On the date of my salary icici bank has debited 80000 as an ECS charge multiple times without a notification.

Its an entire month salary and i dont have any other source of income

D card fees 706 Rs

Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] and[protected] on both days ecsrtnchg charged 5000 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

Today I have chcked my transcation from online banking and I saw that they have deducted 1899INR for some renewal of policy.

I got email they have mentioned
"your (New Policy)New Policy of CPP/OneAssist for (Privilege Single-Rs.2799)WA Privilege Single Rs. 1899 has been regd vide SR[protected] on 24-SEP-19. It will be completed within 1 working days."

I have not received any prior notification for that policy, I have not applied for that policy, how come they have deducted my balance, please help me.

I called customer care number and he said he can not help me and passed me CPP helpline number, when I called CPP helpline number they said they don't have information about this.

Customer care service is so bad, I have not applied for this policy for what they have charged me for.

Kindly help ASAP.

Myself shafique khan This year 26 sep 2023 Rs.826 is deducted from my account without any alert message. DMC / DP CHGS TILL Aug -2023. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been deducted from my account..

Hi.. My loan account ending with 9807 was already closed in the year 2022 but still its suit filed. Request you to remove it asap, I tried contacting the customer care also for the same but no reply till now.

As the account opened is savings bank account and its 0 balance account but the bank has deducted amount and replying that no sufficient balance is there. As we dont have any loan . And So many days there was no deductions at all. please provide the refund and reverse the transaction when i called to customer care they aid that machine automatically deducted the amount 6 times . So solve the querry or else this will go further.

My ICICI credit card was used internationally without my permission and authorisation.Neitger did I get any messege not a call for the authentication.tge amount was 28, 224 rs .Neither did I give any OTP not did I click any link.It took place on the 23.09.2023.Since then I have been calling several times, went to the police.It has been a harrasing for me.How could the bank give out the money without my permission??.

Hi, ICICI Bank has deducted 2.37 rupees from my account with the transaction remarks "Surcharge Dt:21/09/23 MCC 4112" without notice.

Kindly refund my amount to my account. Let me know why this kind of deduction happens ?

There is a deduction in my bank account of ₹2950- without my knowledge and consent, i want you to resolve my problem and refund my money back

There are lots of deducting from my account. Why unnecessary charge deducting. Refund it all.

I am writing to convey my profound concern and dissatisfaction regarding unauthorized withdrawals from my account that have occurred over the last five years. The total amount deducted exceeds Rs. 30, 000, a significant sum.

Upon noticing the deductions, I promptly raised the issue three times with the ICICI Customer Care. Each time, I was told that the deductions were due to directives from other banks, specifically mentioning Bajaj Finance. However, upon communicating with Bajaj Finance, they categorically denied levying these charges, pointing out that these deductions originated from ICICI Bank.

I find this situation extremely troubling. Not only have these deductions been made without my knowledge or consent, but the reasons provided by your bank have also been contradictory.

However, the frequency and magnitude of these deductions, along with the conflicting information I have been provided, lead me to believe that there has been a severe lapse or oversight.

I am requesting the following:

A thorough investigation into all these deductions.
A detailed statement explaining each deduction made.
Immediate reversal of all unwarranted deductions.
Assurance that such deductions will not occur in the future without my explicit knowledge and consent.

I hope ICICI Bank will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I value my relationship with the bank, and it is crucial for me to trust the institution with my hard-earned money.

Ear Sir,

My credit card payment due on 15th as due to continuous holidays, i was not able to do the payment of Rs. 982, they have raised late payment fee of Rs. 590 yesterday as it was Ganesh chathurthi holiday.

I have made the outstanding of Rs. 982 today and amount also credited to credit card account.

Please this late payment fee is much and kindly waive off the same,

Note my billing cycle was changed and so 15th was missed out and due to continuous holidays i missed this,

Kindly assist with my obligation.

I need my money back

HI Team, I have submitted the EPFO KYC at EPFO portal with my ICICI Bank details 1 month back. Its been one month there is no update from bank to verify the details and give response back to EPFO portal.

Please help me how can i get it resolve this issue.

I have faced some unauthorized transaction on 11th of September 2023 at 10.30 to 11.30 am. On the same day, i have reported to the bank about the payment on the same day (SR[protected] amounted to CIF[protected] Rs.30, 000 and CIF[protected] Rs.56, 857.

I have raised police complaint on the same day (CSR 1587/2023). I didn't receive any feedback for this issue.

I did a payment of the huge amount of 79100 for my sister's college fee and the amount is deducted from my account yet the payment has failed.

I have been trying to log into ICICI bank net banking unsuccessfully for over a week now. Bank customer service is not helping much in fixing the problem. It is scary to know that one of the largest private is unable to handle technical issues like this. Sir, recently i have paid 2500 on ezpay using upi through gpay from my sbi bank account, after paying through QR code my payment is deducted from the bank and after 5 min QR disappeared and it showed an error, at the site where i have paid the application status is not generated i checked my payment status on icici ezpay site it is showing paid but my application status showing nothing about transaction. I don't know where have been my payment is stucked. Please help as soon as possible.
