I applied for the icici credit using a form in this site
https://www.m-icicibank.com/credit-cards/

And i received phone call from executives in few days asking to send photocopies of aadhar card, bank statement, pan card, company id card to [protected]@gmail.com.

I sent them the details. And i received the mail (Screenshot attached) and that's it. After that, i am continuously in follow up with the executives (Phone numbers in the screenshot), still, i haven't got the credit card after 3 months time.

Recently, i got these sms (Screenshot) from icici. But no information is provided on the link too

Now, i am feeling obnoxious that i have gave my personal informations to gmail account and phone numbers, which i don't feel trustable.

I tried calling to icici customer care numbers[protected]/[protected].
But it asks for credit card ending number to continue.

Wouldn't icici have some mechanism to answer a person, who applies for icici credit card? Don't icici feel responsible for this?

Can you please let me know what is the status of it?
Or in case it takes more time,
To avoid misuse,
Please block any credit card in icici in my name or email or phone number.

Please response within a week's time and help me sort it out,
Or else i have no choice left other than to go for police complaint/ to file case in consumer court.

I have invested Rd 5000 each in icici tax saving bond in April 2002 .I have kept the bond in locker and forgot about it now when I went to bank to collect some other article I found the bonds which were already matured, kindly guide me to get the maturity amount at the earliest

    I am a icici credit card holder.. Received a call from[protected] and a person told me about health insurance card and said it was mandatory for every credit holder and they charging 437 per month as premium and he also said you receive another call from emi department and ask you about deduction of emi from your card and you just confirm it. As said by him i received a call and they asked me about emi and i ask them about is this mandatory or something. They said no it was not mandatory and i told them to cancel it and they also said ok... After a day i received a call from the person who spoke earlier with me about insurance card and angrily told me how dare you cancel the emi. If you do so you will be charged one time payment of rs.9000 from your credit card. Rs.9000 shall added into your credit card bill, he said. I told him, i never pay any amount and he angrily cut off the call. My doubt is it is legitimate call or fake call? Please clarify me in this regard

    Please asked manager to give me call ASAP, I did not received my salary, as per company they have done salary threw NEFT .

    So please look into this & revert back to my compliant. need to clear my emi personal loan, etc it is very difficult to to manage & its almost 2 months completed so request to you get it done ASAP NEED CLARITY ON THE SAME.

      I have been icici customer since long time. I am overseas and just observed they charged me 826.00 inr on 29th may, 2018 for demat account!!! I have never activated or used demat account till now.

      There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction on my email or phone. This is absolutely absurd. My account number is:[protected]

      I'm outside inside india and icici officials never read my previous complaint and marked complaint as resolved. This is still has not been resolved and i don't understand for what they charged me 826/- when i never applied demat account in my life - as i don't do that sort of stuff ever.

      I request icici to deposit back money and check who bloody created demat account in your system and investigate why he created it - on what grounds?

      I repeat i'm not in india and - hence do not comment like - you are going to contact me. If you really need to call then dial +[protected].

      There couldn't be any worse bank I could have chosen than ICICI. Your customer service executives are not even responding to my emails and when they do - they copy and paste your standard email response templates without even reading my emails. This is very very frustrating.

      Your customer support also admitted that one of your employee - Ms. Munira Surtee on +91-[protected] did this fraud - opening demat account without my application and consent. And now they are asking me to send a courier from abroad - baring more than 1000/- INR for this process on my own. What is my fault in this to bare this charge? All I'm asking is to close this demat account - just like your fraud employee opened it and refund all charges incurred due to this fraud.

      I demand an investigation to be conducted for this fraud because for customer like us - such an employee being a representative of ICICI, it's ICICI who is cheating us.

      Please co-operate.

      I called from abroad to reach nodal officer Vinayak More at "[protected]" at approx 10AM on 24th January, 2019. and ended up chatting with "Jagruti" who acknowledged that they also received my email explaining all in every detail possible.It's been a week and haven't heard back anything since then.

      Your fraud employee was contacting me on registered personal email via her non-official personal gmail ID! And also asked me to come on WhatsApp so that it would be convenient for her. She also asked for my scanned documents so that she can close account!

      Shame on you being such a large bank you can't even trace how this fraud was done in your system and don't even respond in here. Aren't you obligated to even respond in here? You are compelling me to file a complaint further up with PMO India team then.

        Am a icici bank customer. Ecsrtnchg charged 3788 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Due to unexpected deductions it affect my existing emi also. And my 3 emi's affected by [ ecsrtnchgs ]. Please explain what the charge it is. This type of deductions is not good please return my charged amount. And free advise for icici bank - narmada jhabua gramin bank is better than yours. Refund my money as soon as possible otherwise, i have to take some strict action against the bank, some times i see my statement and thought that i open this account for ecsrtnchg only. And now see datewise deductions.
        From last 3 months they deduct from my acoount.

