I have applied for personal topup loan above the existing personal loan. They called me regarding interest and loan amount. Iam not agreed with interest and the loan amount. I told them hold and asked few days time to confirm. But without my knowledge they credited the amount. How can i cancel. Its is very expensive for me. Now from bank no one responding to phone. Pls give me the solution. I want to cancel the loan amount credited.

I ordered on kfc on 7th oct and paid thru upi a sum of Rs.545 Amount deducted and sent to [protected]@icici but order was not placed.i contacted phonepe customer service. They said amount s sent to d merchant. I tried to contact the merchant but no refund yet. Pls refund my amount. I've attached the transaction details

This is regarding ECSRTN. I have salary account with ICICI bank on 21st Nov 2018 around 8000 thousand rupees has been charged for ECSRTN. Please get it issue solved. And I'm having personal loan in Fullerton India Pvt Ltd. This is not the first time.
My father passed away on 17 th October 2017.I am the nominee for my father's ICICI Bank account. I submitted all required documents six months ago.but I am till waiting for settlement.why so late?

    i made a payment on watch shop (the heavens) which it was wrongly billed so the shopkeeper Voided that sale and gave me the receipt saying that money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been 1 month my money has not been refunded, i am attaching the receipts, transaction date was 22.10.2018

      On 14/8/2018, experienced an unauthorized fraud transaction of Rs.149000.00, compained to band on 16/8/2018, unfortunately bank is not resolved the iissue.I require amount should be refunded.
      I have missed my car noc my car number ap11r7677 please send me my noc
      I've never activated my demat account. Infact told no when asked for activation. Still rupees 826 was deducted from my account. Ridiculous service!

        Hi, i am shalomsandesh... I lost almost rs. 500 through this vin google in three transactions.. First rs.49 then rs.129 and now its rs.320 without my knowledge... It is highly unauthorized.. Its a very big scam.. Continuously the amount deducting is increasing... Please refund my money back and make sure to stop this transactions further and look that they donot occur once again

        Complaint about credit card wrong
        I received a call regarding one assist plan and they activated the service without asking permission . They deduct rs.1899 from the account. I want to deactivate the plan and my cash back. Kindly note this complaint and do accordingly.

          Sir,
          I get my icici credit card 2 month ago and till now i am not open thier credit card from envelope and i get message from icici bank dear customer, total amount of inr 999 and minimum amount of inr 100 is due by 05-nov-18 on your credit card xx6007. Please ignore if already paid.
          I contact customer care about that, they said me that i activate one assist service, no such service activate by me... Deactivate this and revert back that money... Icici bank agree to revert back that amount and assure me... But today i get another message that... Dear customer, stmt for credit card xx6007 has been sent to [protected]@intecc.com. Total amt of rs. 1677 or min. Amt of rs. 180 is due by 06-dec-18.

          Till now i am not open my envelope, i am not generating any username password... Yhen why that much amount is deducted without my permission..

          Plz revert that amount as early as possible

                I had placed an order on myntra on 14 nov18 for rs 3017.20 order id[protected]-8673703 for 2 items in my order, the seller on myntra went out of stock for one of the items and my order was cancelled subsequently on 17 nov18 and according to myntra my refund was also processed by them on 19 nov amounting for rs 2657.64, they provided me with bank reference number - [protected] for the same. I immediately called icici bank for the same issue but they told me to wait more and they couldn't locate my refund with this reference number provided to me by myntra. I had placed this order through my icici bank debit card first 6 degits of card 479932. My icici account number is sba[protected]. My icici account was debited for 3017.21 on @14nov transaction id sb498800, a part of the order was latter cancelled on 17 nov for which 2657.64 refund was to processed. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Till date i recieved no refund in my account and no one is helping me in this regard

                  This is the last time i am giving the details-i do not want to answer this same questions again.

                  I had registered for a amazon we services certification exam on 6th and cancellated the same that very day.
                  I received a mail from psi-vendor for aws who conducts exams that my money was refunded.
                  After 48 hours i sent mail to their support that i had not received the refund.
                  They replied back saying it can take upto many days depending on the bank and to check with bank.
                  I kept on mailing them after 10 days and lastly the sent me the mail with the refund reference no to check with bank.
                  Now i am attaching all the mails communication in pdf format to this mail. You will find they are claiming to have refunded and even have given reference number proof for it in a pdf.
                  Please check why you couldn't receive the refund and raise a dispute.

                          I am an indian citizen currently working at gabon. My salary is credited in my indian saving account no.[protected] after getting converted from euro to indian rupee but the rate at which the salary is credited in my account is usually very less.
                          My salary was credited on 16.11.18 when the rate of conversion of euro was 85.21 but my salary was credited at the rate of 79.62.
                          Kindly clarify

                            Dear Sir,

                            I'm using icici bank coral credit card and icici account from past 5+years. I made all the payments with out any issues.

                            But last month is my payment due date i.e. 26 oct 18 and total bill was ₹ 13979, Which have already paid with complete total due amount on 28 oct . when i see the current statement, they charged penalty under auto debit return fee and [protected]@18% of ₹ 450+81.
                            When I complaint to customer care executive they said It is wrongly deducted but refund can' t done as there is no such policy.
                            This time I feel cheated despite timely deposit my bills.I have been using icici as my salary account but i feel like they are charging wrongly and rven the customer care executive taking my complaint keeping me on hold and later disconnecting the call it almost took 1+ hour to talk to them this is very unprofessional of them
                            Please intervene in this matter and get my hard earned money refunded. SR[protected]

                                A refund of 26499 rupees was successfully processed on[protected] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my icici account, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the icici bank of india customer service and also emailed all the details many times including the unique transaction reference refund number [protected] but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    We had women savings account since 4 years. As per the norm, we need to have one rd running to convert this as zero balance account. However, rules have changed, no notification has been sent (No communication)
                                    Now as per bank one need maintain min 10000 inr as balance failing which mab charges will be debited to account. Now we had noticed that there are charges debited but no notification via email or sms (No communication)
                                    After enquiry with cc, we have been asked to visit branch, when visited bank staff including manager has no clue on this product and he said that min rd value has been increased (Just to send us away). But when insisted further about no communication to customers, they just argued that communication has been sent and he cannot give any details. Again, they asked to to contact customer care and no help can be offered. That means banks can change policies without intimating to customers and start debiting from their accounts. This icici bank cannot be trusted.

                                        Dear icici bank,

                                        Few days ago i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. I am salaried person and after checking everything they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i applied and shared them all my documents.

                                        But now i got a mail saying that 'application rejeted'.

                                        If you are unable to provide or if i am not eligible then why you called me and collected documents? Is that the way you serve a customer? This is really irritating and unexpected. Why are you wasting our time?

                                        Seriously, in future i will never accept credit card from your bank.
