    Hi sir,

    I have been charged twice a week for nfs charges. Within a week i have been charged for 4300 rs for icici bank. Since icici bank has no cash at atm, i use another bank atm to withdraw the cash. However, this was my first or second transaction of this month. As per rbi guidelines, we should be charges more than 3 transactions and in this case nfs charges should not applied.

      Am very upset with icici bank where there was a withdrawal of 20000/- without my knowledge.
      I hardly used my debit card as i rely only on net banking...
      I will be filing a fir on the incident and also on icici bank for the negligence... I want the amount to be reversed at the earliest and am not ready to wait for 19 days for the investigation from the banks end...
      If i don’t get the amount reversed i’ll be publish this on media and would take severe actions

        I am unable to get otp or urn sms on my mobile for doing fund transfer,

        I have called customer care numerous times but still the issue is not resolved.

        My mobile number is registered with icici and also verified by customer care which is same as what i had always used.

        I do get sms notification when i am withdrawing amount from atm, problems seems to be only with otp or urn sms.

        I have checked with my mobile telecom service provider, as per them they
        Don't have any blocked messages or filtered messages, there is no issue from their side.

        I tried to add payee for neft, rtgs or imps with ifsc code transfer but could not do it as i am unable to receive any urn sms to my mobile.

        I tried to add a receiver in money2world portal, but there also i am stuck because of no otp sms to my mobile.

        I am really in desperate need of fund transfer and frustrated that the problem still remains unsolved by icici team.

          As per bookmyforex, they have refunded rs 12912 on 29 dec 2017 to my credit card.
          I am reproducing their response recd in their e-mail reply to me "the card amount for the order number ​ 742285bmf26e12a9e9a2a6b amount rs 12911.98 is blocked by your card issuing bank and will be reversed back to your account as per your card issuing bank's procedures and also please be informed the amount has not been acquired by ccavenue since your merchant has not process the order. We suggest you to kindly get in touch with your card issuing bank for clearance of this blockage."
          You are requested to check and confirm if you have recd this amount or has it been blocked by you or any other issue since this amount has not been found adjusted in the statements of my purchases till date. Early confirmation is solicited.

              Hello, i tried to pay rs.200 application fee regarding tspsc vro notification through tspsc website on 8th june 2018 using icici debit card. The transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my icici account with some cheque number. I tried even second time but, same repeated. Total rs.400 got debited from my account i. E., "[protected]"... Please resolve this and refund the amount at the earliest. Thank you.

                I have recharged my jio number (Protected) with ammount of rupee 349 on 8june 2018 was the time 12.16 pm. When i open my jio app and click the 399 recharged he show me 51 rupee discount and deduct my upi bank account throw [protected]@icici 349 rupee. Amount deduct my upi acc. But recharge was not done. I complain my jio customer toll free number but he says you wait some days your money will be refunded but my money was never refunded. I complaint my upi bank customer care but he answered me you wait also some days. Sir please refund my deduct amount 349 rupee.

                  I purchased bag from provogue icici 2017 site and pay rs 300. I have been ordered on 25 april 2018 but till date i didn't get any product and msg.
                  Its worst... It's a thieft at the one side to see. My humble request you to punish them who is poor people to loss them.

                  If this site not able to send the product why made this site.. I want my product money with interest

                    During april payment, i did the payment on 4th april. Due to technical issue at back-end, the payment did not happen and it was not notified properly to me. Later on 12 when i went to site for different issue, i found payment not done and i did the payment.

                    Now icici bank personnel or helpline does not want to discuss in detail and does want my late fee to reimburse. I looks like since it is a big amount so they intentionally does not want to resolve this case in positive way.

                    Can anyone from icici bank help in reimbusing by late fee?

                        I am raghavendra patil. I have saving as well as dmat account in icici bank.
                        When i called customer care they are not picking up phone.
                        Icici is deducting money without any intimation.
                        Here is an example below.
                        From my account rs.826 has been deducted from my account as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till apr-18. I am previlege customer still it is deducted. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                          Hi, i had monthly sip deduction of mutual funds from my bank account. The sip was scheduled to be deducted on 1st of june. But my bank account was hit on 30th of may and i was charged ecs charges for the same 4 times (For 4 sips). I was not notified by the bank or by third party that sip is about to get deducted. Is this how you treat your customers? We keep our money with you so that it is safe and you charge us like this!! Ridiculous. I have signed a mandate form with third party with some date. How can you allow them to hit the bank before that date and then charge me ecs charges!!

