bond-private placement series R/BPN/99/1 face value of which Rs. 1000/- only issue date : 01.07.1999, redemption date : 01.01.2018 with a tenure of 18 years 6 months bearing bondholder no 0000001, certificate no. 5243,
Assam Sales Corporation - agent : Reliance Industries Limited (Textile Division). No. Of bond - one and distinctive no.[protected]. As mentioned in the bond that all communications should send to icici infotech services limited, unit : icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir annex. I had sent an e-mail to [protected]@icicibank.com but no response received.
what I have to do. Being Defence Officer my job is transferable. Request to recover my hard earned money. Thanking you.

      Hi team,

      I need to do name change in icici savings account and bank is saying that it is not possible to change my name eventhough i have all proofs.

      Initially my name was wrong in aadhar and savigs account name also updated as per aadhar. Recently i have corrected my name in aadhar and i want to change my account name as per the aadhar card.

      It is bit urgent for me to get passport.

      Please advise on this.

I have changed by address to gurappa reddy srinivasa kumaraswamy 301 3rd a cross 9th e main 1st block hrbr layout kalyan nagar bangalore 560043 i have received letter for confirmation of change of address. But the upgraded debit card has not been received by new address. Kindly arrange to despatch to my new address mentioned above

          There was a balance of rs. 1900 in my icici fasag on 27th november.
          I sold the vehicle and so i requested to cancel the tag and refund the amount by calling the customer care number [protected]

          The executive asked me to submit few documents and i did the same on 27th november at 8.15 pm. Complaint number is cmp[protected]

          I submitted a cancellation request letter, aadhar card copy, pan card copy and cancelled cheque leaf.

          I made a phone call again and i was promised that the amount would be refunded within 25 working days.
          Today the date is 24th january and as of now its more than 50 working days.
          In between i made so many phone calls and everytime i was promised that they are escalating the issue and the refund would be done within 7 days.

          Even today i made a phone call and i was promised the same.
          But i see no work is done and tag is still active and refund not initiated.
          Dont know really if this is going to work or will it be possible to get a refund of the amount.
          Did you got something? Did you get any response?
          It’s really annoying, pathetic service by ICICI, I have requested deactivation of my ICICI FASTag on 4 nov 2019 and they said within few days the card will get deactivated and today is 28 nov 2019 the card is still active . I am not interested in refund but I will be happy if my FASTag gets deactivated. Customer care is hopeless.

            I shailesh oke had applied for online nps account and paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of icici bank. I had selected icici bank as one of empaneled bank for kyc verification since i have savings account in this bank for many years. However, i received a sms & email from nps/cra yesterday stating hdfc bank has rejected my kyc verification due to which whatever contribution i paid is frozen until i manually obtain the kyc verification from the bank and then submit the hard copy to nps/cra again.
            The reason for rejection is photograph mismatch. I have linked my aadhaar to this bank account and have several ecs debits that happen from this account. How is the customer to be blamed if the photo with the bank is not the exact same photo that i submitted to nps. Humans grow and they will look older. Now thanks to icici, i have to do rounds of the bank to get the verification done manually and then send the form to cra.

                I have a fastag for my vehicle and have been using it regularly. Today i traveled across the electronic city phase 1 plaza toll plaza at time 07:35:34h and was rightly deducted rs 45/- for trip number[protected].

                However, i was again wrongly deducted rs 25/- for a wrong trip number[protected] at time 07:35:49h.

                Please reconcile the transaction and refund the amount.

                    i visited your branch for opening of account for my association .All relevant document were submitted to your branch manager mr.Panda, he also assured that they will visit the association and will open the account.But he did not turned up. Any how i was forced to open the account in another account. Today i have given 4 lakh business to that business.
                    Secondly myself maintaining account no[protected] in your branch gandhigram ., and was willing to fd of rs.10 lakh in your bank but your staff specialy mr pand did not show any interest.
                    Today i also went to your branch for updating the address, i also provided gas delivery slip of last thee month, but he denied on ground that he needs book .
                    Now i am fade up with your working culture of staff appointed in gandhigram branch at hsl complex visakhapatnam. You are required to take action to save reputation of icici bank. Very soon i will close my account from your branch. You have appointed such a cat which is getting milk easily as salary, then why will they search for rat? plse give them target.

