But payment not credited in supplier bank account so i have to do payment again and 2nd payment credited in supplier account can u tell me when will get the payment refund of 6884

    Respected sir,
    This complaint is regarding the security guard of athikkadai branch. I went to atm midnight of yesterday (12.06.18) the door was locked and the atm shutter closed and security guard sleeping inside it. I knocked many times but no response;today also the same happening so kindly take neccesery action. It affects the privilage customer like us who is in need of cash at midnight.

      ATM machine situated at नौबस्ता रोड बायपास खागा हमेशा बन्द रहता है। क्योंकी एटीएम जो की आईसीआईसीआई बैंक का है एक दुकान के अंदर लगा हुआ है। दुकानदार जब मर्जी होती है एटीएम खोलता और जब मर्जी होती है बन्द कर देता है। क्योंकि एटीएम दुकान के अंदर है। जब वह दुकान खोलता है तभी एटीएम से रुपया निकाला जा सकता है अन्यथा नहीं। बृहस्पतिवार को खागा में बंदी रहती है तो दुकान बंद रहती है तथा एटीएम भी बन्द रहता है। जिससे ग्राहकों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ती है। दुकानदार अपनी मनमानी करता है। इससे अच्छा है कि एटीएम वहां पर ना ही हो।

        I recharged using my jio number using My jio app, via Phone Pe app. But I did not get my recharge nor my money has been returned back to me. I HAVE NO BALANCE IN JIO NOW, AND IT IS REALLY HARD FOR ME WITHOUT IT.. I STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOME, AND IT IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE TELEPHONE BOOTH ARE SO RARE THESE DAYS.           I have done one of the request on march 26th for update lpg id and de-link and re-link my aadhar card request customer care take request for same but after that still my subcidy goes to my another bank that is not active so every time i have to check again and again with indian oil they told we have not any process your bank should be de-link your aadhar card and then again re-link so please do this process urgently as due to same i lost 1000 rs from last 4 month so please take a request and do so fix urgently.

            Dear sir,
            Our tax saving bond (4 nos of rs.5000/- each) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate no.105781.
            Till date i have not received the maturity amount of rs.6490.75 per bond. Kindly look into the matter and help get my maturity amount at the earliest.

            The deemed date of allotment was 19.2.2002 and the redeemption date was 19.6.2005.

              My father had a loan account . We were paying the emi directly to the loan account. But still they have charged 8000 for the ESC charges within these 10 days. We have repaid the loan as well. After that they have charged 472 everyday, now the balance is 0.

                Icici bank is keep deducting the money from my icici bank account without any intimation and without knowing.. Even when sent mail to icici bank customer care, there is no response at all... Could you please suggest what can be done now

                  Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care center for closing my personal loan, they transferred funds to my account which i returned back within 3 days time and agreed to close my loan account. Also agreed that whatever amount deducted from the card reversed entry will come and settle the account ( kindy check all calls happened between me and customer care center from 28th april to 3rd may

                  This month statement clearly saying cancellation RLCC, still bank is charged rs. 6200 as a foreclosure charges. This is really ridiculous activity by the icici cedit card department.

                  I am extremely grateful if you could give justice to my credit card account and de
                  duct the foreclosure charge of rs.6200. .

                  This type of problems happened only because of customer care center officer Mr. Dheeraj who called me number of times from Bombay.

                  We should spread this type of fraud by the credit card customer care center for icici bank through social media. So that this type of cheating never happened to any body in future.

                    netbanking not working

Its showing "the transaction is disabled for this user, please contact the bank for further information". I have called the customer care many times and i also mailed to the icici customercare but the issue is not getting resolved. They are telling that it will be solvedd within 30mins or 1 hour.

                            I have done a transaction on 5th june 2018 for the amount of 11, 000 but the amount was deducted and atm haven't dispensed the cash. My money was deducted and i have complained on icici bank customer care on the same day which complaint number was sr[protected]. They have closed the complaint status without any solution or information. Again i have called the customer care on 6th june 2018 with the executive name preetam and the complaint number was sr[protected]. They again closed the complaint number without any solution and information to me. Again i have made a call on 7th june & 8th june 2018 to customer care and talked with the executive named shiv, he told me that my money will be credited by the eod of the day with the reference number sr[protected]. I am calling them again and again and every time they provide me the new complaint number and not providing any solution to it.

                            I have again called the icici customer care today 11th june 2018 and talked with ms jotshna and she had given me the same complaint number sr[protected] and told me that today i will get a call from customer care. But i don't have any hope as since last 6 days i am getting the same responses from each of customer care executive.

                            So i would like to file a complaint on this matter.

                            Please look into it and provide me the solution for it.

                                A custercare no [protected] of airtel payment bank had fraudently withdrawl Rs 1 lakh fm.my bhim UPI id to his own UPI id [protected]@icici of icici UPI id.on 8/6/2018. Five consecutive trans.of 20000 rs. At 1400 hrs. Please help me .myself police officer of CRPF .PLEASE HOLD THE TRANS. I had lodged complaint in police .

                                  regarding icici tax saving bond-012002-tsb-two

                                  Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400708

                                  Our tax saving bond (2 nos of rs.5000/- each, option ii) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate no. 119835 & 119834.
                                  Till date i have not received the maturity amount of rs.6660/- per bond. Kindly look into the matter and help get my maturity amount at the earliest. The deemed date of allotment was 19.2.2002 and the redeemption date was 19.6.2005.
