Today (on 2nd Jan, 2023), I got deducted 1899Rs thrice in a row, without any prior notification to me, for some thing called PPL/WPP renewal policy. What even is this policy? How do I get out of this and get a refund for this? I don't remember using this service ever. Can ICICI atleast send an email before deducting 5697 Rs from my account?...

Bank is auto deducting amount from my account in the name of ECS. Their system is even deducting amount for future date too. Kindly look into into the issue and resolve it asap.

      Subject: Fraud transaction of Rs 5, 40, 531/- from my saving account no.[protected] on dated 29.12.2022 between 14.00 Hrs to 14.30 Hrs. with the collusion/involvement of ICICI bank’s employees.

      Dear Sir,

      It is intimated that I am an employee in BSNL. My savings/salary account number[protected] is available in your branch for more than 15 years. At present I am posted at Mathura.
      Yesterday, dated 29.12.2022, I surprisingly received a message at 14.05 hours that stated “ICICI Bank accXX345 debited with INR 49000/- on 29-dec-2022”. After that, I received the same message three more times due to which I immediately rushed to your branch at Holygate, Mathura. The transactions kept on taking place even during the mean time and 8 more transactions have already occurred till I was able to contact the branch manager. 3 more transactions occurred as the branch manager was freezing the account.
      The branch manager was also shocked since I received neither any OTP regarding the same nor opened any anonymous link for transactions, and yet a total of Rs 5, 40, 531 were deducted from my saving account no.[protected] in a total of 11 transactions.
      The Branch Manager ICICI bank Holygate, Mathura provided me 2 complaint numbers-:SR[protected];SR[protected]
      I want to bring to your notice that these transactions are not possible without the involvement of the employees working in your bank. Please investigate the matter and punish the ones involved in it. You are also requested to take immediate actions and return my hard earned money since I need to submit my daughter’s college fees before the due date. I will be highly obliged to you.

          Along with that I have seen the some transaction. I am not about the following transaction charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

            Here is the list of problems I am facing:

            1) I cant access my internet banking as the number attached to my account is Indian number [protected] and I am currently living in the USA and I want to change my number +[protected].

            2) I have also applied for a branch change from Ajnara (Noida ) to Ratu Road (Ranchi )Branch.

            3) I also had an auto debit for a mutual fund for HDFC but it stopped in November.

                ECS charges of Rs3600 were deducted without any prior intimation on 30th of the month, its been deducted due to disney subcription auto payment bouncing. which i have cancelled from disney end already . plz help or i will have to file legal action, its completely uncalled for an amount of 3600 to be deducted like this. I have attached detailed statement of the same

                  Today Rs3600 was deducted without any prior warning at the end of the month as ECS charges. it very shocking, the only auto payment on my account was for disney hotstar which i have already cancelled from disney site . why this huge deduction. I need an immediate return of these charges

                    I am Santosh Kumar On 28 Dec 2022, an amount of Rs.826 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks " DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL N
                    OV-22 "
                    and did not get any notification for the same. Today I have checked account and got to know one transaction is not related to me and while google, got to know it's Fraud doing by ICICI. I have never used demat account of ICICI. Using the transaction id you can find the account number related with it.
                    Kindly return my money back and make sure to deactivate this kind of script that deduct money automatically.

                      Without doing anything they deducted 826 rs from my account.

                          Dear Sir/Mam

                          Within last Six months of time icici bank has charged Rs.7318 and Bajaj finserv charged Rs.3000 as NACH_AD_RTN charges or you may say bounce charges, I bought a laptop worth Rs.30000 as was learning some IT course after losing my job, For a loan of Rs.30000 I have been forced to pay Rs.10318 extra charges without any prior intimation and without any intimation after deductions. I have taken a bajaj finsrv product on emi amounting Rs.5333 per month and the linked account was ICICI and due to losing my jobs, i failed to maintain sufficient balance for six months only and but the month of Sep'2022 till now ICICI is deducting a large amount without my knowledge nor they have informed before deducting.
                          After debit no sms or mail intimation given and i was not aware of insufficient fund my auto debit bounced and the same scenario started repeating .
                          So its my kind request to look into the matter as i am already frustrated and also effecting my financial balance, as I belong to poor family. Even Rs.200 is also very important for me.

                            Myself Jalpesh Makwana, I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 Dec 2022. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS Till Nov-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
                            ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Same done with me. They are doing fraud with their valuable customers.

                              I have salary account from icici bank since 2020, now they have deducted Rs. 826 for DP charges, but till now I have never used the demat account in icici bank.                                       Hello sir/madam,
                                      My name is Mahesh Veer staying at Pune. ICICI bank is charging Demat account charges. ICICI Bank people are taking charges of Demat account charges without informing to us even for the credit card charges also. Bill generated No alert No information No Messages even if we call the customer service they are telling we don't have any policy to return the amount. There are lot of people, from they are stealing the money.

                                      1. Demat account, i am not using the demat account even i never applied for that. while opening the account they are forcing me to open the demat account but i strictly told NO. Even i don't remember how many times they charged it.

                                      2. Credit card:- i have taken the card from icici bank, i have used it for 4200/- but they have not informed me that your bill is generated and no messages also while talking with customer care they are telling its your job to see the bill. now they charge me around 800/-.

                                      Kindly see the issue and take strict action against this bank
