nfs cash wdl fraud

Hello,
5 nsf csh wdl of 50k (4 of amount 10, 023.60 nd last one of 9, 023.60) happened from my icici salary account, which is in kalkaji branch, new delhi.
Account number[protected]
I had my debit card safe with me when i got these transaction messages and it's not even been a month since i opened this account.
It's a clear online fraud and i feel it is solely bank's responsibility.
Any suggestions...

I have made a complain regarding amount Debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account on today,

In response I received a message from consumer id Rahulkumar112421 on 15/08/2017 as written please contact us [protected], happy to helping you to resolve your problem.

I communicated on given no and he talked as ICICI representative and taken my credit card details and spent RS.4900 on my hdfc Credit card, I got message​ as RS. 4900 was spent on ur HDFC Credit card ending 4755 on 15/08/2017, 13:50:40 at payZapp.

I request every consumer, pls don't give any details to any person ever if it received on consumercomplaints.in otherwise you also be cheated like me.

I'm requesting India consumer forum, pls restrict message from any consumer id on any complain message. Pls only allow response message from respective Company representative otherwise many people will be cheated like me on daily basis.

    On 05 aug 17 at 10.59 i recieved message on my registered mobile about that "purchase of INR 7, 899.00 on debit card linked to my ICICI acct xx3103. Since the purchase was not done by me i immediately reported the matter to bank vide SR[protected], SR[protected] AND SR[protected]. It is confirmed that both the debit cards linked to my account are safe with us and no purchase has been done by us. I have reported the matter to police also at Dehradun.

    2. I noticed that another message had come on my mobile that " Your payment (Id[protected] of Rs 7899.00 for Buyer is successful. Contact [protected]@payumoney.com for more info. This seems to be a fictitious site as site is not reachable through google.

    3. Since the fraudulent purchase done from my account is due to the security lapses by bank, I request that the amount may be remitted back in my account at the earliest.
    4. I am not satisfied with the response of your redressal team which says that dispute for INR 7899/- on account xx3103 has been declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3 D secure PIN ( i recieved SMS on my registered mobile number).
    5. I request you to look into the matter and provide me details of this transaction since should be a cause of worry to you also if 3 D secured transaction is being performed without the knowledge of account/card holder. I am keen to take up this matter to consumer court also as the transaction is not due to lapse from my side and bank should remit it

      I got message from id Rahulkumar112421 as please contact us [protected] happy to helping you to resolve your problem, I'm communicated on same no, he asked me Credit card details for refunding my money and spent RS.4900 on my hdfc Credit card, I received message as RS. 4900 was spent on ur hdfc Credit on[protected], 13:50:40 at payZapp.

          Hi,
          My Name is Murali Mohan and I have salaried account from ICICI. While issuing Debit card they also issued demat account Card which i refused to take and also I never activated it to use but still ICIC bank charged 790 rs my debit card with any intimation. I checked my mail and inbox for the confirmation but i never seen any message related to this.
          They just deducted immediately when i got my salary.
          When I am not using any demat account they are not supposed to deduct my money and also not intimating the same to me is biggest cheat.

            It has been almost 2 month.. I open an account in ICICI Bank VIP Branch. During these time they fillied up the form wrongly where address mentioned wrongly. Later when i didnt receive my atm card i visited the branch. Then branch informed me tha while put the account opening request they didnt request for ATM card. Then after bank informed me to discuss with person who opened my account. But when i try to call her she never respibd to my calls. Just anyhow opened the account and complete his target. Pls help me to resolve the issues

                  I am writing this on behalf of my mother. We have a fd with icici bank, malad (E), daftary road, branch and we have applied for a loan against the same.

                  Since 20 days the bank officials are giving us excuse of printer not working.
                  Being such a big brand does it takes 20 days to resolve one printer issue?

                  Request you to take some quick action as this is being spoiling the customer relationship with bank as well as the reputation of a brand.

                      I tried recharging my jio number for 399. I selected upi as payment option and on bhim app it gave request of 399 from [protected]@icici. I approved the request, balance was deducted from my account, but the operator tells there hasn't been any type of transaction.

                      1. 399 is deducted from my account.
                      2. Bhim shows transactions successful.
                      3. [protected]@icici has received my money for recharge.
                      4. Operator (Jio) has conformed that they haven't received any sort of amount from me. I've called them 3 times, they asked for some time to check for issue and then reverted that they haven't received money.
                      5. I reported issue in bhim app, they asked for 3 days time and even after 3 days there was no response.

                      Conclusion is that someone is fraud,
                      Indiaideas, jio or bhim

                      I've seen thousands of complaints regarding indiaideas online.
                      Jio & bhim are trustworthy.

                      I want money back or i'll definitely file complaint against all 3.
                      Everyone is losing money but no one actually complains. But i will. I have time, i have money and i'm just angry.
                      Ive used upi for payment of 509 rs for jio recharge. i did this on 12th aug and i got a message saying amount debited from my account but still no recharge is done on my mobile. please refund my money or credit my money to jio account. My jio no. is [protected] and the upi transaction no. is[protected]

                          . My credit card application submitted on 20 july 2017. But i am not able to track the credit card application id. What is final disposal of my application? Please tell me about credit card.

