Hello,

My name is divya and i recharged with rs. 399 on dec 14th, 2018. The transaction was successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, i'd got confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

    As my ECS due date for car loan taken from ICICI bank is 1st of the month and I have insufficient fund in my account on 1st of October 18 so ECS bouncing charge RS 590 deduct from my account and ECS again hit on 9th of October i transfer fund around 9 O'clock in morning of same day when ECS have to be deducted but in evening I an msg about ECS return and bouncing charge RS590 also deduct from my account . Next day I got an call from ICICI bank that they told that ECS is deducted as per RBI rule or guidelines at 12.00 AM of the date.
    After that I pay my ECS online and now I m getting msg of about bouncing charge of RS 1344 to be pay.

    Why i will pay that charges when I have sufficient fund in Account at 10.00 am of generally when ECS id being deducted ?

          I am a sbi account holder. On 15.10.18 i tried withdrawing 10, 000 from icici bank atm dumdum road branch, the transaction was showing to be successful but i didn't receive the money. The amount got deducted from my account. Since then i am complaining to both icici and sbi in my home branch as well as head office but it's been 2 months i haven't received my money back.
          Please take necessary actions.

            I have recharged my fastag account through bhim app which is linked to sbi bank account. The amount is deducted from sbi account but not credited to fastag account. I have contacted sbi and confirmed that the transaction is successful from their end.

            But there is no proper response from icici bank regarding the same. The customer care staff is useless and they are not able to solve the issue.

            The ticket cmp[protected] is open for more than 75 days now.

              This regarding my credit card. Icici bank did not sent me statement on my address. Moreover they did not call and just levied rs 500 charges. Annual fee was also levied. For my transactions of rs. 600 in september and october they are demanding 2400 moreover they are not even cancelling the card. Requesting you to please help me.

                This is K N RAJU, holding an ICICI saving AC My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Even though I maintained minimum balance

                        I was depositing the college fees vide eazypay and the amount got deducted from the bank but transaction failed.. The amount is not refunded yet.

                          This is about the internet banking website of icici bank.
                          1. When i click on the login button for personal banking, all i want is to login. The website forces me to view promotional material and i have to click again on the continue button to reach the actual login screen. This is unprofessional. 2. I make a mistake entering my userid/password the first time and although i have made the mistake only once i am told that i have made 2 attempts and have only one remaining. This is poor design
                          3. I am not sure why, but many times i get the session expired message and i have to go through the login process over and over again. This is probably because of poor infrastructure or resources required to maintain high traffic that a banking system needs.
                          4. On the atms and on internet banking if the service fails, the angry emoticon face that is displayed with the message of 'sorry' is entirely incommensurate with the spirit of apology.
                          5. I submitted a complaint online about the first three issues. It was obvious from the email i got in response that no one had actually bothered to even read the complaint, because the reply i got was that from stock meant for someone having issues logging in.
                          This is what i call fake customer service. Not surprising since after all it is an indian entity.

                            Without prior information you people deducting amount from my account for demat account. I never used such demat account in icici. By 5th dec 295 rs deducted and todat 11th dec 500 rs got deducted for these dp charges.

                            I need my money back. This is my saving account as well as my salary account. 795 is not a small amount for us. Please credit the same amount and stop debiting from account for this demat activities.

                            Else i will close my account by this month.

                            I really dont understand why icici bank is doing such a cheap work, on 28th nov they have deducted 413 rs and again today 413 rs has deducted thrice, i saw so many complain about that on different forum, hope they will return my money at the earliest

                              I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I'm an icici bank, india customer. I hold a savings account which used to be my salary account.
                                  My account is being deducted with ecsrtnchgs every month without my notice i'm not sure what's the reason behind it.

                                  I'm not sure why the deduction is happening every month. As a result my account balance dropped to zero.

                                    I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back rs/- 29.50 rs * 5) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.

                                    I want a proper justification

                                      I am shailendra kumar. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] in[protected] dp chgs till oct-18 dp charges on 08/12/2018. I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and please close this demat account and my money back immediately. And my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].
