personal loan not credited to account.

My personal loan applications reference no. 69425165 was approved and i was also informed on 14 december 2017 that amount would be credited to my account by 15 december 2017. But till today i have not received any amount in account and nobody is ready to pick the call or resolve the issue. The crm (N. [protected]@icicibank.com) have not responded to my emails or calls even once. Absolute irresponsibility shown by the bank officials. No resolution...

Hello friends,

Never trust on this bank this bank steels money from your account and then says that transaction was successful.

On 19th december i tried to withdraw 20000 rupees two times (20000+20000) in two transactions and both of then deducted from my account i got sms regarding both transaction but atm machine did not give cash out in both transactions i waited there for an hour standing in front of the atm then i contacted the customer care and informed the same they told that within 48 hours you money will be reversed then i went home. But today on 21st december i asked to status about the same then customer person told that your transaction was successful so we can not reverse the money. Now they are asking me to visit the branch and ask for the video footage of that time. My question is why should i go there and wast my time its not my fault its there atm fault. After me there were two more people who;s money stuck in atm. It was icici bank atm.

So the thing is that they are trying to take my money by giving deffrant excuses. So dont operate your account in this fraud bank just google there complaint in internet and you will see thousands of its complaint and even not resolved that they never think about you.in complaint icici bank has brock everyone's record.

Axis bank is better even much better then icici fraud bank i am having axis bank account for a long and i never faced any issue in that. They are good in customer service.

    I have purchased a motorcycle which is honda cb shine self disc from vihan honda, manpada, thane (W) - 400610 dealer. Icici executive mr. Prashant suggested me a vehicle loan with an interest rate of 11.90 per annum. I asked him to fill the complete agreement but he took signatures on a blank agreement. But when i received the copy of the emi schedule, the rate of interest was 21.46. This is fraudulent for me as a customer. He said that the rate of interest was going to be 11.90 per cent per annum and not 21.46 per cent per annum. I have been deceived by telling false interest rates. I sent an email to icici service but they didn't take any action. I want to return all outstanding loan amount without any penalty. Please take action.

    I would like ICICI bank to refund me the differances in payments made till now and change the interest rate to what was suggested by their representatives i.e. 11.90 per cent.

      Sir,

      In march 2017 my account[protected] has been closed and dd of remaining balance has been issued but not received by me and same dd is return to bank by courrier service at 27 march 2017. When i tried to findout my dd at bank they are not able to give it to me. Allthough dd was expired too. But employee of my home brach vasant kunj doesnt make any clarrification to me regarding my dd. Sir i just want to known how can i get my dd of remaing balance.

        I am an indian but i am currently studying in ukraine and i am not able to use my imobile app to reload my forex card because it is asking for user id and password which will be sent to the indian rmn since my rmn is not working in ukraine i would like to change the number. Is there any way to change rmn online? And why does the forex card not reloading automatically?

          I m lodge stop payment request in imobile so i do not know cheque no because i cut 2 cheque so i call next so executive says this cheque is not cleared ur anount is reserved and credited till evening.               I tried to book tatkal ticket on 16th dec 2017. The transaction was failed but money was deducted. The very next monday on 18th dec 2017 i tried to transfer money to someone using tez. There also payment failed but money was deducted. I am continuously trying to connect with icici bank. I have also raised a complaint on their portal. But it seems like no one checks those complaints. Previously also something like this fraudulent act happened with me regarding tatkal ticket. I never got that money back. I want some stringent measures to this.

                  I went to icici bank 6 months ago to close my icici account as it was a salary account, and open a savings account. The person told me my account was closed and opened a new one for me. After six months, my investment agent mistakenly sent money from my monthly income scheme to my old icici account. The icici representative had not done his job right and did not close my account. Since the account was not closed, the money got deposited and about rs 10, 000 got deducted as mab charges. The worst part is that the new account i had opened had very large balance, so my relationship with icici had large balance, but my accounts were not linked. If he had linked the two accounts then mab charges wouldn't have been applicable.

                  Please do not make me pay rs10, 000 for incompetence of your employee and refund my money.

                    Received call for verification of address and job also.
                    But currently no communication from bank side.
                    Not able to track application online also as website says application number not found.