                            I would like submit my complaint against ICICI bank fraud and trap through their credit card and PLCC product.
                            Since last 6 month I am escalating this issue as per icici bank escalation matrix and also on toll free number of consumer cell.
                            But I think including no one is bother and interested to support.
                            I have personal loan, home loan and credit card with icici bank .
                            My salary account t is also with icici bank .
                            There were around 25000 outstanding in credit card about sep. 2016, till than I have paid about 2.5 lacs still there is outstanding of R's.50000
                            Personal loan, I had bounce only one EMI of 8000 in may 17, now bank is showing outstanding of 48000. And manager are saying, I have to pay 27000
                            Since last 1.5 year, my entire salary is debiting to all loan.
                            Collection team from icici bank called my company and told that I am not paying emi .
                            I feel like doing suicide
                            Why Mr modi and RBI allows to operate such bank

                              I checked my credit card bill statement and found that 10 usd is cut from my account which i did not make. It is for amazon prime membership and i never availed it.There was no otp that was asked. The membership is not for my amazon account.I have no idea how this happened.I have attached the screenshot of the receipt that i received on[protected] at 10.43pm.Please look into it

                                I have account with bank of baroda.
                                I was trying to take rs7500 from icici bank atm prshant nagar 6 th cross bangalore_560079. Rs 7500 deducted from my bank of baroda account but money not received from icici atm.. Almost a day over amount not credit back to my account... Also there is no any security guard in atm to give compliment. What shall i do know?

                                  Please note on 29th may 2017 i went to atm kurla and transferred rs.10000 to my other account, towards the same i got message that rs.10000 has been successfully transferred, then after suddenly after 5 min i got another message that rs.40000 has been withdrawn from my account. Suddenly i went to kurla police station for complain but they told to followup with bank for the same as this cases are handled by bank itself, and if you find any problem you can approach us.

                                  Same time i have called icici bank customer care and ask them to block my card accordingly they have provided us sr no - sr[protected] then after the executive ask me to provide some documents, which i had provided, but everytime there was new executive came and and asked me to email again, which is did. After 1 month i got email that my documents was not complete and again they have reissued sr n0- sr[protected], then again they have started asking me same documents which i have provided them, but was not getting any successful reply.

                                  After some days again they have told insucfficient documents and provided me srnp[protected], same story was going on insufficient documets, i have provided them again, surprisingly they have given a new sr no-sr[protected].

                                  Finally on 12th august they close our file.

                                  In this regar i request you to please reopen my file and help me to recover the said amount.

                                  Trust you will look in to the same and do the needful.

                                    I have a Saving account in your bank for more than 15 year in your bank the account no is[protected] .So far I not made any complaint about your service. On 14th july 2017 Rs 7200 was debited in my account without my knowledge it was debited through online via PAY TM.AS per Bank Terms & condition for any online transaction OTP send to Registered mobile no after
                                    confirmation OTP than only amount is debited in a account . When amount was debited they send SMS alert to customer. I my cased not received SMS as well as mail communication from your bank Verynext day that is on On 15th I contact your phone banking officer for my query he raise service request Ref sr[protected] he said that problem will be resolved after getting confirmation from PAYTM than only amount credited in your account. I am totally disappointed the way your answered than I send Email to your customer care office Mr. Bhojgunda Krishna his statement is your online transition was successful with pay TM if its failed the amount will be revised and credited in your account within 7days.
                                    Again I made complaint to level 4 customer care officer Mr. santhosh he replied that transaction done through your debit card bank not responsible for your claim and OTP not mandatory if amount is debited
                                    via debit card . As per guide line of RBI the SMS alert and mail communication is must for any online transaction .More over fund was transferred via PAY TM don’t have any Paytm account how the fund
                                    was transfer without pay tm ID the transaction was done at Bangalore but I am at chennai during transaction . Because of your negligence I am losing the hard earn money.

                                      I ahve taken a home loan of Rs 28 lac in 2006 from your bank. That time time we were told its a home loan and interest will be charged as per home loan and we were misguided by that time banking officials involved. We agreed and availed loan. But after some time when we checked it was found we are being charged with exorbitant interest on this loan i.e. upto 18.5% whereas never in history of banking this amount of interest was charged for any Loan.

                                      We wrote many times and complained to bank but nothing happend. many times we were assured by different bank authorities that this rate of interest will be reduced but nothing happened. This loot and robbery is going on with us from last 11 years.

                                      I have written many times to reduce this heavy and illegal interest charged by your Mafia ICICI bank on home loan on pretext of different product other than Home Loan. I am going to write to Banking Ombudsman if my complaint is not heard and this interest rectified and extra interest charged credited back to my account. Can you tell where in whole India and which bank is charging 18% interest . Do tell us under what scheme or rule you are looting us.

                                      To my surprise I have been assured by different officers of Bank many times that this rate of interest will be reduced. But till date nothing has been done and I am being harassed to pay exorbitant interest rate of 18% which is totally illegal and just a open day robbery by bank.

                                      If you are not taking this case on priority I am going to complain all the highest authorities and on social media and print media that how ICICI Bank is looting its customers. If you will check records we are writing regularly to you for this matter but nothing is done and instead we are charged with penalties.

                                      Again I request you to reduce this rate of interest of 18% immediately and refund me all extra interest charged by you. If nothing is done within 15 days of this letter and email You will force me to take legal action against you.
