Dear sir / madam,

On 22nd december, 2010, mr. Venkat (Collection department, hyderabad) of icici bank, issued a letter to me in the matter of settlement of a personal loan account no. Lphyd[protected]. As per this letter, i was supposed to make a full and final settlement of a sum of rs. 28, 000.00 (Rupees twenty eight thousand only), against all my dues standing on account of this personal loan.

His phone number as follows:

Vide its payment receipt no. L[protected] & l[protected] dated 26/08/2010 & 25/09/2010, the said icici bank ltd. Acknowledged that it had received rs. 14, 000.00 each in cash on account of the full and settlement standing with respect of the above mentioned personal loan account.

Unfortunately, however, even though several months have since elapsed, the bank continues to pester me through its executives and/or its representatives for settlement on account of this personal loan account. I have made repeated appeals to them to check their own records in order to bear out the veracity of my claim. This, despite the fact that i had visited the bank twice, with all the relevant documents, viz., payment receipt and the letter, in originals, in order to substantiate my claim.

After lot of investigation done by bank understand that there was a fraud took place but the bank issued a letter dt.26/01/2012, stating that they have not received the payment of rs.28, 000/- with the said receipts and stating that the validity of the receipts got out dated when the payment was made.

My appeals, however, have not been met with satisfactory responses from the bank.

At this point of time, i would like to seek kind advice and suggestions on this subject to reach an amicable settlement as early as possible. Needless to mention, of course, such course of events in recent days, have left a lasting impact on me. My faith in the banking system, of which icici bank ltd.

Is undoubtedly a significant player, is being shaken.

      I made a transaction on 2dec at 5:30 am of amount 1, 00, 000.
      Amount is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account of sbi.
      And i received a message - time out at beneficiary bank amount received to u +2 working days. What is the problem involved in this transaction? Why it is failed?
      Amount is emergency for me please resolve it immediately

        Hi

        I have applied for personal loan in icici. During my initial discussion with your icici executive, i was promised to provide loan roi @ 11.29%. Later during loan approval discussion i was not informed anything about roi, they have informed me only about insurance details hence i was on a opine that i would be providing loan at roi 11.29%.

        When i received the welcome kit from icici, i was shocked to see that the roi has been changed from 11.29% to 11.69% with out my notice.

        I really feel cheated regarding the change in roi% hence i would request you to look into this issue and update the roi % to 11.29 as promised.

        I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

        I even have a verbal proof with me regarding the discussion with your executives if required.

          I don't have any Demat account with ICICI Bank. Now i received a mail from "[protected]@icicidirect.com" that they have charged INR 688.33 for "Annual Demat Maintenance Charges". I want to ask ICICI Bank and Indian Consumer Complaints Forum that how ICICI bank is maintaining my Demat Account? Because i don't have any ICICI Demat account. Really Fraud Case by ICICI Bank. I can say one thing, we can't trust on Banks and our money is not safe in Bank.

          As per ICICI Bank last mail confirmation, i had given an application (duly completed and signed in all respects under Basic Service demat account (BSDA) category) to ICICI Bank on August 6, 2015 for opening a Demat Account, based on which ICICI Bank had created a Demat Account for me on August 6, 2015.

          This is my request to ICICI Bank, Please provide me my duly completed and signed application form, which one i had given at the time of my ICICI Demat Account Creation. Also please provide me the details, to whom (Person who taken my application form to create Demat Account) and in which ICICI Bank i had given this application to create my ICICI Bank Demat account.

          I need my money back today EOD. This type of fraud is not acceptable in India. As an Indian i am asking justice for my complaint.

          Also I want to ask ICICI Bank one question that if my Demat account has been created on August 6, 2015 then why till now i have not received any notice to my registered email ID/Mobile number? After 2.3 years now you remembered about my Demat account and asking me to close this account. Tell me one thing if i don't know about ICICI Demat account how i will close this account.

          Now ICICI Bank will create one fake Demat account for me. What is going on, whom we are going to trust. Everywhere fraud case. Do something and i want consumer complaint board to do proper investigation on this matter. Shame on you ICICI Bank. Try to do something good to your costumer.

