I was holding the credit card of icici 4375 xxxx xxxx 8010 from more than 4 years. As per the discussion with bank they converted the total outstanding in 3 months of emi for the complete payment of my dues with all the late payment and other charges. But even after the full and final payment on 4th jan 2019 the bank didn't issued the ndc till now.

    Hi, I already many time compliant on one assist customer care & their mail id for deactivate of One assist service on my ICICI bank .
    But after many reminders and compliant they renew my service. and deduct INR 1899/- on 04/02/2019.
    They will never call me for renewal for services.

    Now i want to refund my amount & deactivate my service.

      Today i received a charge of rs. 442.91 stating dp chgs till dec-18 which i am sure i did not agree for. I looked on the internet and it seemed to be demat charges which i had opened few years back.

      I was not told about this charge, and did not pay anything in the last few years.

      I would appreciate if icici bank looks into this matter and resolve the case by refunding the whole amount. I have seen many other people complaining about this and you are not doing anything to resolve the matter.

      And i shouldn't expect you to answer saying someone would call me up to resolve this. It should be done from your backend team immediately without any questions asked.

      This looks highly unprofessional and against the ethics of icici bank.

        I made a transfer of rs 8000/- by bhim app on 12 oct 18 vide[protected] of icici bank acc to my account[protected] but mistakenly i wrote ifsc code sbin0006354 instead of sbin0006054, amount credited in my account but immediately reverse debited and credited to wrong account. I complained to icici bank no sr[protected] and sr[protected] and sbi no [protected]. Till issue is not resolved.

        I pay examination fees of finance officer A.P.J abdul kalam technical university Lucknow . First time fees is not submit so i did second time of transaction on 08 dec 2018 bt both transaction are settled .

          I hold a dmat account. At the time of opening the a dmat account the icici official said that there will charges while you doing the trading. I have done some trading at the initial stage. But am not doing any tradings using this. And not i have notified with this charges. So please refund the amount which you have been charged.

            I have already submitted below complaint regarding receiving call from icici bank credit card department but now i have been call fron new number from some other agency saying they are calling from icici bank mobile no, [protected] i have already told them this is wrong number but they are not listening i suspect this is same agency who was calling me earlier. Please refer to below complaint also and in think i have enough and done and want to fir now please share me the details of agency who is calling me i will fir against them for harrasement

            This is serious complaint i want to report i have been receiving nonstop calls more than 5 times and watsup messages from same number [protected]
            They say they are calling from icici bank banglore branch regarding payment of credit card on the name of some mr. Vijay k honnappa i have told them several times before also this ia wrong number and they should check and told them that i will complaint to which they "karlo complaint hum kissi se nahin darte".
            I am sending screen shots of wats up message and their recorded call.
            Please help and take immediate action they are calling me continuesoly to threat. They are also not ready to reveal their employee ids.

              We tried to open account for Sukanya Samriddhi yojana in Oct 2018 month but still after doing so many follow up account not yet opened and no response from BTM branch.W e are attaching the acknowledgement receipt also.If the branch can not open this account then why they filled up all forms??I need some responsible person to call on this and discuss as Branch people not responding.

                I was trying to pay my water and sewage bill through hsvp website. I have previously some this successfully many time. But today i when i used my card the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Then i tried again and the same thing happend.
                My first try was a kotak bank credit card and another was hdfc debit card. Both the times the amount of rs 160 was deducted while the transaction failed. Both the times it displayed

                Servor error in '/' application.

                I request you to please look into the matter and initiate a refund for both the transactions that failed.
                The payment was made through eazypay icici bank

                  Regarding my wife claimed reimbursement against the policy no -4128i/ih/[protected]/00/000 from 29/01/21/2018 to 28/01/2019, if you have taken any policy and you are facing same issue, what are you doing, i am very simply says, kindly reimburse as soon as possible for purchase medicines for my wife.

                  I have received a message from ax-icicil:- dear customer, the status of claim no[protected] is rejected. Please visit :- https://www.icicilombard.com/IL-Health-Care/Customer/Claim status to track claim status;

                  Why my claim rejected, kindly clarify it, if you are not clarify, then i go to the grievance of icici and ombudsmen, then i could not got the claim then to go the court.