                            This is in continuation with my earlier complaint regarding mab charges.
                            If the bank has not provided any services like sending mail, sms, message or telephone then bank has no right to deduct any charges like mab charges, debit card charges from the customers without prior intimation. This is against the banking ombudsmen scheme 2006 clause 8 (K).
                            When the account was opened in 2005 in defence colony branch that time no mab charges were intimated to the customer. Then without informing bank has no right to take out money from back end automatically without telling the customer. It is the customers money kept in the account with the bank. To recover its losses bank cannot take the hard earned money from customers account. It is amounting to theft which can lead to serious irrepairable damages / loss to its customers. Customers have faith on the bank from its past goodwill and has opened account.
                            No help whatsoever has been provided to me from branch or customer care.
                            My hard earned money has been taken out from my account.
                            I request icici bank officials to look into my entire account details and empathize with my situation and revert back all my money ie rs 25, 000 which has been deducted as mab and debit card charges.
                            Further cancel the charges pending ie rs 35000.
                            Looking forward to proper genuine redressal of my grievance

                              I am not able to update the kyc details for my multi wallet card, tried to connect with the customer care for about 6-8 times but each time its not attended. When i tried to login through the self help portal, its saying "invalid card status"

                              If i am trying with the net banking or icici pocket, no were i am getting option to see my multi wallet card status or updation of kyc option.

                              At least let me know, if i am updating my kyc through pocket, it will reflect same for my multi wallet card

                              Please help on this on immediate basis

                                Dear team

                                Today I just checked my account balance of icici, I see their is deduction for SMAB charges 599+107 GSt=706 for the month of April but all I want to know when their is minimum amount which is already in the a/c in the month of April then why is the deduction or without any prior notice for the deduction given by the bank
                                As this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
                                Look I'm a hard working guy and this much money is very costly for us
                                So please refund my money ASAP

                                  On operating my saving a/c no.[protected], in defence colony branch, opened in 2005, the undersigned was shocked to know that mab charges have been levied without intimating or passing any information to the undersigned leaving the balance to nil. On 20.02.2018, rs 10, 000 was deducted at a stretch and the bank has been deducting the amount since 2014, without prior intimation, thus total of rs 21, 993.89 was debited from the account, further its been told by the branch manager on 7th june 2018 that the a/c is in negative balance to the extent of rs 35, 000/-. Several mails have been sent from 25th may 2018 to corporate. Care and head quality service, customer support also mentioning that the mails should be forwarded to principal nodal officer and head of quality service but no relief is given. The debit card which was issued as free for life time is also being charged to the extent of 700/-. I pray to the concerned authorities to revert back my hard earned money and resolve my grievance and intimate me at the earliest.

The concerned receipt for payment attached herewith, which shows the Payee's Name, Transaction No and date of payment.The payment was meant for Housing Society maintenance charges to 'Ishas Signature Villa, Villa No.75' at Chennai, Tamilnadu.
                                    Since I entered my husband's mobile number by mistake, instead of my son's Regd. Mobile Number, the payment went to ' Export Inspection Agency, Mumbai' with which, I have no connection.Hence I requested the Icici Bank to reverse the payment back to my Icici Bank Savings account by email giving all particulars. Although 10 ays passed, I did not get any acknowledgment or reply or reversal of payment till now. Hence I request you to take up the matter with them for an early resolution of the issue.Thanking you in advance.

                                      Hi i am mohan lakshmanan from mysore, got my new credit card on may -2018, after 2 days got a call from mumbai icici team, executive spoke non stop, i could not understand anything so i told him to drop a mail so that i can check and get back to him but next day without my consent around rs.1400 deducted from my credit card. It's absolutely cheating the customers by call center executives just to meet their targets, it should be sensitized on high priority by icici else you will lose your reputation

                                      Now i want to cancel that plan and need my amount to be refunded. My contact no : [protected]