          I had a due of around 30000 on my credit card and i was making constant payments. However in the month of june bank auto debited 15000 from my account but now they are denying it. Although i got the message. I filled dispute and they acknowledged. Later after three months they again called and said there is no dispute filed and always said that they will call back but never did so. Finally in the month of november i got 16000 in my account but as they blocked my transactions and put my account on leen status. I told them to remove leen so i can withdraw amount and make the payment. But the caller instead said that i can settle the account by paying 16000 and they debited it from my account. No i am getting threatening calls from the collection department stating i have to pay the balance as the account is not settled. They say there is a procedure like getting a mail from bank in order to settle but i was not aware of that procedure. Now this person named (Sachin) and his collection boy (Vijay) both are threatening and insulting me saying i should know bank procedures and they are not responsible for what the previous person said. Sachin says that i should find the other person who gave me this information but its not possible for me to do so. He threatens me that he will insult me and sends vijay who harass my paralysed dad and my mom to make the payment. I told him that i am already in financial crisis that's why i paid 16000 or else i would have taken out that money and made the monthly payment. But he is too arrogant to listen. I am not getting any answer hence please help.

            My loan has been completed in november, and sbi bank gave me noc for the same. But icici bank keep on trying ecs from my account every 10 th of a month. Icici bank has also deducted 413 each in the month of dec and jan. As my loan has already been completed in november, i am no longer liable to maintain balance as its my salary account. Kindly refund my hard earned money.

              I was trying to recharge my jio number through my jio app upi. After submitting upi id i got a message to transact money to [protected]@icici, i granted permission and money was deducted. But recharge was failed. I need that money back.

                I am a customer of icici bank. Few days ago i got a call from icici bank executive and told me that i am eligible for lifetime free coral credit card. There are also no joining fees. I applied for the same online. I got my online application number:[protected]. I also got my card number. I was informed through a call from icici bank executive that i shall get my credit card delivered within 7 days. Today almost 1 month passed. I did not get my credit card. I contacted icici bank customer care but every time i got fake promises and extension of dates to resolve the problem. G. Sivasandeep, sonal kumari, s. Aman, surekha - these are the names of icici bank customer care executives with whom i interacted but did not get solution to my problem. Even on today i have not received my credit card. Same case happened with me in last year also. I applied for credit card but did not get delivered. But at that time i took the matter lightly and did not make any complaints or anything. But this time i am not going to keep mum. I am sharing this experience on facebook, whatsapp and other social media. Even i am going to write to rbi so that such banks can stop such fake activities. First of all i posted a complaint on this website and now i will use all other medias to share this and make people aware.

                        I have got the personal loan from captial float. I am paying the loan due on 2th of the every month. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 1th january. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds. Usually ecs will hit my account 3th january but in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged rs.450 from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me.                           Raised Complaint(SR[protected] regarding UPI transaction failed of 19900 on dated 04-jan-19 from ICICI bank. It has been more than 7 days but still I didnt get payment reversal in ICICI bank. raised complaint was closed by ICICI customer care. I have provided beneficiery bank account statement in which it clearely shows that there is no such transaction in beneficiery bank account but still I didnt get my reversal of amount.

                              I had ordered a killer women watch on 12th dec 2018. Order number is 279662. I had paid 499 for it. Kindly let me know the status of the shipping as i didn't receive any information till now. I had tried mailing the customer care, but i got a reply as the mail id is invalid. Also i tried calling them, they are not replying. Is it fraud company? I want the watch or i want my money back.

                                I have swipe card in redtape shoes bangalore. By mistakenly amount has entered wrong the amount 1, 74, 000.04/- and immediately that amount has been void from merchant side. And i have asked to call merchant bank to clear that amount the merchant bank saying its release from our side.
                                My question is why icici people take long time process, now almost 8 days to closed.

                                  Hell team,

                                  I have took loan around 4 (Lpbng[protected]) year back and paying emi every month without fail (One emi has not paid due to note demonetization). Now i am playing to close the loan. Visited the tin factor icici branch, bangalore. Icici employee has not ready to listen my words and i have issued the check and it has bounced due to some technical reason.

                                  Please help me to get closed the loan in smooter way

                                    Am holding 2 (Two) icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds since last one year am searching where to submit these bonds to get the money even the icici bank where am having account but they never heared of this bond. Even sombody suggested me to have demated these bonds that also tried but this name of bond is not found in icici bond list to demat these bonds. Please help to get the money for these bond certificate nos. 33140 and 33141 @ rs.1000/- each

                                      On 5th Jan 2019, I've made 4 transaction in IRCTC mobile app, money has been debited from Bank but it was not recieved by IRCTC.
                                      I've attached the IRCTC details in screenshot, which clearly shows that they didn't received amount.
                                      And I've also attached the transaction details in ICICI app.

                                      Kindly help me in this ASAP.

                                        Hi this is janardan.
                                        I am not sure why icici activated one assist plan and deducting some money every year from my account. On 9th jan i received message of deduction of rs. 1899 without any information. The sr number mentioned in message is sr[protected]. For more details please contact me on my email address.

                                        I need my money to be transferred back to me asap. Also, please de-activate one assist plan from my account.

Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3875285 for the Insurance policy. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. In case, if the renewal amount is debited you will get the same amount credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days

                                        Thank you for your quick response. Yes my renewal amount is debited on 9th Jan with SR588161203 and amount is Rs. 1899. I hope that will be credited in my bank account.

                                        What about my previous renewal amount which was debited year back from now?
