Yesterday i have visited your bank at model town brach. To meet the deputy brach manager for purpose that i received fdr in very bad condition. But your deputy brach manager mr. Ravinder saini talk with me in a very ridculous way. How the bank appointed such a person at the post of deputy brach manager who does not know to talk with the customer. I have 4 saving acconts.1current account 2 ppf accounts. It looks very disguisting..

    I transferred rs.10, 000.00 to beneficiary account at sbi using imobile app, amount get debited but it follows with error timed out at beneficiary bank. I checked with beneficiary bank account but mount was not credited and neither refunded back to my account.

    Transaction details are as follow :

    Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.10, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 07-jun-2018 13:01:43. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Without any notice, icici bank deducted 588rs, what is this dcardfee206, and i want my whole deducted cashback into my account.

      I transferred rs 2000 through imps on 21st november at 9.10 pm from icici a/c to sbi bank a/c.

      Transaction remark : imps txn ref[protected]

      The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

      But i got a message that said

      "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.2, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 21-nov-2016 21:04:52. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

        Icici bank has debited 413 twice in one week without proper explanation. Writing mails also not fruitful and no proper explanation from them. On the first debit i wrote a mail no response and the second debit has happened.
        I believe that this is not the way to treat customers. No information or any alerts, just debit the money as they wish. Help me to get it resolved

          Please let me know why it was deducted. There was no email or sms for deduction, its like icici trying to theft without customer notice.

            One of my friend rishabh sharma had deposited the cheque in icici the cheque is of another bank. He wants to deposit the money in my account because he needs a cash and his father is in serious condition. When my feiend went in icici bank then one of the person had said that yes this cheque you can submit in the another person account no and it will cleared tomorrow. If its not possible then that person has no rights to give a wrong information like that. Now please do ear this cheque in anyhow. Because we ask the person and he gave wrong information. Please do this asap because my friend has no money to do the checkup to his father.

            My account also got deducted 2 times first 115 rupees and 2nd time 199 rupes by (ECSRTNCHGS ) pls help me out with this for what u are deducting my balance form my accont i want my money back my accont number is[protected] pls help me out.

              I had applied for credit card 2 weeks ago. I am not able to track it. When I enter the details on website it showing processing sign and then nothing comes up. I only see the same form page. I have tried this many times and facing the same issue. My field verification is also done so just want to know the status.                   This is in connection with the fraudulent transactions in the savings bank account of my wife, indrani chakravorty. On 8th may '2018, my wife got a call from a mobile number[protected] posing to be from airtel to uograde the sim of the registered mobile no [protected] to 4g.in the process the mobile network got blocked and swapped by the fraudster. On 9th may suspecting the above incident being a potential fraud, we reported the case to the concerned icici bank branch in vikaspuri. It was given to understand that no fraudulent transaction had happened till that time. We, however, instructed the banker to deactivate all internet banking facility and registered mobile number linked with the account no[protected]. Also, we immediately got a new sim activated from airtel against the number to prevent the fraudster can not do any damage. But on 18th may when i got the account reactivated and checked the account statement, it was revealed that on 10th may "2018 fraudulent transactions amounting to rs 1 (One) lakh has happened through upi inspite of my instruction to the banker on 9th may'2018. No sms or email got generated for the above transactions. I have lodged a fir with local police station (Complaint reference number: [protected], 20/05/2018) and to the customer care of icici bank (Service request : sr[protected] as required by the banker, i have provided a copy of the fir and front side of tge debit card for processing the investigation.. The subject savings bank account is credited with rs 1000, 00 (One lac) but that is kept in frozen state and can not be opearated till the investigation is complete. There is also dilly dallyiong attitude from the customer service and the officials of the concerned branch which has led to further harassment it is pertinent to mention that this incident has happened due to sheer negligence of the banker inspite of reporting such potential fraud well in advance. The hard earned money of my wife, a school teacher by profession, should be refunded back immediately or else i will have no other option then to seek legal advise against the harassment for no fault on our part.

                    I am neha waghmare and i am holding a salary account in icici bank. Today i checked my bank statement and found two deductions of 29.50 with description as posdec chrg/[protected]/1077+gst.

                    When i googled then found this is a hidden deduction and there is no notification msg sent to you about this deduction. Is there any way to get this amount back.

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for credit card and i got a message saying that it has been dispatched and takes 7 days to reach you.

