Hi sir,

I tried to take an amount of 10000 from a atm in thirumayam, pudukottai district on. The amount gor deducted from the account, but i got "time exceeded" message and did not get the money.
My account number is as below.

Please be noted that i have made more transactions in that day and got money in other instances but on one instance, money was not received but got deducted. Please help me on this.

          Customer care number is not working. When i try to cancel my one assist plan they are not picking my call.. Without my confirmation they are deducting my money from my account... I will close bank account itself now if they are not refunding. They deducted 1899 amount from my icici bank their number. Their number [protected] is not working and now they are not picking my call

            I financed by skoda rapid from icici on 16th march 2013 and i closed my loan account no. Lanmu[protected] on 2017. Till date i didn't received by no due certificate my icici, i visited several times to my nearest branch at panvel, initially they told me that some amount of rs.5000 is pending on account of personal loan taken against the car, so i paid that amount also in panvel branch, but after visiting several times they said that their system is not working so you can collect it some other branch as per your convenient.
            This is something very ridiculous, if our payment is pending then you people called us for thousand times but getting our payment you are not bothered to contact the customer.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest

            I availed car loan from icici against may skoda rapid in the year 2013. I paid off the entire loan amount in the year 2018. But till date i did not received my noc from icici bank, when i called the customer care they said to contact my nearest branch at panvel, navi mumbai. I went their several times for noc finally they told me that some 5000 amount is pending against the personal loan which i took against the said car. Immediately i paid the entire amount at panvel branch and they called me after 5 days. When i went their they told me their system is not working hence you approach some other branch.

            This is ridiculous, and mental torture from icici and its bank officials
            Kindly check the matter and my vehicle loan account no. Is lanmu[protected].

              I recharged an jio no from my jio on 23rd of dec 2018 through upi through phone pay. Money deducted from my bank account but recharge not done. I raise complaint in phone pay and they clearified that, they successfully made payment to merchant india [protected]@icici. But my recharge not done. Also i didn't get refund

                atm card grid value incorrect

                I have icici bank coral debit card and card is activated. Every time, i type grid value in imobile app for verification and for fund transfer and atm pin change from internet banking it says please check the grid value and after three attempts it disabled grid authentication. I have this problem from 6 months. I tried to contact to customer care but it didn't work because of automated system. And also upi transcation limit is set to be 20k...

                  cash deposit takes 2-3 hours

                  The time taken to deposit the money has been increased from an hour to two- three hours now as there is just one machine (to deposit the cash) in the branch which mostly does not accept notes easily. I'm so sad with the services of this bank now. Just for 5-10minutes work, it takes atleast 2 hours. This simply implies this bank does not value my time which is unacceptable and unbearable.                   I have had complained in the past (Link https://www.consumercomplaints.in/icici-smart-star-account-opening-c1932197) i got an apology from their side but i got a different account made and i am yet to receive a debit card. It's really disappointing to see this.

                  My bank account, a minor one, is already made but didn't get a debit. What's the use of it?

                  I am really going to take it forward.

                    Hi,

                    I have recently moved to denmark for official work. My indian contact number got blocked due to inactivity. While login to internet banking i am getting the message "user id disabled, please regenerate online password".

                    To generate online password we need urn. As my registered indian number got blocked so i am unable to get the urn through sms.

                    I want to register my new denmark number in icici bank account.

                      I had applied for credit card with regarding number - w[protected] agent came to our house collected all the documents fter few days he given me application number when iam trying to track it, its showing that wrong id!!                           I have applied for icici credit card on base of axis credit card, as iam using axis credit card since 2014, and aim having good credit limit of 260000, on my axis credit cards, i was been assured by icici executive that i will get a icici credit card, but still i dont get any cards.

