Hi,
I have received a call from [protected] for icici credit card on 19th dec 2018. I have submitted the required documents like salary slip, pan card copy and passport copy. Got call for verification. Till date i have not received credit card. Please let me know the status. Is this a fraud. What action i need to take? Please suggest. So far i don't have application number also.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:10/01/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/

        Dear sir,
        I have got the personal loan from captial float. I am paying the loan due on 2th of the every month. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 1th january. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds. Usually ecs will hit my account 3th january but in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged rs.450 from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me.           Raised Complaint(SR[protected] regarding UPI transaction failed of 19900 on dated 04-jan-19 from ICICI bank. It has been more than 7 days but still I didnt get payment reversal in ICICI bank. raised complaint was closed by ICICI customer care. I have provided beneficiery bank account statement in which it clearely shows that there is no such transaction in beneficiery bank account but still I didnt get my reversal of amount.

              I had ordered a killer women watch on 12th dec 2018. Order number is 279662. I had paid 499 for it. Kindly let me know the status of the shipping as i didn't receive any information till now. I had tried mailing the customer care, but i got a reply as the mail id is invalid. Also i tried calling them, they are not replying. Is it fraud company? I want the watch or i want my money back.

                I have swipe card in redtape shoes bangalore. By mistakenly amount has entered wrong the amount 1, 74, 000.04/- and immediately that amount has been void from merchant side. And i have asked to call merchant bank to clear that amount the merchant bank saying its release from our side.
                My question is why icici people take long time process, now almost 8 days to closed.

                  I have took loan around 4 (Lpbng[protected]) year back and paying emi every month without fail (One emi has not paid due to note demonetization). Now i am playing to close the loan. Visited the tin factor icici branch, bangalore. Icici employee has not ready to listen my words and i have issued the check and it has bounced due to some technical reason.

                      I've attached the IRCTC details in screenshot, which clearly shows that they didn't received amount.

                        I am not sure why icici activated one assist plan and deducting some money every year from my account. On 9th jan i received message of deduction of rs. 1899 without any information. The sr number mentioned in message is sr[protected]. For more details please contact me on my email address.

                        I need my money to be transferred back to me asap. Also, please de-activate one assist plan from my account.

                        Thank you for your quick response. Yes my renewal amount is debited on 9th Jan with SR588161203 and amount is Rs. 1899. I hope that will be credited in my bank account.

                          As per msg received from icici about updating address as per rbi guidance for new updated atm card, i updated my communication address within time still my debit card posted to old address on 29.11.18 and after sending two mails to customer services neither my queries resolved nor i got any satisfactory reply. And not provided any complaint no. When i filed a complaint. This is annoying.

                            Sir i am uco bank customer. I made a payment to icici bank of andhra university, gajuwaka, visakapatnam branch. But my account was wrongly debited and i lost 4800. So i asked icici bank, they dont reply me and i sent mail regarding my transcations still they are not responding, sarma kaladari who is an employee there tells cuckoo stories.                                 I had applied for icici credit card 3 months ago. It got dispatched but never reached to me. Last month i got credit card statement to pay joining fees. The card never reached to me so i didn't activated it, still got the statement. I mailed on the customer care mail id (Customer. [protected]@icicibank.com). They asked me to confirm my address which i did and they dispatched the replacement credit card. It again never reached to me. I again mailed to them and they asked me to confirm the address. Recently i got another statement with late fees of rs. 500. I am not able to pay the due fees even if i want to because i don't have the credit card number.

                                The biggest question is how even my card got activate when it never reached to me.

                                    I transferred rs 500 through imps on 8th january at 17:26 pm from icici a/c to kvb a/c.

                                    Transaction remark : imps txn ref :[protected]

                                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                    But i got a message that said

                                    "dear customer, imps txn ref[[protected]] for rs.500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 08-jan-2019 17:26:55. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                                      I have recharged my jio number on 08.01.2019 on phone or app through my upi id.
                                      But amount deducted not credit to relience jio.
                                      Now relience sent me mail amount not received. Phone also sent me mail to me payment successful.

                                        Hi,

                                        My self Vamsi and I hold my account with ICICI bank - As i mentioned in the Subject I went to with draw my money to Andhra bank ATM on 1st of january with is located in Balaji Nagar and address given below.

                                        Address: Balaji Nagar, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh 524002

                                        I choose to withdraw 5K, i got a text sms from ICICI stating amount debited and i am waiting for the cash it didn't come. i waited for few minutes and took security help ( The one who watches the ATM) he said this happens to many customers and you better inform your Bank. in fact i had money in my account but i didn't try again because this may happen again. Later i called ICICI Bank Help line and explained the situation - they said it takes 7 working days, i said this is too high please try to prioritize since we are in Digital world. they said Max 7 working days but actually it happens with in that. on the 4th or 5th working day i again called and the response was not great one lady took my call as an a escalation and she has script to follow being Floor Manager. I said i will escalate to CEO she says your wish. Finally i thought let me give a time till 7 working days which is today today i got information that there was no proper response from andhra bank so matter is escalated and it would take 3 more working days. I quickly called ICICI help line again and one lady said yes it will take 3 more working days ( which means 7+3=10).. i said why and proceed on priority. i again got information from phone bank officer stating this will take 21 more days. this is utter nonsense and one cannot play with my money ?? I logged in to ICICI portal and tried escalating to Nodal officer M Vinayak - the E mail process is not at all going through and getting failed every time. later i placed request in 2nd level again and reference number as follows - SR[protected] Level 1

                                        SR[protected] lEVEL 2.

                                        I HERE BY REQUEST GOVT AUTHORITIES TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY ...

                                        ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND BELOW FROM ICICI

                                        1) WHY IS THE DELAY IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK TO ME ?

                                        2) WHY IS THE TAT IS SO HIGH ? AND FOR EVERY OTHER TRANSACTION BANK CHARGES ( WITHDRAWAL FROM OTHER ATM, DELAY IN REPAY ETC) - FOR THIS DELAY AND MISS IN TAT WHOM TO PENALIZE AND WHAT IS THE AMOUNT ?

                                        3) I SUSPECT SOME PROCESS GAPS AND EVERY THING CORRECT SINCE ITS MISSED AND MISSING THE TAT'S - PLEASE EXPLAIN ???

                                        if this is not solved by concerned bank- I will go legal
