I have ICICI Limited Money Multiplier Bond-0399-MMB-TWO which was supposed to be redeemed on 28-Apr-2017 and have not received Redemption proceeds for the same or any communication in this regard from the ICICI. Please let me know proceedure for getting Redemption proceed on my mail.

    Dear Customer, your credit request is declined. UPI Ref. no.[protected] ICICI Bank.
    I have tried self transfer but it's not happening, i m not receiving money from any other banks as the sender's bank is showing as the bank isn't responding to take accept money. I need to pay credit card bills within 2 days. I have kept multiple mails but i didn't get any response back. Please make sure to get the fastest resolution possible....

    My money deducted without my permission 825rs. That's my college fees. Im not a trader and still im not using my demat account. They automatically take money from me for sip . I don't know how. Im called customer care executive and tell don't take anymore amount. They said ok. But no other changes happened. I want the amount refund 🙏. Please help me please. Can i get the refund... Waiting for reply.

      Whomsoever it may concern.

      I had two Children Growth Bond of ICICI LIMITED for my Daughter, whose Bondholder numbers are[protected]&[protected] of dated 27.11.2001, whose Redemption date was 12.11.2022.
      For the redemption of same i have approached nearest icici bank branch, But didn't get any help from there Stating it's beyond their preview. For the same i visited ICICI Direct branch in indore, they also said that they are helpless in this matter.This bond was not brought out of sky, suddenly no one from ICICI know how to redeemed it by updating changes.Feels like harrasment.As my daughter is 18 + now, She has her own PAN number, and there is minor change in spelling of the name.
      So kindly let me know how to proceed further and where to contact for the redemption of this bonds.

      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.early response is highly appreciated.

        Hi prafulla dhakate here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-22. and this is being deducted since March-2019. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        Mentioned the transaction remark -
        DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-22
        DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-21
        DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-20
        DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-19

        We people are here because of trust towards . But this is totally an unacceptable behaviour from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

        Kindly refund my money at earliest.

          Here was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE N 2023508/[protected]' and the amount is 50.06 and 'EBA/NSE N 2023008/[protected]' and the amount is 279.16 which is not that high but I should be informed and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

          I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that are to be levied by ICICI Direct.

          This is an extremely poor customer experience that I am facing and would keep all my friends informed regarding such hidden charges for the one who are thinking of investing in Indian stocks and MF!!

            I have an Indian account (xxxxxxxxxx75) frozen and not sure why it was frozen.
            I have been using since very long time and now it is on hold. I came to USA on H1B visa for work. All of sudden when I see my account and doing transfer im unable to do it. I spoke with my home branch too.. My money got stuck in the account and eveyrthing is linked to it

              On January 11, 2023, Rs10000 withdrawn from my bank account and transaction remarks has it as "ADTPSLSIPG" and this transaction was not authorized by me nor i have provided any standing instructions for Auto Debit to any merchant online or offline. Per ICICI customer service (Spoke to 2 agents and 1 supervisor) it is assumed to be an auto-debit transaction from a merchant which they are still investigating. I have asked the bank to refund/revert my money as I see this is common fraud with ICICI Bank from early 2021.In consumer complaint forum a search on this code "ADTPSLSIPG" several ICICI customers faced this same issue and not sure why ICICI bank has not fixed fraud yet and making the customer go through the pain and harassment. Hoping to get a resolution from ICICI.

                I, j roy would like to make u know that i m facing mentally harassment from ICICI credit card Recovery Agent phn no [protected]...call came there side more than 25 times in a day and massage thrgh what apps, presently am busy for treatment of my mother .

                I m already asked lawyer regarding this Matter, he had suggested me to make a police complaint towards bank, is this a right step.

                No any relation RCVD till now, now agency started massage foul ana unparliamentary massage to me via whatapps and call even I request her to call naxt day because that time I was in hospital for treatment

                  I'm using ICICI account of xxxxxxxxx75 and I could see my account is frozen
                  I came to the USA on a H1B visa for work here and whatever the salary I get in the USA I do transfer to an Indian ICICI account( xxxxxxxx75) through the Remitly app.

                  I'll convert my account to an NRE/NRI account from hereafter for transferring money from the USA to India. Can you please check and unfreeze my account. How to visit Indian branch to resolve this issue

                      I have icici bank original tax savings bond with me.it was issued on 03/04/2003 and redemption date is 03/04/2006.The distinctive numbers are from 147684 to 147687of Rs 5000 each.I informed the icici bank through its website [protected]@icicibank.com on 31/12/2022 seeking the fate of those bonds.But so far there was no response.Please resolve the issue.                               Ppt/wpp renewal Rs 1899 was deducted from my icici bank account on 21 dec 2022. This amount was withdrawn from my bank account without any prior notice. It is huge amount for me in terms of income. And I humbly request you to return this amount.

                                Myself Arpit Srivastava, I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2022 Dec & 2023 Jan 97.01/- rs & 728.99/- rs respectively were deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 30 Dec 2022 & 5 Jan 2023 respectively. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL NOV-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
