I have done the recharge of 399 rupees from my jio number [protected] with the help of phone pay upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. But recharge for jio number is not getting reflected. So, kindly please proceeds my recharge amount or give me refund. And solve my queries please.. How's responsible for my money.     It takes 3 days for IMPS reversal which is unacceptable in this age.
    frequent failures from ICICI. Never had this issue with HDFC.

        i made recharge through my jio app to recharge my account, on[protected]:10, amt. 399-00 by google tez payment app to [protected]@icici upi. My bank account debited. But recharge not successful. Lot of time i send feed back to google tez app but nothing any response.

        Amt deducted rs 17000 as charges for not maintaining bal, without prior any intimation of minimum bal requirement, no officer of vasai br responding my quaries,

        My Nov due was ~45000/-. I paid the amount, by mistake only Rs 500 was due. For Dec bill they have charged my Rs. 2900. Not only that, they will charge me again this month for that.
        Their excuse is the interest is charge on the whole amount, not only on the due.
        What the [censored].
        Is there any such kind of rule?

          income tax proof for ppf account

          I have ppf account in icici bank. I am unable to download e-statement from online portal since months are not displaying in the drop down. List is blank in drop down.
          I visited branch and requested to provide passbook for ppf account and he replied that we don't issue passbook for ppf account. Then requested for statement, since it is ppf account so i need statement for whole year. Since it is more than 3 month so it is chargeable...

          This is something serious and i am going to post to all social website if i am not getting the response today, yesterday also my credit card was misused by google play and took 320.00, in my last month statement i have send the e mail but no response and i paid the amount.

          I need refund for this amount’s immediately to my credit card and cancel my credit card with icici and i want to close my salary account with icici and i am afraid that my details are been shared to third party without my knowledge.

            I didn't open the demat account. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction [protected] dp chgs till nov-17 793.55"". When i heared about the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost but i said i don't want demat account and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [[protected]]

              Dear icici bank,

              Few days ago i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. After checking everything they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i applied and shared them all my documents. (Application num [protected])

              But now i got a mail saying that 'application rejeted'.

              I am salaried person having account at icici bank from long time. I was relly trusted this bank. But not anymore. If you are unable to provide or if i am not eligible then why you called me and collected documents? Is that the way you serve a customer? This is really irretating and unexpected. Why are you westing our time?

              Seriously, in future i will never accept credit card from your bank and soon i will portout my account from this bank.

                Hi team,

                This is shobana, icici customer for 10 years.
                As a frustrated customer, i would like to bring this unresolved issue in your perusal.

                During the joining of my company i was offered with icici debit and credit card as a salary account. But in a few months i have returned my credit card without swipe a single penny. After some year, i was charged for 8775 not properly returned my credit card.

                So i went to icici credit card department, ambattur branch and asked for the reason. They said the charge is against the usage of credit card and not followed the procedure for return.

                But i have sent the card to icici head office before the issue starts. Then i spoke to one of the person in your legal department and i gave a letter described all the issues. After that they promised me that they will resolve the issue and this will not happen in future. After 2 months the debited amount rs.8775 has been credited back to my saving account on (). As per current debt manager kasim riyaz s, this case was handled by imtiaz ahmed on 2010.

                Now in december, 2017 again icici credit card department tried to detect the same amount but due to insufficient balance they leaned my account without my knowledge. When i asked the savings bank department for the reason, they said it was charged against the credit card issue. I again went to icici credit card branch in ambattur and spoke to mr. Kasim riyaz s debt manager.

                I explained all the issues that i faced last time to mr. Kasim riyaz, but to my surprise he is telling me a different story to get resolved. He wanted a proof for the above issues and i showed the transaction details of debit and credit with dates. But he said that he cannot take statement as a proof and asking me for the noc letter which i was supposed to be received from the credit card department last time. They have not given any letter to me last time which was a fault from the bank side. Now they are again asking me to pay this amount to close this issue. It is the bank who is solely responsible to follow the procedure. Due to their lack of knowledge in properly closing this issue, why should i need to pay this amount for the card which is not used by me.

                Mr. Kasim riyaz said that there is no written letter found from the bank end, then what happen to my letter which i have submitted earlier. Now the question is on what basis they have cancelled my credit card and how they have returned my money on 2010.

                He is not ready to answer any of my questions and saying rs.8775 is a small amount, so he can’t handle it. I was really shocked to hear this from mr. Kasim. I said if you can’t fix my issue, i will close my account from icici, he said close and go. I said i will complain this issue in consumer court. He said go and do, you will get nothing from bank.

                Now tell me what i should do now, this is the way you treat the customer? We both have proof from our end, why looting a customer money without their knowledge and without any reason. I’m really exhausted and frustrated at this moment. This is my final mail to you and hope you can fix and return my money back.

                If no one fix, i will take this issue with consumer court. This will be the final decision.

                  On 30/09/2017, while making payment for nios d. El. Ed. Untrained teacher service program, i made 9 transactions for paying 4 candidates fee ie... 5 transactions were not processed completely. But amount of 4545 was deducted from my sbi account 3399*2954 with debit card 4591 * * 9347 by eazypay icici bank ltd each time which is not credited back in my account even after 4 months.

                  I register my complaint at sbi but after 45 days, they are saying that transactions were successful. I pay fee for 4 students and amount deducted for 9 transaction. Where is the money? I must be at eazypay or nios.

                  Kindly credit my amount back to my account as soon as possible.

                        This is the second time when bank deduct 350 + (31.50+31.50) rupees from my account without any information. Even i didn't use any service regard this. Kindly short out this problem as soon as possible. Last time when i called to bank i got no proper response from the bank. This a also a type of mentally torture by the bank to the customer because today i went to the petrol pump for fill the petrol in my vehicle. But i swept the card then it shows insufficient balance that was the embarrassing moment for me. This problem arise because of bank. Because they didnt give any information for deduction the balance from my account. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                Hi i sunny bhan holding account[protected] in icici bank and bank has leaned my such amount blocked from. My savings account without any intimation and on tuesday 2nd jan i m been standinf in the hospital from 3 hrs to get the bill done but due to insufficient balance it is not getting done as i have called cus care many times but as per them they cannot do anything nor my branch it is really very very harrasment from icici bank as hospital is waiting to have their dues clear this is really really big unfair from bank.
                                Who has given authority to bank to block my amount in their bank this is non sense.
                                Regarding this i will definitely file a harrasment case against them which i have been facing in hospital from 11:00 a. M.

                                    I am an existing customer & i wanted to open account of my daughter. So i applied online but i didn't get any response so i went to borivali chandavarkar road branch to do the same. I waited for almost 30 mins & then they said the network is not working so they will contact me. After a day i tried to call the person but no answer so i went again to branch in next 2 days & did all the formality. As informed to me i called after 2 days of applying to enquire about the timelines. So the executive told me that as it is year end they are heavily loaded & they will take some time to open the account. When i requested to do the needful at earliest so he again checked for my form & later i was informed there is some mistake in their barcode someone had already used the form which they used for my application. So i have to do full procedure again for which i told him that i want to get it done immediately but as he was busy even after 3 days of all this mess i am still at square one.
