Sir I am having icici money multiplier bond 1998 which are due for redemption no proper guidance is provided by any bank official of vikas nagar branch kanpur also redemption cannot be done of my bonds kindly help me with the same

Within last Six months of time icici bank has charged Rs.7318 and Bajaj finserv charged Rs.3000 as NACH_AD_RTN charges or you may say bounce charges, I bought a laptop worth Rs.30000 as was learning some IT course after losing my job, For a loan of Rs.30000 I have been forced to pay Rs.10318 extra charges without any prior intimation and without any intimation after deductions. I have taken a bajaj finsrv product on emi amounting Rs.5333 per month and the linked account was ICICI and due to losing my jobs, i failed to maintain sufficient balance for six months only and but the month of Sep'2022 till now ICICI is deducting a large amount without my knowledge nor they have informed before deducting.
After debit no sms or mail intimation given and i was not aware of insufficient fund my auto debit bounced and the same scenario started repeating .
So its my kind request to look into the matter as i am already frustrated and also effecting my financial balance, as I belong to poor family. Even Rs.200 is also very important for me.

Myself Jalpesh Makwana, I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 Dec 2022. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS Till Nov-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

I have salary account from icici bank since 2020, now they have deducted Rs. 826 for DP charges, but till now I have never used the demat account in icici bank. I didn't get why this deduction happened. I need a refund for this deduction because I have not used the demat account till the date

Today an amount of RS 826 has been debited from my ICICI Bank account and I am not understanding what is this for

I've raise this complaint for the amount detected from my icic account(EBA/NSE).I fon't know why the detected that charges. Kindly pls retrieve the money bank. I've some emergency so pls retrieve money back asap

My name is Mahesh Veer staying at Pune. ICICI bank is charging Demat account charges. ICICI Bank people are taking charges of Demat account charges without informing to us even for the credit card charges also. Bill generated No alert No information No Messages even if we call the customer service they are telling we don't have any policy to return the amount. There are lot of people, from they are stealing the money....

I have ICICI account salary account, I do not have any DEMAT account associated with ICICI. and I do not have any mutual funds .

can anyone explain this please why is this amount deducted ?

I have been charged ₹826 without any consent of mine, it states "DMC/INC DP CHGS Till Nov 22", please return my money.

Dear Sir,

I've been receiving continuous call from the Recovery agent, harassing me for the outstanding amount.
I've been threatened multiple times by the Agents on setting my account on NPA, they have even visited my home for the recovery process and these process are very humiliating.

I've visited the bank in order to convert it into flexi EMI, but bank personnel are advising to visit Credit Card dept, and credit card dept, are not responding to it to convert it into Flexi EMI.

Request you to kindly go through it and provide the way forward into a plausible soultion to move forward.

ICICI bank has deducted rs 590 from my savingj account without any notification, Kindly refund my money.

Today morning I transferred 65k and 2k to my SBI account from ICICI bank. Amount debited from my ICICI bank but not credited to my SBI account

Very poor service from ICICI bank

Dear sir, of late I have started getting spam mails from ICICI Bank through [protected]@connevtinboxx.com.
In the last 24 hrs I have received 27 spa mails ie from changed sender IDs to escape Filters eg ICICI-HL, , ICICI Bank-HL, ICICI, ICICI Bank Home Loan,
ICICI-HOME LOAN. Wonder when this Spammer of the First Order will quit their nefarious activities.

I am also facing the same issue. The amount was deducted from my ICICI account on 13/12/2022. When I call to customer care I didn’t receive any proper reason.
Can any one suggest me how to resolve this issue.

Payleter accounts activation fee returns but activation time not to be sho charged if sho the charge I have not activated accounts so I request deactivated accounts and refund to amount and closed account

I have applied the Amazon pay credit card but for some reasons I could not able to get delivered but now I want it to be delivered to my same address. My account no is *****7750 and Amazon pay credit card last four digit is 6000.
Can you please re-despatch it to my address. I am in abroad now so please communicate through mail and please get this resolved as much as possible

This is to inform you that funds from my Fastag account were charged after "December 14, 2022, 12:00 PM, " despite the fact that I had not yet crossed any tolls.

I've attached the statement "Highlighted", along with the car number that is associated with my cell phone and is noted as being unapproved or other. Please have a look and let me know right away.

I don't have a Demat account in ICICI but without my permission its opened by icic bank . When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is three debit transaction "[protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-22'---- INR 826, NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~INGENOT~0
7NOV22~6d343eb~ZED LEAFI ...INT 589, 285, TOTAL =1700RS'. When ITS created the Demat account, IT was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.