                            I have been receiving regular threats by icici credit card recovery agents for the credit card payments which i have already cleared in 2010. They have been using abusive languages to me, wife and my friends and relatives inspite of settling all my dues. The numbers from which we are receiving threatening calls are [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected]. Icici bank recovery agent miss jyoti is continuously giving threats and using abusive languages as well as saying bad words to me, wife, relatives as well as friends. If this continues i will initiate police complain against these recovery agents as well as icici bank and take proper legal actions if these type of threat calls doesn't stop immediately. I strongly want icici to take actions against these recovery agents and also apologize to me for creating unnecessary harassment.

                            I want to make a complain against icici bank credit card recovery agent miss jyoti who inspite of settlement of all dues of my credit card in 2010 still called me yesterday 7/2/19 and said abusive language to me my wife and my old office colleagues and relatives to make the payments. This was done by icici recovery agent 5 years back when i made similar complaints against icici bank in consumer forum and after that i received a call from icici head office of mumbai apologizing for their behavior and they promise never to repeat that again. But yester again after 5 years i got calls from no. [protected] by miss jyoti to me and my wife givings threats and make abusive language. I want immediate action against fraud icici bank to be taken immediately for such harsh behavior against a matter already settlement 10 years back and also acknowledged by icici 5 years back. Please do the needful urgently.

                            I want to repeat once more the complain of abusive and threat calls against icici recovery agents from Delhi Miss jyoti. He again called today 11/2/19 in my number from her mobile no. [protected] and again gave threats and abusive languages to my friends and relatives.
                            In spite of settling all the credit card matter 9 years back I am getting these calls from icici bank recovery agents.
                            I want to take legal action against icici bank and also will file a police case against all these recovery agents if these calls not stopped immediately.
                            I want icici bank to take action immediately against their recovery agents immediately or else I will initiate both police and legal actions against icici bank with immediate effect.

                                Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. On 27th november, 18 my account balance was deducted twice while making a payment for 4th year aktu examination fees of rs 7500 to through eazypay - icici gateway.

                                In brief :-

                                Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card then their server would be taking more time in redirecting. At last, after a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that"we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Please close the browser and revise your payment". But fees was not updated on the website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. Then, as per this website request, i went for payment again with the same credentials of my debit card and surprisingly, this time my payment was successful. After all that, i got a transaction alert from punjab national bank that my balance was deducted twice from my account. Now, my question is that why did my balance deduct for 1st time despite the fact that the payment done by me at that time was failed?? This means payment is done two times. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I also made a complaint to the pnb bank and the response was delayed. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay.

                                There is still no response from the ICICI bank.Till when will the complaint be looked into?
                                I don't when I opened my account in ICICI Bank
                                But I now due to that I am not able to use my salary account in ICICI bank. And I don't have any bank details regarding that account and I am not able to use Google pay. As I am having only last 4 digit of account number.
                                Kindly look into this

                                I have an account in ICICI. They have debited amount of Rs300 as Dcard fee. I did not activate any such scheme. Please help where should I complain.

                                  Hi,
                                  My name is sanjay sharma and today i am sharring the very dissatisfaction customer service of my icici bank and my friend named riyaz khadim's bank of india.
                                  On 28th december 2018, my friend was transferring the amount of rs.5000/- from his bank of india to my icici bank account through imps but due to typing error the amount has been transferred to wrong icici account. So, my friend immediately went to bank of india said the incident and they have told to submit indemnity form to charge back the amount.
                                  So, he submitted indemnity form with stamp duty which he brought from citizen co-operative bank.
                                  And bank of india - the imps team had submitted the case history with indemnity form to the imps team of icici bank.
                                  On same time i have requested with written letter to my icici bank to block the amount of rs.5000/- from the wrong account of icici which was wrongly transferred.
                                  However, they blocked the amount from wrong account but still case is not resolved.
                                  Now, we alternatively going to our respective bank and ask the further resolution but no help from any one. The bank if india says that they have not received any response from icici bank and my icici bank still staying you have to take follow up from bank of india and the imps team of icici bank.
                                  We are really helpless now.
                                  Please somebody help on same or guide us who is the right person so we can get proper help.

                                    Am an icici bank customer. Today 07-02-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees and more charges before months. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
