Payments (Rs. 151.48 and 151.48) for mahapariksha.gov.in (Maha it) site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Sbi account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on maha it site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during these two failed transactions has not been credited to my account. Please return the same as early as possible.

    My husbands acct at icici is linked by some one to some one else's acct.. This guy with the same name as his... And my husbands account was debited for something the other guy was supposed to pay. Customer care could not help
    They are giving different responses, some say by mistake some say current account on my husbands name.. Which is not the case as we don't own any business. Its a mess...

          My name is jofa dsouza and im a customer using icic bank and a credit card i was overseas and so there was an oustanding payment of rs 9894.08 for two months. I called them after the due date and made the payment of rs 10, 425.08 which included the auto debit decline fee as well for two months and late payment fee of two months. After another day my account was being debited with rs 9894.08 again after making the payment on 14/06/2018. I called customer care to refund the amount and get a compensation as it was their error. The advisor debanjali said it was not their fault and that it was my fault and that because of direct debit being active it was charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she said that there is no supervisor available and so i wanted to cancel the account she said that can only cancel the account once the entire credit is being used. Kindly provide justice as the employee needs to be given feedback and supervisors should be available at all times to handle customer escalations and complaints.

            Can someone help with the issue am facing with icici bank, jaynagar, bangalore? This issue is started in the year 2013 and still there is no end to it.
            Its of no use visiting branch. I had salary account at this bank and once i happened to visit the branch and they advised me to open a ppf account which with new account number and promised that i can maintain zero mba (Minimum balance account). Customer agent was so impressive and i opened immediately and started paying 1500 every month for more than one year. However am getting shocked to notice there is around 7-8k getting detected for the last 4 years with the reason form mba (Minimum balance amount) without even informing me how come they are detecting my amount?
            Went to branch and spoke to lady who forced me to open the account - she said she will reverse it but still there is no use. I had given written complaint to branch regarding this last year but still there is no response from them. Really frustrating bank. Not sure how can i get back to my ppf amount and close this senseless and disgusting icici bank a/c.

            Can anyone help on this? I need justice.

              I got a call from icici representative on my company skype id. They asked me if i wanted a credit card. I told them about my current employement status and my salary.
              They said i was eligible for the card.
              One of their representative visited the campus and collected all my documents required for the same.
              Now after 10 days i get a call saying that my aplication has been rejected and they mentioned no reason for that.
              They asked for my collegue's number and never contacted them.
              They never even visited my residence to confirm the same and simply rejected my application.
              I consider this as theft of my data.

              Your representatives lure people into divulging information.
              I have not received my refund for Rs. 1749
              The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected]. It was supposed to reflect in my account by 7 june but its still not received. Amazon has refunded the amount on 1 june itself. I want my money immeadiately.

                  This complaint is regarding the security guard of athikkadai branch. I went to atm midnight of yesterday (12.06.18) the door was locked and the atm shutter closed and security guard sleeping inside it. I knocked many times but no response;today also the same happening so kindly take neccesery action. It affects the privilage customer like us who is in need of cash at midnight.

                    ATM machine situated at नौबस्ता रोड बायपास खागा हमेशा बन्द रहता है। क्योंकी एटीएम जो की आईसीआईसीआई बैंक का है एक दुकान के अंदर लगा हुआ है। दुकानदार जब मर्जी होती है एटीएम खोलता और जब मर्जी होती है बन्द कर देता है। क्योंकि एटीएम दुकान के अंदर है। जब वह दुकान खोलता है तभी एटीएम से रुपया निकाला जा सकता है अन्यथा नहीं। बृहस्पतिवार को खागा में बंदी रहती है तो दुकान बंद रहती है तथा एटीएम भी बन्द रहता है। जिससे ग्राहकों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ती है। दुकानदार अपनी मनमानी करता है। इससे अच्छा है कि एटीएम वहां पर ना ही हो।

                        I have done one of the request on march 26th for update lpg id and de-link and re-link my aadhar card request customer care take request for same but after that still my subcidy goes to my another bank that is not active so every time i have to check again and again with indian oil they told we have not any process your bank should be de-link your aadhar card and then again re-link so please do this process urgently as due to same i lost 1000 rs from last 4 month so please take a request and do so fix urgently.

                          On 27th april i transferred an amount through imps of rs 70000 from my savings account icici a/c[protected], mysore branch to my beneficiary mr. Abbas sbi a/c [protected] port blair branch (Vide transaction number :[protected]. On 11 th may the amount has been credited to by beneficiary account and immediately it is recovered from his account, (Please find the beneficiary account statement) and till now the amount is not credited to neither my account nor my beneficiary. Despite of repeated complaints to icici my issue is not yet rectified, you are requested to rectify the issue as early as possible. As i need the money badly for my medical emergency.                             Our tax saving bond (4 nos of rs.5000/- each) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate no.105781.
                            Till date i have not received the maturity amount of rs.6490.75 per bond. Kindly look into the matter and help get my maturity amount at the earliest.

                            The deemed date of allotment was 19.2.2002 and the redeemption date was 19.6.2005.

                                My father had a loan account . We were paying the emi directly to the loan account. But still they have charged 8000 for the ESC charges within these 10 days. We have repaid the loan as well. After that they have charged 472 everyday, now the balance is 0.

                                  Icici bank is keep deducting the money from my icici bank account without any intimation and without knowing.. Even when sent mail to icici bank customer care, there is no response at all... Could you please suggest what can be done now

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care center for closing my personal loan, they transferred funds to my account which i returned back within 3 days time and agreed to close my loan account. Also agreed that whatever amount deducted from the card reversed entry will come and settle the account ( kindy check all calls happened between me and customer care center from 28th april to 3rd may

                                    This month statement clearly saying cancellation RLCC, still bank is charged rs. 6200 as a foreclosure charges. This is really ridiculous activity by the icici cedit card department.

                                    I am extremely grateful if you could give justice to my credit card account and de
                                    duct the foreclosure charge of rs.6200. .

                                    This type of problems happened only because of customer care center officer Mr. Dheeraj who called me number of times from Bombay.

                                    We should spread this type of fraud by the credit card customer care center for icici bank through social media. So that this type of cheating never happened to any body in future.

                                      I am trying to do a net banking transcation but i couldnt complete the transaction. Its showing "the transaction is disabled for this user, please contact the bank for further information". I have called the customer care many times and i also mailed to the icici customercare but the issue is not getting resolved. They are telling that it will be solvedd within 30mins or 1 hour.

                                      Hello My name is vipin, i get the credit card dated on 21st May 2018 and its working fine on swipe but my problem is that when i do some online shopping it asked for date of birth to enter, but when i enter it said that it do not match with your records with the bank.

                                      Please solve the issue and unblock my card.