          Now i got an email from ICICI Bank with an application form attached, which was signed by my signature. I don't know about this application. This is a fake application form. They can create any account because they have my signature.

          As per ICICI Bank email confirmation my Demat account has been created 2.3 years back, but till now i have not received any email/message from ICICI Bank that i have a Demat account with ICICI Bank. Most of time i am getting calls/emails from ICICI Bank regarding my ICICI Bank Credit Card & Mutual Fund related updates. But till date, i have not received a single email or message from ICICI Bank that i have a Demat account. Also there was no prior notice (Email/SMS/Call) before deducting the amount. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile/mail.

          Great Job ICICI Bank. This is our future growing India. Our money is not safe in bank. Thank you Consumer Complaints board for this great support. Jai Hind Mera Bharat Mahan.

          Please find the attached below application form, which one i have downloaded from my ICICI Demat account login (MY ACCOUNT OPENING FORM). In this application form i found that ICICI Bank used my fake signature to create my Demat Account.

          This is my request to Indian Consumer Complaint Board to give me proper justice.

            This incident happened on sep 09 2017, my card was miss used - instantly i informed to the concerned department and they blocked the card.

            But the amount utilized from my account is 702.00, in my first discussion with the customer care they told me to raise a sr and fill a dispute form them i can get the cash back of what my card was used.

            Now they charged me 1250, saying i didn't pay the credit card amount and every month they charged me 500 and plus 90 gst adding on to it. Total they are charging 1250rs.

            As per my knowledge they are charging extra amount to pay as we don't know much loop holes of the bank.

                Have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-17' — inr 826.00. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                  I am raising this complaint as icici bank i have been associated with this bank for more than 5 years now and there was fraud deduction by airtel pooling account with my details which the bank mentioned and the bank refuses to revert the money back and investigate this instead of this the bank has closed the request and the complaint that i raised without letting me know the reason.
                  When i called the bank they are telling me that the account deduction was authentic and it cannot be reverted.

                  Tried a lot to contact the customer care, but there was no response from their side.

                    I strongly oppose the late payment charges and interest charges levied to us as, we have always paid the money on time and it was only because we had not received any statement on our e mail or either hard copy or any information of any sort. Thus if the irregularity is on your side why should i become the victim of it. Had we received any sort of information we would have paid the money. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I request you to please reverse this fees or block my card.

                          I have recharged my jio no through upi to indiaideas but my balance has deducted but my jio no has didn't get recharged. When i verify with jio customer excutive they told that they didn't get the payment.

                          This charging was valid for 3 months. Yesterday i was told by jio that they have not received any payment from me.

                          Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa.

                            On nov-30th, 826.01 rupees has been debited from my icici savings bank account with out any prior notice. Once in august also, 137 rupees deducted from my account. I dont know why are they deducting it with my input. I have never requested the icici bank to create demat account. It was created automatically and deducting money. I want justice and icici bank should stop doing fraudulent activities

                                This is inform to you that, 1500/- less physically received from jais (Amethi) branch icici bank atm, near pnb bank
                                7500/- received instead 9000/- on 27.11.2017 at 12:52pm, shown to atm security guard and bank person also, no any action taken by the bank till date.
                                Complaints registere not found in the atm/bank, hence i received one hard copy of complaints, it's written by me.
                                Not proper respond by bank.

                                  I didn't enroll for demat account, i got a call for opening a demat account.
                                  I clearly informed not to enroll me in this as i already have a zerodha account and havn't got any email confirmation too on this.
                                  And i see there is a deduction from my salary account.
                                  Please return the amount that has been deducted.

                                    I'd joined dnb two years ago and specifically told the agent not to open a demat account. He had taken signature on demat form without informing me. When i got to know about it i did not submit a cancelled cheque to him and still it was opened i don't know how!

                                    And the fraudulent bank, icici, has been charging me dp charges for two years now. This year i got charged 826rs while i've been repetitively asked them to shut it since it was opened fraudulently. I want a refund of this debit transaction right away.

                                      I have settled my personal loan with all the charges and penalties which was pending last 3-4 years. I have settlement letter for 12 months and i am depositing the amount based on availability considering my financial condition.