                          I am mohammed zaheda, emp id:20502 i used to work in data wind innovations pvt. Ltd in shamshabad,
                          From 22/09/16 to 05/07/17, present that company was closed on 05/07/17, when the company was started kishore sir from finical district icici branch
                          Came to company and offered icici bank account. With ac no:[protected]
                          One month salary was also credit in that account but i still did not have access to that account.
                          When asked to kishore sir he said he cannot open account due to age issue.
                          But my amount was not refunded as dd/check. But upto present date i didnot recived check or dd,
                          When asked to kishore sir he always says some reason and postpones this is happening from last year,
                          Now recently we came to bank on 30/11/17, he said he will check and will give dd on 4/12/17 but when we contacted him on 4/12/17 he says money was refunded already and now cannot do any thing,
                          But we did not recived money/check/dd,
                          Today on 19/12/17 we contacted to branch fincial dristic deputy manager vijay talk very badly and disrespected us. He jus gave a transction id"s11104793/121" and he said to leave us. What can we do with this please help us to get our money that credited to your bank.

                              Are you makeing your customers fool, on december 7, 2017. I complained to cancel my one assist memberahio n policy. And i got a response on deember 09, 2017. That my policy isbeen cancelled.

                              Today i can see thepolicy is reneued and money has been detected... What the # you mean by cancellation.. And i have all valid proof to file a case against icici bank and one assist. This is not done.

                              You people are fooling customers by showing up cancelled email n deducting it witgout my concern... I need my entire money to be refunded... Or else will see you all in court

                              Hi team,

                              Just now i observed, previous complaint i had shown the policy number which was registered under my name sr[protected], which was shown cancelled on december 09. Now the same one assist how it got reneuwed in new sr[protected], which i dont even know and deducted my 1399rs from my account without my notice.

                              Icici bank is doing my identity theft and doing fraud actions. Ban this bloody one assist. Useless # it is.

                              I dont need any agent to call me upo and convince me to continue this #. Cancel and refund my entire money the next working day and thats it hope my concern is very clear to everyone.

                                    I am holding a salary account with icici bank, greater kailash-1, delhi with the name "sherin jacob". After marriage my surname is changed to "sherin abhilash". I want to get the aadhaar number linked with my salary account but unable to proceed with the same as my name is not updated in the bank details. I stay in mayur vihar 1, so i contacted the bank officials of mayur vihar phase 1, delhi but they asked me to submit a notary signed by a government officer which declares my name change.
                                    My question is when i have my passport, aadhaar, pan updated with my name "sherin abhilash" then why do the bank officials need the notary again? Aren't these documents enough? I have also provided the newspaper ad cut out which declares my name change.
                                    I do not think that all these government documents are useless for the name change to be done.
                                    The bank officials have troubled me a lot regarding this issue.in federal bank for name change they only require aadhaar and pan card details. They are also following the rbi guidelines. Then why icici has different guidelines to trouble the customers.

                                      I had applied for the loan in icici on my mhada property in oct 2016. They debited my processing fees of rs 15600/- in the same month without completing loan formalities. My application number was [protected]. Legally processing fees will be only charged after sanction letter. Dsa told me that it was happend by mistake of one of the bank staff but i can wait for sanction letter to come. But at the end they came with rejection in loan saying they will not fund mhada property. Dsa who approached me given mr. Navin kumar shende number ([protected]) to follow-up. I started following up with him since nov 2016 and till last month (Oct 2017) ie 1 year this guy was wasting time on e-mail saying approval is in progress.

                                      Response was like this -
                                      1st escalations - auto response,
                                      2nd escalations to mr. Subhendu tripathy, head - phone banking. Where they taken 21 days to revert that it was old case and now this refund will not happen.
                                      3rd escalations to mr. Vinayak m more, principal nodal officer and new request generated as - sr[protected] they asked me to visit vashi and resumbite the application form. Inspite its mistake from bank why they can just send a office boy to my office and get the form filled. Why this is so much torture even after escalating to 3rd level. (3rd escalation was pending since more than a month.)
                                      4th escalation done now on 18th december 2017, hopefully some help i can get as a final esclation from icici. Now pending at mr. Saurabh singh.