                      Later i got a message from bluedart saying card will be delivered today. I got call from bluedart delivery guy asking to come to collectt the correct at my office gate. As soon as i went there he did not answer my call, i tried 100 times calling him.

                      Now if i track the number, it is updated as customer refused to collect which is not true.

                      Kindly arrange the delivery of the card

                      Yesterday i got a message like dear customer txn of INR 1399.00 using credit card done at oneAssist consu on 31-may-2018

                      So i do not know why this transaction happened with my credit card
                      so please refund my amount with in 2 days otherwise i will do block that card.
                      I am Dilip B.R 825.48 Rupees has been deducted from my account as ( DP CHGS TILL APR 18) DP charges on 1-july-2018

                      I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                        I (Sivananda. R) have taken loan of 10 lacs in may 2017, it was online instant approval, no where it was mentioned regarding pre closure charges. After paying emi for 1 year i have gone recently to bank to close my loan account by paying the outstanding amount, they have charged me 5% as pre closure charges, which is utterly unfair, why the bank does not highlight about charges at least by mail?? Even after paying 1 year emi 's regularly why should i be burdened with 5% pre closure charges? I even have salary account in icici bank (White field branch, bangalore) almost since 6 years? Why there is no concession in pre closure charge, 1-2 % is reasonable but why it has to be 5%, it just looks like we get instant approval, pay emi's pay n number of charges too if we incline to foreclose it. Even when i try to speak with bank officials they have bluntly said its 5%, i am highly disappointed with icici, other banks do not have such exorbitant charges!! Huge disappointment, i need my preclosure charges as refund? Why is the bank burdening salaried employees like me?? My loan account - lpbng[protected]? Request to redress my grievance

                          There has been a deposit on my daughter's sukanya samriddhi account
                          Opened through icici l&t branch, mumbai through a cheque deposited on 31-may-18 in the same branch. Though the amount has been credited in the account the same day but there are no transaction remarks i. E. Source of that transaction is not appearing. No one from customer care is able to resolve this. Even my complaint is not being registered by any of them. Request your quickest resolution. Transaction remark should be appearing against each transaction to identify the source of income.

                            I’m holding the icici salary a/c in icici bank. Pune branch. On 31st i received my salary and was not able to withdraw because the bank say they have freezed the a/c and will only release the payment when i pay 172000 in liew of personal loan payment.
                            When i called up to the customer care they said i have taken personal lone on 2006 the amount was 30, 000. That why the freezed me account. They freezed me 96000 rupess and they need more 76000. I never take any loan on this amount.

                                I was using icici salary account from past one year now i left the job . i don't aware of salary account converting savings account if minimum balance not maintained
                                Around 500 rupees have been deducted from my account without any notice.
                                I am from poor family background please refund my money please

                                  This complaint is actually the outcome of my frustation with ICICI Customer support,
                                  I am a privilege customer with account number :[protected], Gachibowli Branch.
                                  I have done a UPI transaction on 1st June for an amount of Rs.2000, online transfer to my paytm wallet. While the amount was debited from my account, it was not credited to the wallet and I received a message saying the transfer was declined by ICICI bank.
                                  I immediately contacted support and raised a SR. Was informed amount would be credited within 3 working days. Amount has not been credited yet. Frustated I called support in the morning today and received a reply that it will be credited in 7 working days.

                                  This is NOT acceptable. Kindly look into it urgently else I will have to take the complaint to banking ombudsman route.

                                  My account was a salary account created by my previous company, Oracle. Even though I have left the organisation, I am still maintaining this account just because of the previous good experiences. Needless to say, now my account is converted into savings account with min balance of 50K INR.

                                  But if this is the pathetic response from support, I would prefer to closed this account. I mean what is the difference between ICICIC and other tier 2 bank accounts.

                                  You are promoting UPI. However, I feel I have been penalised for utilising UPI.

                                  I am forced to log a complaint with the banking ombudsman.

                                      I made a part payment towards a personal loan in Bajaj FinServ using Billdesk UPI option.

                                      Details of the payment:

                                      Date of payment: 4th June'18 7:24PM
                                      Payment successful : 4th June'18 7:25PM
                                      Amount - Rs.40000
                                      UPI Transaction ID:[protected]

                                      I successfully made the payment and money from my account was debited. However, Billdesk showed error and I never received the money back, nor did the payment go through!
