I tried recharging my jio number for 399. I selected upi as payment option and on bhim app it gave request of 399 from [protected]@icici. I approved the request, balance was deducted from my account, but the operator tells there hasn't been any type of transaction.
1. 399 is deducted from my account.
2. Bhim shows transactions successful.
3. [protected]@icici has received my money for recharge.
4. Operator (Jio) has conformed that they haven't received any sort of amount from me. I've called them 3 times, they asked for some time to check for issue and then reverted that they haven't received money.
5. I reported issue in bhim app, they asked for 3 days time and even after 3 days there was no response.
Conclusion is that someone is fraud,
Indiaideas, jio or bhim
I've seen thousands of complaints regarding indiaideas online.
Jio & bhim are trustworthy.
I want money back or i'll definitely file complaint against all 3.
Everyone is losing money but no one actually complains. But i will. I have time, i have money and i'm just angry.
