I tried to withdraw 5000rs from SBI ATM using my ICICI bank debit card on Jan4 2019. There was a problem with ATM machine. Money deducted from account but not came from machine.
I made complaint SR[protected] on Jan 6 2019. It's been 1 month but complaint not resolved.

I request you to please look in this.

    I raised a complaint with icici as my atm withdrawal from oriental bank of commerse failed but my icici account got details that amount. The said transaction was done 13 dec 2018... As per icici i got a message that i would get back the amount in 21 business days but when i called their customer service in a hope of getting back the money they denied it station that it was a successful withdrawal. I'm too grieved and not happy with this turn of events as it's my hard earned money

      Without my consent, rs. 1000 has been deducted from my account on 04/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95'.
      I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
      This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

        I am existing card holder and having good relationship with icici in last 10 yrs
        Currently there is high interest charges amount applied in last month statement due to lot of miscommunication happened due to generated new cards and last month and two new card issued & i had block two card due to not working properly and reissue the cards and thats reason why i m not able to clear idea about total all dues
        And i only left 60 k is pending.

        I have few question as mentioned
        1 pfa amex screen shots mention clearly i have individual credit card with different due dates and credit limit why icici bank is not following the correct guidelines as per protocol and that is reason i am not faith with icici to pay hughes interest amount.

        2. As discussed with umakat (‭+[protected]‬) he is not agree to waiver of the interest amount even i explain the total scenario which is bank is not giving me call if we missed the outstanding amount and why they are not maintaining separate accounts even you have different variety’s of card.

        3 if we have relationship with any other bank they need to waiver of the interest charges recently i have example of amex card and i explain them the issue and as per track record they give me full waived of the interest amount.

        4. Icici bank is not customer oriented company and misbehaving with customer and not giving proper solutions.

        Please make sure you will consider my request and help me to give justic for wavier of interest amount.

          I took a home loan from icici bank and paying there emi in time. However, in the month of oct. 2018 i came to know my bajaj finance card got permenetly blocked due to low cibil score. So, i raised a dispute with cibil department that in the month of july your report says i have a non payment of emi from icici bank. Please correct it i paid all the emi in time.

          After investigation they replied please contact icici bank for the same. I contacted bank and they replied it was a system issue bacause of which it is reflceting non payment. I told them this effected my cibil score. Please correct it. However after multiple communication with them they never helped me.

          Is there a way i can get justice bacuse icici bank is not helping me.

            I was charged for rupees of 29.50 six times in the month of jan 2019 saying pos decline charges. There was an issue with the bank my debit card was in blocked condition and requested for new debit card and recently i collected my debit card from rcpuram branch on 02feb2019 and being knowing that my debit card is in blocked state how i am going to use my debit card i have not even used my debit card for past one month. The representative says it is got deducted according to rbi guidelines i don't think rbi has issued any such guidelines. This is pure cheating done by icici bank. Please find attached image for post transaction details deductions.

              On feb 1 2019 amount was deducted and i received a mail at 05.52 pm that for the payment transaction amount was deducted but i dont raise any payment

              It was automatically deducted

              Mail was also received from icici that 2000 was deducted

              So request you to please refund my amount

              I will face a lot of issue

              So kindly update as soon as possible

                    On jan 1st I made a transactions to slice pay four times the amount of rupees3570, they received the amount for two times. Remaining two times they didn't received the amount. I confirmed with them regarding this. But when I spoke with the customer care they are stating that the amount was transferred successfully but the merchandise didn't received the amount for remaining two times. Today also I spoke with the merchandise they confirmed to me that they didn't received the amount till date.

                      Hi, I am vishal Somul. Customer of ICICI Bank . I Have a salary account of ICICI Bank.Am an icici bank customer. Today 06-02-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Actually I have an EMI of 2152 rs o fMobile purchased through HDFC bank.

                      Extremely careless attitude of the bank and it's officials have forced me to submit a complaint here. Long story short, 4 months back i was approved of my home loan application, however your executives including your branch sales manager (Avanish kumar) have been so lame that they have not got it processed as they are not able to compile my already given documents on their end. You are making your loyal customer suffer who own a salary account with you guys as well for the past few years. Worst banking service ever!!

                        Rs. 29.5 was debited twice from my debit card on 5th february. While enquired, icici bank tells me that they charged me this because i have a failed transaction due to insufficient balance. I took my salary account in icici bank when they promised that no money would be deducted even if i dont have balance in my account. Also, i pay an annual fees of 500 for the maintenance of my debit card. Displaying the transaction details is the basic thing icici bank should do no matter if it's a failed or successfull transaction. Other wise why dont they charge for a successful transaction? Icici bank also dont send an alert for this transaction because they dont want the customer to notice this deduction. They are just robbing the customers in this case since i never agreed to pay this charge. Ineed this charge to be removed from the banks services and i want my money back.

                              This is to inform you that i have opened a salary account with icici bank 5 years ago and submitted the required documents concerning with it. After opening the account i noticed that my first name was wrongly typed and it was a pure mistake of bank employee as my pan card which i gave as proof contains proper name in it when i visited nearest icici bank branch they kept on asking gazatte notification for name change lacking commonsense. Gazatte notification will be provided if a person changed his name from a to b as an example but in my case there was a spelling mistake by bank employee though i provided proper proof. I don't know what's wrong with them as it was clear mistake on their side and there wont be any notification provided for such kind of spelling mistakes, even all my government proofs contains proper name

                                I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 03/02/19 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

                                I already called on [protected] and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

                                Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

                                  lien in my account without my information or any notice.

                                  I have a saving account and a credit card from icici bank. Someone has credited amount of 40, 000 rs.in my account for his important work.
                                  But bank put lean on it and my account shows negative amount. That money wasn't mine. It is for his work.

                                  My point is this that bank has made this lean without informed me, not any call or single mail, letter anything.
                                  I was paying my credit card minimum balance regularly...

                                    Hi sir,

                                    Am manigandan...

                                    Actually my friend deposited money wrongly to other icici account, it's supposed to deposit in my account but by mistake it's happened. Immediately complaint raised by written but initially bank side they committed within seven days money will get back to account but still problem not solved.

                                    Please confirm what is the lead time to make block that amonut to stop the withdraw for wrong beneficiary.

                                    Problem happened on 10.01.2019
                                    Complaint raised on 10.01.2019 (Within one hour)
                                    Because after complaint he withdrawn the whole amonut on next day..
