Hello Sir/Mam

Per month 352.82 deduct amount from my account and i'm facing this issue seens 12 months and also i asked about that on customer support team of ICICI and also charged call 1min/2.50RS so can you please check my concern.

352.82 RS per month
since cut 12 months
352.82 * 12 =4233.84 amount will be decuted from my account so can you please refund my amount.

    Sir, I have unsubscribed for all marketing emails from ICICI Bank and ICICI Direct, but still they are continuously sending emails to me.
    The Unsubscribe button is there in all emails but instead o[censored]nsubscribing that links takes you to their home page and you have to login and unsubscribe. Even after after doing all this they are not stopping sending emails. Please tell them to stop irritating.

      Despite having a sufficient amount in my ICICI bank account, ECSRTNCHG deducted non-righteously 7 times with the amount of 590 rupees each. Please Resolve it and process a refund.

        Redemption of ICICI Money Multiplier Bonds issued in 1998

        We had invested in 1998 in ONE number ICICI Money Multiplier Bonds with a face value of Rs 1, 00, 000/- issued at a discount for Rs 4, 000/-. It had fallen due for redemption on 5th december 2022. But it was issued by ICICI Ltd which had now merged with ICICI Bank, and the bank branches are not collecting the certificates for redemption. Please help in getting the bonds redeemed. Kindly advise where the originals need to be submitted...

        We have invested in ONE number ICICI Money Multiplier Bonds with a face value of Rs 1, 00, 000/- issued at a discount for Rs 4, 000/- in 1998. The redemption date is 5th December 2022. We do not know where to submit the bonds for redemption as it was issued by ICICI Ltd and the ICICI Bank is not accepting the original bonds for collection and redemption. Kindly help

          EPFO Bank KYC is indefinitely delayed & ICICI Branch, Customer does not know who does, or whom to be contacted for a solution. As customers, they expect to Post & Pray to God till ICICI approves. It seems ePFO also does not provide solution to speed up the process in this new age digital world

          Thank You Got Resolved only by ePFO Redressal Forum & not by ICICI Customer Care. Either ICICI Branch or customer care do not own the ownership of resolving. Fundamentally ICICI team does not know such customer issues are commonly prevailing & ICICI also not training their network team to address the such issue even when they find a thread pattern of such customer complaints. ICICI please come forward to address customer complaint

            Dear Team,

            Yesterday i.e 13th Dec 2022 there was an undetected deduction done in my account. The transaction shows named as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRUMO~06DEC22~0a2
            d2c0~46796538 an amount of 590 was deducted without any intimation on my number.

            Kindly look into it as soon as possible. Hope the amount will be refunded back to me.

              On Monday December 5th I issued a cheque of rupees 1, 00, 000 from my ICICI account to my husband's ICICI account. Since the cheque did not have CTS number, I informed the back staff of the same to which they said confirmed that the cheque can be used to transfer money within ICICI accounts. I get a message stating that the money has been debited and has been transferred to my husband's account, but he never got the credited. We waited for 24 hours and then visited the ICICI I C Colony branch. Supriya the staff there claimed that she will look into it. the next day in the evening at 6 I get informed that the money has been credited into someone else's account. That was the last conversation with the bank. No status updates had been given so far. ICICI owes me the interest for the days from the 5th of December till date. and also, the penalty for having me go through all of this myself since they were unable to give me a status update.

                I never used my Demat Account ever. When I joined my company the ICICI Bank representative that opened my Salary account opened the Demat account without my consent. When I told him that I don't want a Demat account, he just simply says that it is free for lifetime and no charges will be there ever. Now suddenly ICICI bank ( a thief bank ) charges me a hefty amount of 826 rupees which was never charged onto me from past 6 years before since I joined my company. Why I have been charged 826 rupees when I never used my Demat account ever. If this continues and ICICI bank continue to charge without any solid backing then I am afraid I will have to change my Salary account and close doing business with this thief bank for once and for all. Whoever reading this, please do not open account with ICICI bank, they charge you whatever they Imagine for any services they imagine in their head and take our hard earned money by force.

                        ICICI Credit card put one offer with melorra around 20th October for 4000 Rs Cashback . I got it confirmed from Icici customer care too.

                        However when after 2 months I asked about refund then I did not get any satisfactory response even after sharing entire details with screenshot. Also they don't share complaint number with customer.

                        I'm a privilege customer with Icici bank and mostly they irritate me with non required offers and when you need your query to get resolve no one provide solution .

                        This is highly disappointing behavior and not acceptable from leading private bank .

                          Purchased the MMB in 1998. Now the time has come for the redemption of the same.

                          The ICICI bank does not have any department where some one can guide how do redeem these bond. it is very difficult to get the nos. Even if one is able to get connected no one knows about the MMB.

                          Written mail 3 to 4 times, the reply is if you do not get the reply in 4 days then write again. This is utter non sense. I regret have invested in ICICI, Govt. bonds are far better service.

                          I had faced similar issued in Bajaj as well. Close every thing with these jokers. They do not understand the meaning of customer service.

                          I would request the ICICIC Team to resolve the issue at the earliest.