                      This is regarding my credit card payment. I have not been able to make my credit card payment for couple of months due to unemployment. I'm in uae seeking job on sponsored visa. My parents have aleady informed the collection agents that i'm not in the country and they continue to harass my parents day in day out. They basically stand outside my house for hours together and force my parents to make the payment. Why? They did not agree to make the payment, i agreed and i'll make the payment arrangement. I'm the one who owe you money, ill pay and it's my responsibility and i'm not running away from it. I had been making payments on-time, i'm sure you'll know that once you check my account and its the unemployement that made it difficult for me to manage my finances. One of your collection agent had called my uncle in kerala and shared my account details and the amount i owe. Who gave him the authority to share my account details to 3rd party? My uncle has the call recorded of the agent sharing my account details to him. What type of privacy policy do you guys maintain being a bank? if this is how you handle a customer's account, i'm sure there is high chances of fraud being commited from your end. Also, your collection department already know i'm not in country and why the agent had to share my account details with someone who is not responsible for my account? This is unacceptable. I would be sharing this on social media and go ahead with a complaint to higher authority on how poorly this matter has been dealt by your collections team and in regards to sharing my account details with 3rd party. I'm beyond frustrated with you guys. If your collection agents are money hungry and would try to collect the money by harassing my parents when i'm not in the country, i will make sure you guys don't get a single penny from me. You can go ahead with legal case and we can settle it in court. My parents will file a case against you guys for harassment. We have all the details of your collection agents harassing my parents and will make sure its shared to local tv channels as well. Hope the needful is done before this goes out of hand.

                        I have a salary account In ICICI bank. Without giving any kind of information or any calls or any mail the bank deducted rupees 469 + 85 (gst) = 554 from my account. how can one should do to his customer.
                        i want my refund. as I am from a middle class family and this amount do matter most to me and my family also..

However the email returned with delivery failure response mentioning the email address does not exist.                             So far the experience is terrible. For name sake the customer care representative got in touch with me but providing no valuable response on the way forward for resolution. They are trying to put it in circles avoiding clear way forward.

                            Facing worst experience leading to frustrations.

                            I have 2 bond face value rs.40000/- per bond.

                            Bond holder name is Kajal J Parikh U/G Bhavana J Parikh. Bondholder no[protected] and[protected].

                            Redemption date is 23/01/2023 but still we have not received redemption amount.

                            There is no contact detail and address found on any where.

                            So please also send any contact no and address of this particular bond.

                              Dear sir,
                              I the undersigned regretfully inform you that time and again i am being threated, abused, tortured by the call centre employee of icici collection guys.[protected],[protected],[protected].
                              This long pending since 2010, issue has not been solved amicably by icici bank. I have taken only 2 credit card when i was working in satyam. I paid promptly up to 2010 jan. Even though i was not having salary since satyam was in problem. When i was called total salary was grabbed by icici bank.
                              When i was having money in hand they are not prepare to settle account and they want to pay again without accepting the grabbed salary amount.
                              Resigned and through i got court for my property - now i have no income -
                              I have to sell the property and pay to icici.
                              Even though i am mentioning exactly what happened - no one is not ready to listen and talk all nonsense.
                              I have to pay and i will pay no doubt but i can pay only when i sale my house. As soon as i received amount i will pay.

                              Kindly help me - not to harass me till i pay. I am in that job.

                                I do not have any credit/ debit account in icici bank but one of my remote relative have who may not paid his out standings and now i and all my family members are getting harassment calls from last 15 days, on even my office land line nos.

                                Agency nos are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                                Please resolve this issue else i need to have legal action against the agency.

                                  My bank A/c No. is[protected]. I have submitted my Aadhaar No. linking request to my home branch. Aadhaar No. has been updated in my bank account but my bank account was not linked to NPCI. Due to which I am not getting LPG Subsidy. I have also talked to branch and customer care, but they are have no idea about this problem. Please resolve issue.

                                    I did not receive smab charges intimation email or debit email for october 2018 month deduction of rs 177 and no message is sent regarding same
                                    Directly they sent bank statement in month of december about smab charges levied for nov 2018 which was rs 178 after deduction
                                    Because of which i lost two month smab charges unknowingly

                                      I have stopped using icici credit card long before has i had a very bad experience. Its an utter harresment which is happening to me. I have nth number of time asked the caller to provide me the details of amount reflecting in the outstanding but the same is not given & over the period of years they have just added interest and unnecessarily hampered my cibil score.
                                      Need to know how why & when the purchase was made? If i get the correct resolution i would be happy. Outstanding shown against my name is for account number [protected] & [protected]
