I have already online applied for saving bank Account on 07.09.2018.. I got my A/C No through online.My A/C No is[protected].I have already paid 2000 (Two Thousand) rupees when I applied online on 07.09.2018.After that from the branch Bongaigaon they verify my documentation on 18.09.2018 and I also give a SBI cheque no is 962867 which will be deposited to My ICICI bank A/C no.the sum of rupees 15000/-(Fifteen Thousand) . But Still now i did not found any confirmation for activate my A/C No by the branch.

    Hi there!

    When ever i try to open the imobile application, an alert pops up saying open app again and when i click it, a new pop up comes asking me to close the app.

    I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, clearing the app data, force stopping the app, restarting my device. But none worked for me.

    Can you please check and resolve this issues that i am facing.

    Hi i am alok Kumar Prusty i am holding a salary account of icici bank. today 20.09.2018 i saw my money deducted 14 times for posdec chg 29.50 for 13 times and 21.50 for 1 time.i am totally unsatisfied with this hidden charges. I want my money back else am closing this account. Move to other banks.

      I had a atal pension yojana account with pran =[protected] that was linked to my icici bank account. I had submitted a application on 19/june/2018 to close the my apy account and refund money back to icici bank. I have the acknowledgement with me. They told me it will take upto 45 days to close the apy a/c and credit my money. I had submitted the application form to icici bank at old airport road, hal, bangalore branch.

      But, till date i did not receive any closure confirmation or money refund. I had visited my branch in old airport road, hal, bangalore multiple times, but they are also not responding properly.

      Hence, i request do me the needful asap.

      I have a salary a/c from 2017. I have regined after 5 month job but my salary account is there till now. And Account Balance is 9000. Today I found that smab Charge taken by ICICI bank 280 rupees for the month July and August with out any information.

          In icici bank my name is shivanandaiah b t, where as my aadhar and pan and passport are having my first name and last name, that is shivanandaiah thopinamat.

          I have requested the icici bank officials multiple times with corresponding proofs with court notary affidavit, still they are not making the necessary changes. Other bank like axis bank we can change the name by mobile app.
          This seems to be ridiculous problem with icici bank.

            An amount of rs.1899 has been deducted from my icici saving bank account on 14/09/2018 regarding one assist plan. I do not want to take a plan here.               I got frequent calls from this one assist, one day i discussed with their executive. They just briefly explains about the plan details. After this incident i called to icici customer service on 16th sept to confirm either any plan activated on my card, and he said none of the plan activated. And today 19th sept i got the message that 999/- transaction done through credit card regarding one assist plan activation. How these people will perform this action without my knowledge, even there is no information and confirmation.

              This one assist is doing illegal things wisely.
              1. Why they are calling frequently until we pick those calls with different type of numbers even though we put this number in blacklist.
              2. They are manipulating and confusing the customers with the way they are speaking.
              3. No intimation before activating the plan.

              Note: it would be better and helpful to deactivate the plan as much as possible

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I need your help in our bad and critical situation.
                  My father (Goutam sannyasi) had a car loan from icici bank with having loan insurance (Gl67042491/[protected]

                  Unfortunately my father passed away on 23rd july, 2018.
                  We launched death claim (Icici prudential, policy number :[protected] for my father and same has been processed.

                  Once the death claim got processed then we got a call from burdwan icici bank branch manager (Alok kumar +91 [protected]), he said that
                  There is a short fall of rs 21/- and once we will pay the same, noc will get processed.
                  So soon my mother paid rs 21/- and got confirmation from burdwan icici branch (Dixit +91 [protected]) that we would get noc within 15 days.

                  But within 2-3 days we got a call that there is again shortfall of approx rs 75000/-.
                  Then i dropped mail to icici nodal officers and they suggested to check with debt manager (Mr. Abdul hasim on +91 [protected])
                  I called debt manager and he said that there are two outstanding loans (But no confirmation of total amount).

                  I am wondering why icici bank is asking for money while we do have loan suraksha (Death insurance) for this car loan.

