Hi all,

I have my credit card no [protected], it was not used for long time, i have received the sms stating that i need to pay 3000+. But i have not used this card anywhere and also i couldnot fetch that details through online. May i know the transaction details which i have done for 3000+. Because i have to settle this amount (If it is realy i spent) and it should not affect my cibil score.

I have not received any mails.. I got only sms after long time to pay the amount. Last week i called over the phone to customer care they said that i have redeemed the rewards points for my old card, redeeming the rewards points they have chareged 100 rs, for that 100 rs i have not paid, hence interest and penalty 3500+ for that 100 rs.. So i have requested to revive the amount, they said that with 3 days please pay 1500rs or else you have to pay that 3000+ full amount this will be affect your cibil score and you cant get any of the loan from any bank like that they have threatened.
So i dont know what i shall i do for that?.. Either i need to go for consumer court or i need to talk to icici bank customer care to settle the amount. But at last i cannot afford that full amount.. For 100 rs (That also previous card of redemption points) they will be charging more than 3000+ not acceptable.

Kindly let me know the details and prodedure to close this issue.

      I received the mail from icici credit card branch to pay credit card joining fee of 500 + gst, but i haven't even received the credit card yet.

      Feb 6 - application acknowledged. Ref no: [protected]
      Feb 25 - application approved.
      Mar 2 - dispatched to bank. Courier id (Awb [protected])
      Mar 4 - i raised a complaint to their customer care stating again to deliver the card to their bank branch, as it would not be possible for me to receive the courier.
      Mar 5 - again the courier got re dispatched to bank.
      Mar 10 - i'm asked to pay credit card joining fee 500 + gst (90).
      Mar 11 - again bank refused to accept the credit card.
      Mar 11 - again courier re dispatched to bank. Courier id : (Awb [protected])

      It is frustrating to keep receiving calls from their agencies to apply for credit card and now i need to run behind them to actually receive this credit card.

      And it is completely strange for me pay the bill for a credit card, which i don't have.

        Your casher is too slow.. He doing his work like govt. Employee. My account is in the same branch and i was irritated from him... He take minimum 20 to 30 minutes per customer to make them payments or deposited money into customers.. So, i kindly request to you that please look over the matter and as soon as possible solv it..           I have unauthorized atm withdrawal of rs35000 from my icici account on 24 feb 2019. I have raised sr[protected] against this withdrawal which is not done by me. Sr raised on 25 feb 2019 and i have submitted all necessary documents asked to me at nearest icici branch. But still my case not resolved. On the day o[censored]nauthorized atm withdrawal i have my atm with myself and i ensure that i have not given it to anybody on that day. I have also submitted police fir copy.

            I want to repeat the complain of abusive and threat calls against icici recovery agents from delhi miss jyoti. He again called today 11/3/19 in my number from her mobile no. [protected], [protected] and [protected] and again gave threats and abusive languages to my friends and relatives.
            In spite of settling all the credit card matter 9 years back i am getting these calls from icici bank recovery agents.
            I want to take legal action against icici bank and also will file a police case against all these recovery agents if these calls not stopped immediately.
            I want icici bank to take action immediately against their recovery agents immediately or else i will initiate both police and legal actions against icici bank with immediate effect.

              Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 11/03/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 4730'.
              I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
              This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 4730 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                I transferred rs 25000 through imps on 11th march at 0.00 am from icici a/c to tmb a/c.

                Transaction remark : ref[[protected]]

                The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                But i got a message that said

                "dear customer, imps txn ref[[protected]] for rs.25, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-mar-2016 00:03:37. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                  It is with great grief, i am writing this complaint against the daylight robbery of icici bank ltd. Over the past 5 months, from october 2018 - february 2019. I have incurred pos decline charges of over rs 1000 in my icici bank account. Their explanation to it is that bank incurs charges when a merchant tries to access my account for funds. It is very clear and i have sorted out with the bank that my account or card linked not linked to services that incurs charges of this nature. It even happened after blocking my card which clearly indicates the gravity of the daytime robbery by the bank. Pos decline charges of rs 29.50 has been deducted multiple times leading to this amount of over 1000+ rupees.

