I have presented a cheque bearing no126758 amounting to rs 46773 in my a/c jitendra singh & usha singh and a/c no[protected] to the icici branch faizabad up india on[protected]. But till date amount is not credited in my account nor return to me.in this regard i made enquiry to staff and branch manager no response given by them. What to do to get my cheque back if any objections for credit. Let me know all details and who is responsible for delay.

    Yesterday I my self deposit Rs.60000 in Rajnagar Ghaziabad branch.that was deposit from my side in this month, but you deducted Rs.300+29.70(SGST)+29.7(CGSt)
    So please revert this amount soon, or I will close my account and will contact to consumer forum.thanks.

      I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions then i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb-18' — inr 826'. When i have opened this account, icici representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

        My icici bank salary account in jayanagar bangalore is under debit freeze from april 5 2018.

        I have submitted the required kyc document to jayanagar 3rd block bangalore branch.

        How many days should i wait for the freeze to be removed?

        You have done the freeze without informing me which is illegal.

        This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.

          I have a icici tax saving bond 022002-tsb - four nos. And 012003-tsb - six bonds which was purchased as tax saving, it is already matured but till to date i have not received maturity amount. I have original bonds with me.

          I am in the verge of my retirement from service and on scrutiny the bonds are not redeemed. I am in the financial crunch due to may of family commitments.
          Till date i find no records of receipt of the maturity amount.
          The bonds were purchased way back in 2002 and 2003.

          My account which I have been using for many years is shown as locked/ frozen.l did not get any intimidation. This is ridiculous as I have used this just a couple of days ago. I want this issue to get resolved immediately.

            We are getting frequently advertisement calls from icici bank. We have informed politely multiple time not to call and still we are getting. Today around 12 noon also we have received a call and asked the agent to connect to their manager. After 5 min they cut the call without connecting. We had received the latest call today from[protected]. Please help us to stop these irrelevant calls.

              I was in communication with the bank's home loan team from 18th january for home loan for myself and for my nephew mohnish parab for 2 nos 3bhk flats for rs. 2 cr each.

              In this regard, we have given all the documents icici bank had asked, spent long time on phone calls talking to thier senior team members, explaining the total requirement and had also mentioned that the agreement was scheduled to be signed on 14th march, 2018.

              In this 2 months, the bank only collected documents and cheque from us complete clarity was given that its a "construction link plan" and the pay-out will happen till the fitout which was expected in q4 2020. But, still there was no clarity on how much loan will be sanctioned and what will be the emi, their officer mr. Sandeep upadhyay kept on mentioning the emi will be rs. 1.80 lakhs, i even questioned him that you are not giving me rs.2.0 crore on day one, how can you collect emi on the entire amount on what basis, and that i don't want such plan.

              During these 2 months i had gone through lot of mental harassment, which affected my normal and work life, lucky enough its not taken a toll on me. The team was not even willing to convert the co-applicants icici saving account into zero balance, when it was clearly mentioned on the loan leaflet.

              On 09th march, 2018 getting no response from the bank and seeing no improvement in their people approach, finally i had taken the call of switching over to another bank, which i did on 09th march, 2018 being the 2nd friday and with 2 days off being weekend, i had only 2 working days before signing the agreement to re-do the documentation.

              I have now received the charge for rs.12, 095/- in my bank towards "icici bank ltd. Loan account" which i've not availed of, owing to the attitude and harassment their people gave me.

              The charge is totally unethical for the dis-service and harassment provided to me and in all circumstance should be reversed and recovered from the officers, who has not only given their customer a bad experience but has also provided dis-service to the bank by driving away the customers.

              I have received a mail from ICICI bank regarding New Policy of CPP/ One Assit (WA Privilege Single Rs. 1899) that bank have to want deduct money for this policy but i don't want this policy and plan so please do not process further against SR[protected] Dated 08/04/2018.

                I have an icici a/c and my money has been deducted several times. Total amount of around 5000 has been deducted from my icici account.
                I want my money refunded back. Is it what i get after serving with icici for almost 4 years.
                Error : ecsrtnchgs

                And also 1500 /- has been charged for my credit card for which i was not notified, that's a different concern.

                Once my salary is credited would that be deducted too.

                I haven't received any response from ICICI, and the deduction from this error happened again even after complaining.

                  Everymonth rs.500 deducuted from my account as a dination for one children foundation. This month, due to emergency at the date 10/04/18. I don't have the amount in my account. But 10/04/18 evening 6.00pm i have 500 rupees in my account but you took 413 as ecsrtnchrg charges. Please refund my detected amount because i have only 500 left for this month. It will be very helpful.

                    I have loan with HDFC bank and emi for it gets deducted from my ICICI Bank account. As there ws delay in the last 3months emi due to my ill health, ICICI bank has been deducting ECS Return charges constantly from 6th March until today 12th April '18. Here are the details:

                    6th March - Rs. 413.00
                    14th March - Rs. 413.00
                    19th March - Rs. 349.89
                    27th March - Rs. 182.09
                    28th March - Rs. 94.05 GST
                    31 March - Rs. 136.48 GST
                    6th April - Rs. 413
                    12th April - Rs. 472.00
                    12th April - Rs. 472.00
                    12th April - Rs. 472.00

                    Totally they have deducted Rs. 3417.87. I have this account since 2006 and this is the kind of service they give. Kindly help me with this problem as I am still unwell and my hospital expenses are very high.

