I have tried to make transaction at my iMobile app of Rs 10000.
I tried to transfer amount to one Shri Praveesh Kumar sen qho has ICICi bank account.I used UPI option in the app.And clicked on beneficiary name Praveeah kumar whose details are already saved on my i Mobile app.
After the transfer, it was revealed that the money has gone to [protected]@icici .And money never reached Praveeah kumar account.
On enquiring bank againa and again I was told that money has gone to indiaideas which is merchant account.
Please refund my hard earned money Rs 10000 even if mistakenly gone frpm my side because it was not intended to reach your account.
Pls refer followimg TRANSACTION ID[protected] on date 27 October and 29 october 2018.On 27 I did transaction and on 29 it got reflected in my account.

    I have never asked or opted for demat account, still they charged me with 826 rs . I want that refund also wanted to know without my concern how can you open my demat account, If this is case, how can we trust you icici bank.

      Its regarding the telecaller of icici credit card recovery department.

      To whom it may concern. I want to complain regarding the misbehaviour of your credit card customer service representative. I have informed your representative always that i will pay the money of my credit card ending nber 8005, on 31/12/2018. Even today in the morning i talked with the representative who was continously calling me regarding the payment. I informed him that i will be going somewhere out of station but by today evening when i will reach back i will pay it online. But they continued to call. While i was driving from different different numbers. And then even explaining to the representative who was saying his name is parmod he started iritating me. I told him not to call me as i was driving the car anything could happen but no he doesnt stopped and started misbehaving with me. When my wife who was travelling with me talked to him while i was driving he didnt understand the situation and talked in quite unprofessional manner. There number are [protected]

        I recharged my jio number on 31th of december 2018. Although the amount of rs 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded. Please refund these amount

          I transferred 50000/-rs through imps on 31-dec-2018 15:10:07 from my icici bank to union bank of india.
          The amount is debited to my account but not credited in beneficiary account.

          I got message like:
          Dear customer, imps txn ref [protected] for rs.50, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 31-dec-2018 15:10:07. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

              My credit card online payment is blocked and i am unable to contact the customer care number.

              I am unable to make online purchases and the card states it's been block and needs to be reverted to continue online transaction.

              And confirm the customer care number for future assistance and how long will this take to get it unblocked.

                Dear icici bank,

                Few days ago i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. After checking everything they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i applied and shared them all my documents.

                But now i got a mail saying that 'application rejeted'.

                I am salaried person having account at icici bank from long time. I was relly trusted this bank. But not anymore. Is that the way you serve a customer? This is really irritating and unexpected. Why are you wasting our valuable time and your time as well?

                Seriously, i am telling you that my account is needed to be changed to another bank immediately..

                  My name is ashmita debnath. I did my jio recharge of 349rs from jio app on 25th december, 2018, through google pay. Transaction is successful and money is also deducted from my bank account but there is no message about recharge confirmation. Please help me i am very disappointed. Please refund it. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction below. Please help me.
                  My name is Balaji i did my Tata Docomo recharge of 249rs from Tata Docomo app on 8th January 2019 through phonepe. Transaction is successful and money is also deducted from my bank account but there is no message about recharge confirmation.please help me I am very disappointed.

                    I have been suffering issues on month on month regarding ecs activation as i had provided the cancelled cheque along with signed form for ecs activation in october 2018 only but still neither the ecs is activated nor mr rajiv or ms shefali is receiving the call or reverting the messages to confirm us the activation and every tym we r facing problem in providing the cheque

                      I had never used my demat account and even the paid debit card was also cancelled. Mine is salaray account from 13 years when seen these kind of charges. More over it has been told that the demat account is free without any charges. Then this is charged. Not even a single message which tells about this.

                      This is absolutely a fraud. If they are relevant why no intimation is sent why they are deducted silently.

                            This is extreme bad for a bank like ICICI to make such fraud.

                              I really have no clue about this deduction. I have one credit card linked this account but I use to pay the due amount every month on the statement issue date. I really disapointed with this service as I am attached with ICICI Bank for last 6.5 years.

                                I have an ICICI BANK DEMAT ACCOUNT since more than ten years. When I have checked the monthly transactions today I came to know that there is an amount of Rs 118 deducted for DP charges. Let me tell you that recently I haven't done any trending. Then how come the money has been charged?

                                Other than that I have also faced multiple false deduction in past by ICICI Bank. I am seriously fed up by this.

                                I have also seen thousands and thousands of posts of people who have been cheated by ICICI Bank in the name of DP charge. Though I request all people to let's take some strict action against ICICI Bank together. They always cheats their customers in the name of false deduction and fake charges.

However, while checking the account yesterday i noticed the said amount is not received in my account. I haven't received the confirmation message sms too. I would like to request to help me by using cctv footage of same time and help me in getting the same amount in my account. Your help is highly appreciated.

                                      I p. D. Naik having master debit card with your icici bank laxmipuri branch kolhapur. On 26 dec 2018 at d - mart tarabai park i swiped my debit card but transaction was failed of rs 929.42 and informed contact debit card issuer branch for sale reversal but the said amount has been debited from my sb account. Hence i request you arrenge to refund as earliest under intimation to me. Thanking you