                      I am vinay kumar padaga bearing mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) in june i have approached icici for home loan as i am purchasing a flat in kukkatpally through tirupati (+[protected]

                      During the process i have clearly taken statement from tirupati that once you accept processing fee request in your mail id then your processing fee will be deducted.

                      On 06th june i have got statement from tirupati that you loan of 3000000 has sanctioned. And in my account 12036 rupees got deducted on 05th of june.

                      Immediately i have called tirupati and his boss mangya (+[protected] and complaint about the deduction. And there was a quarrel between mangya and tirupati at last mangya conveyed that he will return the deducted fee.

                      It's been a year approx. But there is no progress on my return of 12036 rupees.

                      I have raised a complaint in the icici bank but no use they were telling that i have accepted through mail request which i have never got.

                            I am hereby writing this email in respect of wrong transaction done by me.

                            I had made a transaction of rs 34, 000 on 29/1/2019 from south indian bank, by mistake the account number entered during imps was wrong.

                            Details of the imps are as follows :-

                            Imps reference no :[protected].
                            Date :- 29/01/2019.
                            Beneficiary wrong a/c no :[protected].

                            The account from which money was sent was from south indian bank. Details are as follows :-

                            A/c no :- [protected].
                            A/c holder's name :- adit jitendra bagdai.

                            The correct beneficiary account details which i need to credited in are as follows :-

                            A/c holder's name :- meena thakkar.

                            The issue is today it's been a 1 month which bank told that it'll take around this much time. Now the south indian bank is saying icici bank has been rejected your request even after the account has lane marked by bank
                            Sir, how that has been rejected. I've transferred the money by my name meena thakkar and i put the remark of "med exp", only the last number i've put the wrong which should be 2 instead of 3.

                            I request you to please look into the matter and take the necessary actions and reverse me the amount as soon as possible. It's very needed as you can see i've mentioned in remarks "med exp"

                              imps transaction timed out please help.

                              I have a salary account with icici bank. I made a transaction (Imps) to my mother in law’s account which is a sbi account. The transaction got timed out and i got the message stating:-

                              Dear customer, imps txn ref (Hidden) for rs.5, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 08-mar-2019 08:49:34. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                              The amount got debited from my account and it did not...

                                I have some outstanding payment of my credit card number, and been telling the recovery team that I will pay a part of the due amount by the 12th of March. And also have been writing to complain against the recovery team and their harassment.

                                Today I got a call from a recovery guy and a girl from the numbers;

                                The initial 2~3 mins we had sensible discussion and I told him the same thing that I will be making the payment by 8th or 12th March, upon which he started abusing me and my family by saying that "Tera khandan defaulter hain", "Tu paise le ke bhag gaya hain", "Teri aukaat nahi hain paise bharne ki", "Tere ghar pe jo rehti hain usko dekh ke card diya", "Tera baap defaulter hain" and other ### and they have started calling my colleges and have abused them also. They also have claimed that I have shifted from my residence address which is not correct.

                                I understanding that I am a defaulter in the bank records, but this no where means that I will take the abuse from the recovery team members and I will not tolerate the same.

                                I want the bank to take action against such recovery agents

                                  Today on 7th march from a corporation bank atm at balmatta, Mangalore around 7.45 p.m. i tried to withdraw cash using my icici atm card of account number[protected] for an amount of INR 10000.I didnt get any cash from machine more over on the monitor "transaction cancelled" message was shown.I tried once again for the same amount (INR 10000) and same thing repeated.Then the next time i tried for INR 5000 still i didnt get the money.I had given chance to next customer and he had withdraw three times successfully.Then i tried this time for INR 2000 and lucky this time the amount was dispensed and i collected the cash 2000 rupees immediately.But when i observe the sms from bank i noticed amount debited sms for first three transactions also(which is totally for INR 25000).Please suggest me what to do.I tried for customer care number [protected] but it doesnt get connected.

                                    I am holding a coral credit card of icici bank ending with 2006. My jan statement had total outstanding amount of inr 1, 14, 709 with dua date of 25 jan 2019. The minimum due amount on my card was paid by me before the dua date (Paid inr 23, 000 on 25th jan 2019). The balance amount was paid on 2nd feb 2019. Now my statement has interest charges of inr 10, 054 (Plus taxes). I request you to please waive off late interest charges on my credit card and reverse the same
