I am Mrs. Sakuntala S, aged 69 years( a Senior Citizen) from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I paid a sum of Rs 19, 510/- through my Icici Bank, netbanking account to [protected]@icicibank.com on 30/04/2018. The concerned receipt for payment attached herewith, which shows the Payee's Name, Transaction No and date of payment.The payment was meant for Housing Society maintenance charges to 'Ishas Signature Villa, Villa No.75' at Chennai, Tamilnadu.
Since I entered my husband's mobile number by mistake, instead of my son's Regd. Mobile Number, the payment went to ' Export Inspection Agency, Mumbai' with which, I have no connection.Hence I requested the Icici Bank to reverse the payment back to my Icici Bank Savings account by email giving all particulars. Although 10 ays passed, I did not get any acknowledgment or reply or reversal of payment till now. Hence I request you to take up the matter with them for an early resolution of the issue.Thanking you in advance.
