feedback says that icici delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

                    I am an account holder of icici bank from last 3 years. My account was less in money since few months so smab charges was cut without giving me any notification via msg or mail.                       Dear team,
                      Icici credit card payment not get paid on time by one of my relative, then credit card payment recovery agent (Kiran, from icici bangaluru branch) harassing me by calling more than 30 times and tell me to connect my relative for payment, i tried to call my relative but contact not happened,
                      Then agent refuse to understand that and telling me that he will continued to call me
                      (Also when i tell him don't call me again, otherwise i have to change my number he again tell me that i will get your number from other social network and harassed you by calling you)..
                      I put all his numbers in block list but every time he call me from other number.

                      Now am really frustrated and i cant handle more pressure please do something.

                        I never asked for demat account while opening my savings account but somehow doddaballapur branch has created demat account for me, clearly seems to have misguiding the customers, i have been charged 2300 because of which and it's so useless to have it paid back

                        Never open an account in doddaballapur branch as their intention is only to reach their monthly targets and not the customer service

                          Stop renewal of one assist policy as i don't want it. I warned icici bank last year also but they deduct money from my account without my permission. Do it immediately otherwise i will complaint in the consumer court. I got message today from one assist policy team regarding renewal of this policy. I have never asked for that. I don't want it.                             My account debited rs. 470 ecs charges without my consent, the bank charged the amount without any advance notice or information. Did not even receive the sms or email about the charges. Please check this issue and let me know why the amount charged. The customer should have informed before debiting the amount, this looks like we dont have control in our account and bank can charge whatever they want.

                              I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 4 years,
                              Now they have charged 588 inr under this category dcardfeefeb19-jan20+gst
                              I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                              They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                              Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                              Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                              There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c or else for sure i will close my account. Kindly revert as soon as possible. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                My name is ravisabbavarapu and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 2 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on february 25th 2019 and the description says:
                                4 25/02/2019 posdec chg/[protected]/1472+gst dr. 29.50
                                5 25/02/2019 posdec chg/[protected]/1472+gst dr. 29.50

                                  I have transfer money through my imobile 7000 to my father account sbi on yesterday but beneficiary not received and not credit to back my account icici can you please take as complaint request pls do quick action kindly help me... I am really feel sad i have checked with branch and customer care they. Simply say i will back pls wait but not received yet
                                  If you really care of loyal customers kindly look at the issue..

                                    After checking my bank statement and found 826 has been deducted as dp chgs till jan-19 from my account on 26/02/2019.

                                    I have never opted or activated for demat account services and never used my demat account. There was no prior notice. I was not informed at all by the icici bank regarding this. There was no sms to my registered mobile number for this deduction.

                                    Please refund rs 826 back immediately with the charges which has been deducted in past also and close this demat service.

                                    I received mail where they have mentioned "With reference to your e-mail, An amount of Rs. 826 is debited for Demat account Annual maintenance charges. If you wish to close your Demat account, you can close the account, amount will be refund on pro-rata basis after the post closure of account within 15 working days."

                                    Till now the bank has not justified on how the account was opened. And not closed the demat account. Please close the demat account and refund my money.

                                    I have the same situation. This is not a right behaviour. They didn't charge me for last 5 years but they charge me this year without informing.