                  I am further request to you kindly reimburse my claim amount, if you are reimburse, kindly return all the documents to go to the court for producing the documents against you.

                      Today i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that
                      "
                      Hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist"

                      I don't even know when this got activated, and i think this people might have deducted same amount even last year also without my notice.
                      I request the one assist team to deactivate this immediately.

                        Hi all, i'm balasubramanian sakthivelu, working for infosys technologies limited and having salary account with icici for last 10+ years.in the first week of january i got a sms from icici that, they have an initiative to issue chip based atm cards and going to send in a week time. Message also insisted to change/update the communication address if there are any changes either by going to the near by branch or through online with applicable proofs. Currently i'm out of country for an assignment, so i preferred to update my communication address via online. There is bug in the online system, it is not allowing the user to enter the place name. System is listing some pre defined values to pick, unfortunately my hometown is not listed. So i reached out to customer care and explained the situation, representative said, he can take up the request and send to any near by branch and i can send any of my representative along with photo identity to collect the atm card. I requested to send the card to icici bank, sekkalai rd, karaikudi -630002. Sr#[protected] is created for the same on 17th january 2019. Now there is no status update on this card request. Not able to reach out to any customer care representatives who can help on this. Really frustrated and recording my grievance here. Please help me to address this issue.

                          I have salary account with you.. Now without any notice 800+25 has been deducted from my account saying dp chrg till dec 18 on my account[protected]?

                          Why without any prior notice this happened? If this is so i would like to close my account and all things with icici bank. So much you have already taken from my account.

                          Is that about the demat account? This is so much money right now for me. When i opened account you guys said no charge?

                            Respected sir/madam
                            I tried to withdraw money on 01-02-19 from the idbi atm at sec-49 sohna road, gurugram. I tried to withdraw an amount of rs. 5000 first, but the machine displayed a message "unable to dispatch". I then tried to withdraw rs.5000 and i didnot got the money and transaction slip from which i found the amount has been debited. I did not get cash or a transaction receipt slip for both transaction.

                            Kindly look in to the issue and see that my account is credited back with the required amount at the earliest.
                            Please notify me of developments regarding the same.

                              I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                              Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will no more with icici bank

                                Hi guys... I ordered one product from amazon through upi payment method worth rs:1364 and i returned that product.                                   I received call from icici bank and they just gave information about one assist plan after which they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs.1899/- from my saving account via debit card, without my permission on 23rd jan - 19.

                                  I have even registered the complaint in customer care on 24th jan - 19 and even got a message telling your policy cancellation request of cpp/oneassit has been registered. It will be resolved within 6 working days.

                                  Till now, no actions are taken.

                                  Please, deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Till now, no actions are taken.

                                  Please, do refund my money & deactivate the One Assist plan.
                                  It's been nearly a month else I have to stop all the services from ICICI bank.

                                    Icici bank unnecessary deducted amount from my salary account, as samb charge.
                                    Once i visited satellite branch on 24th december, officer told me that it is salary account so need not require any minimum balance. And yesterday i just shocked that 455+40+40 rs deducted on 23rd january without any information.

                                    So request you to please refund my money asap.

                                      Money deducted from account in[protected] dp chgs till dec-18
                                      But i have never used dmat account. I want my money back
                                      It is fraud done by icici they do not even intimate you about deduction
                                      Without informing me they opened my account and never get message about it
                                      Please take action against otherwise i have to close my account in icici.

                                        This is serious complaint i want to report i have been receiving nonstop calls more than 5 times and watsup messages from same number [protected]
                                        They say they are calling from icici bank banglore branch regarding payment of credit card on the name of some mr. Vijay k honnappa i have told them several times before also this ia wrong number and they should check and told them that i will complaint to which they "karlo complaint hum kissi se nahin darte".
                                        I am sending screen shots of wats up message and their recorded call.
                                        Please help and take immediate action they are calling me continuesoly to threat. They are also not ready to reveal their employee ids.
