Yesterday i was heading home and going to cross vanagaram toll chennai, due to heavy traffic the toll person clicked my fastag with the machine, and after moving near to booth they again took the amount from my fastag. I got two messages later i corssed. How this can happen, so requesting to check and revert my amount back to my fastag account.

Have attached the message received on the same day with two minutes gap of time.

    Igot the credit card today. I was performing online transaction for the first time. It asked for the date of birth, card valid from. I entered date of birth and the credit card valid from month and year. it didn't accept and the card was blocked. I called customer care. It is not accepting my credit card number. What to do?

      I recharged my jio number today (22nd december 2018) by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge is not been done yet neither the amount is refunded.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I did not get any notification on my mobile or email about debit freeze on my account. When i call customer care of icici bank they said there is debit freeze on current account. I also visited my home branch vasundhra, ghaziabad, sector 13 several times but they also said they don't know exact reason and how to resolve it. My business is suffering from saturday 8th dec 2018. Icici bank will be responsible for any loss in my business.

        It is requested that kindly instruct the concern official for providing me information/reasons for freezing of debit facility of above account. Amount deposited in my account is more than 25 lakhs, this amount is belong to my customers. Because of freezing of debit facility, i am not able to transfer to concern companies from which i am taking services. My customer are pressing hard to me for providing regular services as earlier was being provided by me to my customers. I am in deep tension and facing mental harassment since 8th dec 2018.

        Sir, i am again request to you kindly look into this matter personally and provide me justice, urgently.

            I have a saving account with icici bank. The bank automatically made 30 (Approx) deductions of 30, 108, 118 inr and so on, as posdec chg amounting a loss of rupees 3500 (Approx) from my account.
            The bank executives blamed me for trying to use the card at online pos merchant without having any money in the account which resulted in transaction failed charges, though i don't have sufficient balance in my account.
            I didn't receive any sms or email of such failed transactions. I had some balance and on 21, 22 oct 2018, the bank deducted the above mention amount automatically and no alert was given for the same. I want all the deductions made as part of posdec chg to be refunded and also want the bank to alert me of failed transactions due to insufficient funds as i can avoid these annoying deductions.

            If you want to claim that i made insufficient transaction withdrawl then please send the proof where did i tried to swipe as i am damn sure i haven't used icici debit card for last 10 months.

              credit card recovery harassment complaint

              I want to lodge a harassment complaint against rahul nayak from icici bank recovery department in new delhi. I owed a credit card from icici bank for more than 3 years now and have been very regular in paying back since then. Not even for a single month, i have missed a payment since 2015 but due to some unforeseen circumstances, i have an outstanding of 18000 today.

              I have not denied the payment but asked for a some time...

              I have a loan account and it happened to be my account balance less than actual amount to be debited, for that icici has charged 413 RS from my account and it's not good. Please do credit back the same amount to my account as this is not fair.

                My name is sagar salve and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 3 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that 9 time i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on december 20th 2018 and the description says:

                1 20/12/2018 posdec chg/13-12-18
                Dr inr 29.50.

                I[censored] see my bank statement there is lots deductions in past 3yrs. I am ignoring but at this bank deducting 9time postdec charges.
                So i am requesting please refund my whole postdec charges from last 2 yrs to till date.

                  I am totally harrased from the service icici bank is providing about 10 times posdec charges deducted from my account which was completly without any reason without prior warning. I am totally dissatisfied with their such approach to their customers as well resulting in loss to customer.
                  Kindly work forward to resolve my problem as well refund my money back as it matters a lot to me.
                  It is hard earned money as i am earning about 10000 per month. Such a loss will destroy me and my family.

                    I, am krishna nand pandey, have been an account holder in icici bank, icici tower, 1 commissariat road bangalore branch, for last five years. Due to some circumstances i had to withdraw amount in the month of jul 2018, keeping rs 11275/- balance in my account. Despite maintaining more than rs 10, 000/- in the account, bank withdrawn mabchgs +gst rs 305.71 for jul18, rs 708 each for aug 18, sep18 and oct 18. (Total mabchges rs 2429.71) without any notice or pre intimation.
                    2. I would like to request to kindly look into the matter and refund the charges at the earliest.

                        I am an icici bank customer. On 18 dec 2018 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees, on 8 december 256 rupees and on 16 november 156 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good.                                 I have been wrongly charged amount of 199 Rs from my account for Google VIN*GOOGLE*Hea. I have not subscribed for any service from google nor did i pay for any service from google. How can the amount be deducted from my account XX6810 on 19 Dec. Without any OTP the amount has got deducted. This is the second time it has happened. Contacted customer care they are asking for blocking the card why should i block the card here.

                                  On 8th dec'2018, i had tried withdrawing money from nbk atm at kuwait airport using a icici international coral debit card. Somehow i was not able to get the cash as one blue screen error happened but i got the cash debit error message.

                                  Later on 10th dec'18 i have informed the customer care lodging a complaint no - sr[protected]. They mentioned it would be resolved withing 7 working days but no actions had been taken yet.

                                    I bhagwandas agrawal am icici credit card holder, in my bill of 19th november i have been wrongly charged with rs. 2275.10/- which includes interest charge and igst i. E. 1813.81 + 461.49 respectively. But on the contrary my due date to pay was of 6th november for which i paid my bill amount way before time that is on 3rd november through click to pay attached below my sbi account statement which even after repeated mails and calls to icici has failed to reverse such wrongfully imposed charges.
