    cash deposit takes 2-3 hours

    The time taken to deposit the money has been increased from an hour to two- three hours now as there is just one machine (to deposit the cash) in the branch which mostly does not accept notes easily. I'm so sad with the services of this bank now. Just for 5-10minutes work, it takes atleast 2 hours. This simply implies this bank does not value my time which is unacceptable and unbearable.     I have had complained in the past (Link https://www.consumercomplaints.in/icici-smart-star-account-opening-c1932197) i got an apology from their side but i got a different account made and i am yet to receive a debit card. It's really disappointing to see this.

    My bank account, a minor one, is already made but didn't get a debit. What's the use of it?

      Hi,

      I have recently moved to denmark for official work. My indian contact number got blocked due to inactivity. While login to internet banking i am getting the message "user id disabled, please regenerate online password".

      To generate online password we need urn. As my registered indian number got blocked so i am unable to get the urn through sms.

      I want to register my new denmark number in icici bank account.

              I have been receiving regular threats by icici credit card recovery agents for the credit card payments which i have already cleared in 2010. They have been using abusive languages to me, wife and my friends and relatives inspite of settling all my dues. The numbers from which we are receiving threatening calls are [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected]. Icici bank recovery agent miss jyoti is continuously giving threats and using abusive languages as well as saying bad words to me, wife, relatives as well as friends. If this continues i will initiate police complain against these recovery agents as well as icici bank and take proper legal actions if these type of threat calls doesn't stop immediately. I strongly want icici to take actions against these recovery agents and also apologize to me for creating unnecessary harassment.

              I want to make a complain against icici bank credit card recovery agent miss jyoti who inspite of settlement of all dues of my credit card in 2010 still called me yesterday 7/2/19 and said abusive language to me my wife and my old office colleagues and relatives to make the payments. This was done by icici recovery agent 5 years back when i made similar complaints against icici bank in consumer forum and after that i received a call from icici head office of mumbai apologizing for their behavior and they promise never to repeat that again. But yester again after 5 years i got calls from no. [protected] by miss jyoti to me and my wife givings threats and make abusive language. I want immediate action against fraud icici bank to be taken immediately for such harsh behavior against a matter already settlement 10 years back and also acknowledged by icici 5 years back. Please do the needful urgently.

              I want to repeat once more the complain of abusive and threat calls against icici recovery agents from Delhi Miss jyoti. He again called today 11/2/19 in my number from her mobile no. [protected] and again gave threats and abusive languages to my friends and relatives.
              In spite of settling all the credit card matter 9 years back I am getting these calls from icici bank recovery agents.
              I want to take legal action against icici bank and also will file a police case against all these recovery agents if these calls not stopped immediately.
              I want icici bank to take action immediately against their recovery agents immediately or else I will initiate both police and legal actions against icici bank with immediate effect.

                  Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. On 27th november, 18 my account balance was deducted twice while making a payment for 4th year aktu examination fees of rs 7500 to through eazypay - icici gateway.

                  In brief :-

                  Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card then their server would be taking more time in redirecting. At last, after a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that"we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Please close the browser and revise your payment". But fees was not updated on the website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. Then, as per this website request, i went for payment again with the same credentials of my debit card and surprisingly, this time my payment was successful. After all that, i got a transaction alert from punjab national bank that my balance was deducted twice from my account. Now, my question is that why did my balance deduct for 1st time despite the fact that the payment done by me at that time was failed?? This means payment is done two times. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I also made a complaint to the pnb bank and the response was delayed. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay.

                      I tried to withdraw 5000rs from SBI ATM using my ICICI bank debit card on Jan4 2019. There was a problem with ATM machine. Money deducted from account but not came from machine.
                      I made complaint SR[protected] on Jan 6 2019. It's been 1 month but complaint not resolved.

                        I raised a complaint with icici as my atm withdrawal from oriental bank of commerse failed but my icici account got details that amount. The said transaction was done 13 dec 2018... As per icici i got a message that i would get back the amount in 21 business days but when i called their customer service in a hope of getting back the money they denied it station that it was a successful withdrawal. I'm too grieved and not happy with this turn of events as it's my hard earned money

                          Without my consent, rs. 1000 has been deducted from my account on 04/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95'.
                          I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                          This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                            I am existing card holder and having good relationship with icici in last 10 yrs
                            Currently there is high interest charges amount applied in last month statement due to lot of miscommunication happened due to generated new cards and last month and two new card issued & i had block two card due to not working properly and reissue the cards and thats reason why i m not able to clear idea about total all dues
                            And i only left 60 k is pending.

                            I have few question as mentioned
                            1 pfa amex screen shots mention clearly i have individual credit card with different due dates and credit limit why icici bank is not following the correct guidelines as per protocol and that is reason i am not faith with icici to pay hughes interest amount.

                            2. As discussed with umakat (‭+[protected]‬) he is not agree to waiver of the interest amount even i explain the total scenario which is bank is not giving me call if we missed the outstanding amount and why they are not maintaining separate accounts even you have different variety’s of card.

                            3 if we have relationship with any other bank they need to waiver of the interest charges recently i have example of amex card and i explain them the issue and as per track record they give me full waived of the interest amount.

                            4. Icici bank is not customer oriented company and misbehaving with customer and not giving proper solutions.

                            Please make sure you will consider my request and help me to give justic for wavier of interest amount.

                              I took a home loan from icici bank and paying there emi in time. However, in the month of oct. 2018 i came to know my bajaj finance card got permenetly blocked due to low cibil score. So, i raised a dispute with cibil department that in the month of july your report says i have a non payment of emi from icici bank. Please correct it i paid all the emi in time.

                              After investigation they replied please contact icici bank for the same. I contacted bank and they replied it was a system issue bacause of which it is reflceting non payment. I told them this effected my cibil score. Please correct it. However after multiple communication with them they never helped me.

                              Is there a way i can get justice bacuse icici bank is not helping me.

                                I was charged for rupees of 29.50 six times in the month of jan 2019 saying pos decline charges. There was an issue with the bank my debit card was in blocked condition and requested for new debit card and recently i collected my debit card from rcpuram branch on 02feb2019 and being knowing that my debit card is in blocked state how i am going to use my debit card i have not even used my debit card for past one month. The representative says it is got deducted according to rbi guidelines i don't think rbi has issued any such guidelines. This is pure cheating done by icici bank. Please find attached image for post transaction details deductions.

                                  On feb 1 2019 amount was deducted and i received a mail at 05.52 pm that for the payment transaction amount was deducted but i dont raise any payment

                                  It was automatically deducted

                                  Mail was also received from icici that 2000 was deducted

                                  So request you to please refund my amount

                                  I will face a lot of issue

                                  So kindly update as soon as possible

                                    I didn't do any transaction against the google but my money was deducted two times. And i got a text message from icici bank.

                                    Dear customer, txn of inr 713.14 done via debit card of acct xx5407 on 06-feb-19. Info: vin*google fro. Avbl bal:inr 34, 677.43. For dispute, call [protected].

                                    Kindly resolve the issue & revert my money back to my account asap.
