Hi professional,
I will make a money transfer 50k (5th april 2018) through phone pe app. My icici bank will charged 289rs for it with out any intimation.
2) today (6th april 2018) i will send money 10k through neft it will charged 50rs as tax.
3) last 3 years on words i will deposit amount in my account through cash machine, manual deposit or transfer through any bank they will charged rs 140+ for it. For reference check (07/07/2017, 22/03/2017) transactions.
I will rise a complaint in bank multiple time but till am not got any update for this deduction. Please check my query and kindly resolve asap.

    Respect Sir,

    I have made transaction on last Sunday (01/04/2018), from my ICICI to PNB bank, but somehow transaction time lapsed and from my ICICI bank amount was debited but didn’t credit in my Beneficiary account (TILL NOW), that amount was part of my salary and it’s really difficult to manage with funds, I have also raised this query in mail of iMobile app care, and on customer care, as well as in ICICI bank tooo, but no have given me satisfactory answers though i have visited branch 3-4 times but no response . Today on 5th is the day when my SIP deduct from ICICI BANK but what if my ECS will bounce so your company will charge me up? This is not my fault. Somehow I managed to credit particular amount in my account for SIP DEDUCTIONS.
    Please look after this matter because i am in need of my salary, and being salaried person, without funds I cannot even travel to my workplace.
    I want you to take action ASAP.

      I had made a transaction of 9000 to hdfc bank account via imps on 04 april, at 10:10 am and it got timed out at beneficiary bank with message "txn status will be updated by bene bank within 3 working days"

      Money got debited from my account. Please rollback the transaction or credit it to the beneficiary account

        I'm using icici debit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my debit card

        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

            I had one personal loan with icici bank & another personal loan with hdfc bank. The icici representative - ankita ([protected], [protected]) called me and offered fresh loan from icici, as the rate of interest will be less and balance of hdfc loans will be transfer to this new loan. And current icici loan will be disclose with one percent foreclosure charge and processing fess of rs 1400 only.

            But after signing all papers i found that i have to disclose my previous hdfc loan with foreclosure charge by myself as they give me cheque of o/s balance only and when i reached hdfc bank they charged 16000 extra for closing the account and she charged me 5900 for processing fees for icici loan.

            Now i cannot do anything against her for this type of cheating.

                Extremely bad service by icici bank, imps was done on 2nd april, i have been calling the bank representative everyday. I have been told it will take two days, then i was told it will take another three days and today, the banking representative said my complaint will be resolved in another 5 working days. Are you serious? I am not able to work as the person whom i was suppose to transfer money is calling me again and again. This has caused a great damage to my reputation. This bad service of your bank amounts to mental harassment. I am stuck. I am going to close my account from your bank and also make sure that all my friends and family close their account from your bank. You should compensate people for causing such harassment instead of posting the automated reply to all the complaints. I still havent got the refund

                  Hi, i had an iwish rd account with icici. I had to close it due to my personal reasons. I have closed the account from my imobile app on[protected]. It was closed that time itself. But the amount is not yet credited to my account. I have called customer care number of times, they are simply saying wait for 24hrs to get credited. Icici - that is my money, am not owing your money. I have saved it, and put it in your bank. Am a customer of icici since 2010, you have lost your loyalty. Resolve it immediately, else i wil surely approach consumer court with the double amount.

                    I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 4 years.
                    Now they have charged rs.589/-under this category dcardfee.

                    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                      Hi,
                      I went to the bellandur branch to close my personal loan as per the loan legal agreement which they have given while taking the loan it says zero prepayment charges but the bank manager and bank staff are saying that they don't agree to any loan agreement copy. They are behaving very rudely to me first they called me up today to come to bank for the loan closure and when I went to bank they told me it cannot be done and they don't want to talk to me so they disconnected the call without informing me that this can't be done even though they had called me from their end. How can you not agree to the loan agreement when this is the legal document which both customer and bank should abide by!!!
                      When someone doesn't payup his emi then you will confisicate his property saying that it's mentioned in the loan agreement the bank deputy manager is telling me to cut the crap!!!

                      Is this how you behave with your customer??

                      I want to close the loan without any prepayment charge and also want a written apology from the bellandur branch bank manager for insulting the customer and harassing me for two days for this.

                            I have taken Home Loan from ICICI bank in 2012 with interest rate 9.5 (approx) and thereafter RBI reduced interest rates so many times and last month i got SMS from ICICI Bank with New interest rate 8.7% for my home loan but when i checked my loan account online its still showing 9.5% why They have not reduced my interest rates please confirm.

                            Also please let me know where i can complain about same.

                            I am trying to find RBI and ICICI Banks email addresses but not able to find so please help me to redice my interest rates

                                  My ICICI debit card has been blocked for online transactions and i would like to unblock it asap.
                                  Please do give me an instruction for the same.
                                  An amount of 876/- is deducted as DP charges from my ICICI 3in1 account. I never used the demat account. I need my money deposited back to my account.
                                  As soon as I got my salary credited there was a debit of 410 rupees and it shows the reason as ECSRTNCHGS230318_SR53481924
                                  1GST. I don't even know what it is. Could you please make sure the statement is more clear so that users can atleast understand the reason of deducting the money?
                                  This is Deepak kumar. suddenly 2499 rs debited from my icici bank account without my permission for wpp new policy. i dont know what the hell is going on icici bank backend side. we are middle class family, i have to count each money. i want money refund asap.
                                  Hi, I have due amount for which I am paying minimal amount since long time may be 8 months or more. I am asking help from customer service for settlement but they are refusing to do so.

                                      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      I received call from ICICI bank and they just gave information about one assist plan after which they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs.1899/- from my saving account via debit card, without my permission on 23rd Jan - 19.

                                      I have even registered the complaint in customer care on 24th Jan - 19 and even got a message telling your Policy Cancellation request of CPP/OneAssit has been registered. It will be resolved within 6 working days.

                                      Till now, no actions are taken.

                                      Please, deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I transferred rs 9600 through imps on 4th apr 2018 at 8.18 am from icici a/c to syndicate bank a/c.

                                        Transaction remark : imps trn ref[protected]

                                        The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                        But i got a message that said

                                        "dear customer, imps trn ref[protected] for rs.9, 600.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 04-apr-2018 08:18:41. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.