                        472 rupees debited from my account as ecsrtnchg - 13-mar-18 + gst charges. I called to customer care and they didn't tell any reason for that and asked me to go to nearest branch for solution as it will be debited for every month. I didn't understand why it will be debited every month without reason and it is very shameful icici is not have customer care for this issues.

                        Ecs bounce charges charged two times for same ecs bounce. I have two lic premium of rs. 575/- & rs. 444/- got bounce in march, against the same in march total bounce charges deducted rs. 825.98 on march 18 & in april again deducted rs.472/- with mentioning same date of 15 march 18.
                        Request to return extra charged which are charged me for same ecs bounch.

                          On 9th Feb 2018, I was sitting in my office and I received an SMS that INR 42292.62 has been deducted from my credit card. I was shocked. SMS says this transaction has been done on AGODA HOTEL Reservation Budapest, Hungary. There was no OTP message received.

                          I am shocked how would this transaction happen. How 3D secure PIN is working in this case. No OTP message received. But the amount is deducted.

                          I have never shared my credit card details with anyone. I immediately called ICICI customer care and they said to send CDF form and some other documents to [protected]@icicibank.com.I have sent them. So dispute request SR[protected] was raised on my credit card.

                          On 12 April 2018, I received a message that merchant has declined the transaction. I called customer care and they said I have to pay this amount.

                          Hence I request to help me out and get rid of this situation and resolve this issue.

                          In dispute details provided in SR[protected], some other person has done the transaction, not me.

                          It is a question that how did he get the OTP. I didn't receive the OTP on my phone.

                          I just got the response from ICICI bank that I need to go to Police now after 2 months of investigation. This is a complete denial of service.

                          Response form Bank:

                          "We regret to inform you that, as the dispute has been resolved in Bank's favour hence, we are unable to reverse the transactions done on the card.

                          We request you to immediately lodge a complaint with the Cyber Crime cell or local police, giving them the complete details of the case."

                          It is mentioned in dispute details also provided by bank itself that another person(Arun Sivaramakrishnan email Id arun.[protected]@yahoo.com) has used my credit card.

                          I also did not get the answer how I missed OTP for this transaction. If in this transaction OTP can be missed, then it can be missed in any other transaction also.

                          I am very disappointed now.
                          I just the response from ICICI bank that I need to go to Police now after 2 months of investigation. This is a complete denial of service.

                              I have made a swipe transaction of amount rs.919 around in may 2017. That transaction was not billed in my credit card statement till date. Suddenly when i check my card unbilled statement today, it was showing the amount of rs.919 debited on 6th april, 2018. After 10 months they have billed that to me and that is fine. But now the problem is, they have billed me rs.919 and again with the same reference number they have again billed me rs.919. The transaction was reflecting in my account for two times with same reference number and now in that case i have to pay rs.1838 instead of rs.919.

                              Icici is not caring about customers. I have placed a card cancellation request on 5th april, 2018 but they are not processing my card cancellation request and billing some junk amount to my credit card which are not done by me.

                                I haven't redemption any reward point on payback site on 24/12/2017.
                                This has been fraud transaction and icici bank is charged for this fraud transaction. I have registered a complaint with icici bank but from last 3 months they are not working on this.

                                I had received call about one assist plan and told me about purpose and all but I don’t want to activatate it .so, kindly deactivate it before you debit my 1899 rs and my registered mobile no is [protected]
                                I have emailed all the details to the Icici bank ([protected]@icicibank.com) as per their above comment but they haven’t replied to the email.
                                This bank repeatedly doing fraud and it’s India’s biggest fraud bank.

                                  I have recently applied for a icici coral amex credit card on march 6th 2018. An executive contacted me, came to my office and took all the necessary documents from me for the card. I waited for almost 15 days and i received no response from anyone. After few days, someone called from icici bank for verification and verified few details. I again waited for a few days and then got a message saying that my credit card has been approved. I was really happy as this was a card which i really wanted due to many offers it provides. Then after around 10 days, i received the icici platinum chip credit card which is way lower than the card i applied for. Also it doesn't have any features which i was looking for. This is really bad on icici bank's part as they are deceiving customers into taking credit cards which they didn't even apply for forcefully. I request icici bank to resolve this issue immediately.

                                    I have closed my iwish account last month it was a premature closing but it has been close to a month i have not yet received the amount. The amount is still being reflected in the iwish account deposit but i can access it or see it on my statement. The money has simply vanished from my account and i cant see it anywhere.

                                    Icici bank this is not really the way to block our hard earned money. There is no way to get in touch with the customer care as i have odd work hours.

                                    Kindly help me reach a solution before i need to take to the social media to get a prompt solution

                                      This is to mention i have car loan for last 2.5yrs + with hdfc bank for car no mh12gv1136. Yesterday was my ecs date and i had transferred the funds as well to my loan account (Screen shot attached). Today morning i am receiving message from hdfc that ecs not received because of low funds.
                                      Please take this clear m not going to pay any further penalty for this as i spoke to customer care ms anita and she said if fund is available during day anytime it should not have bounced, so please drop me your concern with loan support hdfc bank.
                                      Lastly since loan is towards closure am requesting to kindly close this issue without further delay as i am not willing to pay any additional information penalty on this.
                                      Kindly revert with your confirmation on call / mail or else it would be termed as an acceptance of my request of false penalty being charged.
