Sir/madam,
I am shruti nandanwar. I have account in your bank. I have already deposit my cheque at your atm icici bank in the cheque receiving box, at icici ca road branch nagpur.
It was very surprising to saw that till today my cheque is not cleared. I submit my check on friday 22nd december 2017.
Its my humble request to guide me what should i do. Its not my fault, so kindly advise me how should i avoid the unnecessary...

Hi sir, yesterday (26/12/2017), i paid ap tet fee in online, through my icici debit card, 502 rs money is debited from my acount, but i did not got any journal number, again i paid fee in that only, that time also debited 500 rs from my acount, that time also i did not got journal number.it shows
Transaction failed but i did not got money.
Totally i lost 1004 rs, from my acount

I tried to talk so many times to icici bank customer care excicutivies but they did not respond,
So please solve my problem.

    Sir, your icici card (coral) no. [protected] canvassed by your agent saying it is free of cost almost in january, 2017. It went to different departments and finally it was delivered to me. The address where i workd and telephone number mentioned are almost 10 years back. I have clearly mentioned in credit card application my phone number and address (you can refer my credit card application) . I do not know how the old details have come ? may be the old ones have come from some other database.

    I have not received pin number also. On an enquiry to your customer care pin was delivered to URMILA by VK citymail courier on 28.02.2017. I do not know who is urmila ? i have written a complaint to you on 3.3.2017, 7.3.2017, 9.3.207 to [protected]@icicibank.Com. But i have not received any reply.

    Since i do not have the pin number i did not spent even a single rs.1 through the above said card.

    I am not receiving messages to mobile number ( used by me 8- 10 years back), statement in physical form, email statement.

    But to my surprise i have received a credit card statement dtd. 9.12.2017 on 22.12.2017 handed over to me by somebody lying with some other department, stating that i need to pay rs. 3270.23 (may be all the amount accrued due to penalities. I have not spent even a single rs.1)

    now, i request you to
    (1) waive the amount mentioned in the card.
    (2) update my mobile no. As [protected].
    (3) mailing address:
    G.Srinivasu, audit department, 4th floor,
    LIC of india, s c zonal office, opp. Secretariate,
    Hyderabad - 500 063.
    (4) e-mail address: g.[protected]@licindia.Com
    (5) keep sending messages to e-mail as well as mobile.

    ICICI CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] I have not received the PIN. On enquiry to customercare I was told PIN no. delivered to unknown person URMILA by VK citymailcourier on 28.2.2017. Sent complaint on 3.3.2017, 7.3.2017, 9.3.2017 to [protected]@icicibank.com. But no reply was received. My Contact no., and address 8-10 years back taken by you (from wrong data base) though I mentioned current Email address, mobile no., and address in Credit card application (refer my application). I am not receiving mails to my email address, cc statements. I have not spent even a single Rs.1, since I dont have PIN number. But to my surprise statement dtd. 9.12.2017 handed over to me on 26.12.2017 to pay Rs. 3270.23 (accrued late payment fees etc.) lying with some other department.       money debited "indiaideas" not done by me

      I registered my complaint many times but know one responding me, i went my bank 6, 7 times but they said that is not their duty, so the problem is my money debited from my online transaction which is not done by me, bank said it's done by me but bank have no proof which company is this so the thing is if bank don't have details then how can they claimed that transaction done by me, and transaction id is "indiaideas" i don't know what company...

      I have already got my debit card and my neft blocked through customer care
      They have further game me complain no. Sr[protected]
      I have also put a written complain on dispute form at icici bank 7 no. Stand jayapura branch
      I have already filed an fir to the nearest police station

      Plz look into this matter and keep me updating on the steps you are taking further

      Plz Note:- From my side I tried my best and put random mails to almost 20 matching websites for egg i put mails to tidebuy.com, fitshop.ca and many more

      fortunately I receive a positive response from one of the website fitshoppro.gorgias.io
      there mail ID is support2fitshoppro.gorgias.io
      Here they accept that a transaction matching to my criteria "27/12/2017 VIN/SP * fitsho/[protected]/0 8411.27" was done on there website and they have cancelled the transaction now
      I have further asked them more of the buyer details (Hope they reply)

        Sir my friend mr. Somnath sukdev patil wanted to open a saving account in icici bank branch chopda dist jalgaon
        Bank employee said... That i[censored] have 10 acre farm we give u 0 balance account,
        If not u wanted to maintain rs10000 in ur saving account always... Thats i have questions
        If someone have 10 acre farm he got 0 balance account
        And if he is poor then he maintaine 10000 in account.. How was the policy...
        Icici not for poor peples...