                  Now we are really so much scared as we don't know why the loan is still active and we are not getting noc of the car.

                  Actually time is very bad for us, I lost my father in early age with all of a sudden and was not aware all of these things.Me and my family are really down fir his expire and then bank is repeatedly calling and demanding money which is not supposed to as loan was part of loan suraksha and insurance was there from ICICI Prudential

                  This is most unfortunate and unexpected, after 19th sept there is no reply from ICICI bank. I thought it is a most valuable organization in India right now. But how they are looting the customer like me and harassing its like unforgivable.
                  This is one last time I am updating please do the resolutions for my issue and get it solved as earliest as possible. As you already aware I have lost my father, i dont want to do any kind of nonsense thing with you further. Otherwise I have to find out other ways for solutions. Please treat it as a highest priority.
                  I made a transaction of Rs 10k to another account(other than icici) on 3rd September, 2018. The transaction got failed, but 10k was deducted from my account.
                  Till now, it has not been refunded.
                  Kindly do the needful.

                    While checking my bank statement I saw that 826 Rs has been deducted on August 28th. I am not using any demat account. So on what basis was this deduction. More over I have not received any messages or email notifying me of this transaction.

                      Amount was debited on 17th aug rs.29889.9 (7472.47 and 22417.43) and the
                      Incident was reported at the same time with the sr no. Sr[protected] to bank to stop the transaction and police
                      But case was closed just by saying that it is in favour of merchant as it is done by 3d secure transaction. Again i asked bank to investigate on it and then new sr no. Raised with sr[protected] but it is again closed by saying that it is not under their authority and i need to report to cyber cell.

                      Hi Sir,

                      Would like to reiterate that i did not receive any OTP, did not disclose CVV, Pin etc also i know that these are and the incident reported within 2 mins after the transactions happened.

                      Also would like to make you aware that as per RBI guidelines, RBI has capped the customer liability at Rs. 25000 if any unauthorised transaction reported within 7 working days and customdt cant be liable at all if they notify bank within 3 working days if the transaction.

                              Sr[protected] is complaint no from my account money has been deducted as fraud transaction of 2750. I have raised the complaint transaction on 27th july. Icici bank people promised me that i will my money refunded within 35 working days i.. E 17 sep 2018. But yesterday i called them for complaint status they said that complaint status is still open and they can not refund amount. Kindly refund my money on urgent basis

                                My name is akshay poul and from two months. My icici bank account 419 rs debited this is twic or thrice in the month (Ecscngchg + 18gst) i dont know why bank do this nonsence charges from salary account.
                                Before the amount deduct they cant alert me. And amount is debit from account. I am very sad with this bank. Becouse my money is not safe. And when i need money this bank is deduct from my account. I hate icici bank

                                  This is related to my home loan application [protected] that I started on 18th Aug 2018. Almost a month has passed and I also have a APS ID generated[protected] but there has been no contact from any ICICI bank executive. The current status of my application shows Disbursement under process, however I have no clue whom to contact for same. I also reached out to nearest loan servicing branch in Sec14 Gurgaon and got no help on my application and was told to apply fresh through offline process. I also have reached out to customer care and they told me to contact the representative mentioned on App. But the contact details mentioned of Anita Mahajan is always switched of.I feel the online process loan application for ICICI loan though heavily advertised is very poor on execution and does not have any customer care support to tackle queries related to documentation or disbursement. I request this forum to please escalate this matter to higher authorities so that such delays and poor customer experience is avoided.

                                    I received a call from icici bank and they told me that my debit and credit cards will be secured and many more things about adhar and pan card and in the end they just ask that is am able to understand the information and then they told i will get a toll free number to complaint about credit and debit card frauds and then today on 17 September 2018 after 1 day of that call a ammount of rs 1899/- has been debited from my account. Take this into consideration and cancel my one assist as it was a total miscommunication and the information was ambiguous and the caller are in hurry. They just deduct the amount and i don't want one assist on my cards kr account please cancel it and refund the total amount of 1899. Else i will take the matter to consumer forum of india