            मै आप कि बैंक शाखा icici bank ltd.ajmer vaishali nagar ajmer मै रोजाना कम्पनी का पैसा जमा करान जाता हु मुज आप की शाखा न 10 रूपयै का सिखा {coin} लन सै मना कर दिया जब मन ऊनस पुछा कुयो नही ल रह हो तो ऊनौहौन साफ तोर पर मना कर दिया कि हम coin नही लत हमार पास रखन कि जगह नही जब मन शाखा प्रबंधक सै ईस बार मै जानकारी दि तो ऊन का भी यही जवाब था हम दस का coin नही लत जब मन ऊन स कहा आप मुज यह लिखित मै द दिजिय तो ऊनौहोन मना कर दिया कि आप को कोई प्ररोबलम है तो कही और जमा करा दिजीए हमार यहा जमा नही होगा
            मै ईस कै लिए rbi कोटे मै कैस दजे करा रहा हु भारतीय मुद्रा कै अपमान और नही लन कै कारण

              Hi,
              This is navenn this complaint related to credit card i uased icici credit card nov month bills is 20270 i paid 20k that means 270 rupies pending of bill payment
              For that they charged around 4000 intrest these things they are comunicated earlier aslo other wise i will pay for 270 insted of paying 4k intrest.

              Icici checting customers like this there are menctioned clearly any where about thos conditions.

              I am using other bank credit cards also but they are not charging like if pending amount 270 meand they will charge intrest on pirtucular pending amount.

                  But when i check ebay.in it shows my payment wasn't done.
                  I don't know what happend where my money gone.

                    While money got debited from my icici bank account, internet error came & transaction failed.

                    Money has not reached nps account despite end of 3 days.

                      Stop cheating the customer with your # pre approved credit / and pre approved 350, 000 add on every platform of media every customer has it's problems and have no time to get involved in such process.. My contact number is [protected] i have applied for pl and credit card from last 6 months but the # icici bank and their agents are cheating me i have all the proof to explain if any one from icici can call me explain the meaning of pre approved pl and credit card will be appreciated... Note : i don't wanna wast my time talking to any manager supervisor director. I need a right party contact who can give my answer... If not this message will go viral on social media...

                          Icici bank has charged inr 11.80/- against some so called surcharge mcc 5541 which is not clear. Called their customer care also but they didn't resolved the issue.
                          I have used my debit card on 18/12/2017 against purchasing fuel of amount inr 510 at a petrol pump. If they have charged me because of this than instead of giving any rebate for paying cashless they are charging me. Doesn't make any sense.

                            I got call on 24/12/2017 from icici bank regarding fraud security policy with 7 benifits, this plan is not going to help me. I would like to deactivate this plan. I have already informed to icici customer services (Toll free number - [protected]) regarding the query but they didn't confirm the deducted amount will be refunded.

                            Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, and my amount shouldn't be deducted.

                                    Myself shashi bhushan prasad having acct no[protected] with you at patna, on 06.12.2017 i have taken petrol from nayan filling station near dehradun for rs 4300.00 and paid the amt by swipping my debit card of the acct, my acct also debited for the amt of rs 4300.00 immediately. But it was for me utter surprise to know that my acct has been debited for the amt of rs 126.85 on 11.12.2017. The subject petrol pump, never told me about this amt to be recovered, further the amt has been debited without giving me any information and that too after five daya. I felt cheated by you bank with the connaivance of subject petrol pump. Is it way to treat your own customer having acct with you of over 10 years. Further in most of the cases by using atm card petrol pump returns some amt to card user, but it is surprising that such a huge amt debited to my acct without giving any information. Please look into matter and do the required action, lest i may go for banking ombudsman
