Hi,

This has been already written to you via mail, no action has been taken yet. Someone from your firm in the name of ICICI DIRECT who provide jobs for Relationship Manager and collected Rs 350 for parcel charges of official desktop. Also, he has created a demat account for me, with knowingly/Unknowingly of my knowledge. His contact number [protected]. He is your own employee, are you guys giving training like this?????

    Bank seems recovering their loss or NPA from common man of India. It seems we have no rights, organizations are unfairly practicing deduction of charges on the name of policy. And on the name of service, they are just fooling. Even they ignore and don't follow Hon. Supreme court order. It is ordered, bank have to inform customer before any deductions but no one following. Very disappointed with the laws on the name of policy. Three times deducted money even the very first time also deducted, although it was completely free to open demat, as it was mentioned over website. Again today deducted some charges. Bank have only the solution, their customer care justifies why they have deducted. They have no other answer. No one is responsible, everyone is just doing their job, and following bank policy. Huge pray for great profit success.

      A DMC charge amounting upto 826/- has been debited from my account without any prior information.
      This is the first time to this has been charged on my accounts.
      I would like to understand the reasoning and waiting for a refund.
      Also, no SMS for a debit amount was sent to my mobile number

        When i check my account statement, i can see that there are 2 charges for 590RS that says its from ecsrtnchg, and then again today same thing charged for 420.88 rs, i do not understand why am getting charged so much from my account.

          Myself Payal Gavli. This year Rs.826 is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 26 October 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL SEP-2022 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been deducted from my account.

            Myself Payal. I have been with Icici Bank since 2020. This year 826/- is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using demat account. But still thos charges are applied and debited from my account on 27th October 2022. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited from my account.

              My savings account is debited 590 amount this month .

              I am not aware what this deduction is for and why it has happened.

              I need my full amount to be refunded back to the amount immediately and explain me how this has happened.

                  Fraudulent multiple cash deposit charges

                  Hi, My account is debited with amount 826 against "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL S
                  EP-22". I'm not using Demat account. They created this demat account while they process for credit card activation and they mentioned its free of cost. Now they are charging this amount. And, few days back I got SMS saying your demat account will be closed. But still they are charging this amount.

                    My account has been deducted for INR 826 on stating DMC DP CHARGES Oct 27 and there has been no msg intimation for the same...
                    for raising a dispute ...I was requested to visit the nearest branch ... I need an explanation for the charges ...

                      I have a salary account with ICICI and never applied for demat account.
                      however inr 826 has been deducted from my account as charges on Oct 27, 2022
                      no deduction msg on phone and no intimation from ICICI.
                      i want my refund !

                        I have been charged for rupees 826 on 27th Oct 2022 without any proper information or notification. The transaction description doesn't even have proper details to understand what the charges is DMC/ DP CHGS TILL SEP-22. When called the customer care, they said it is for Demat account charges which i do not have activated and disconnected the call saying the Demat is not working now.

                          I have multiple accounts in your bank, personal & family saving accounts and current account for business.
                          I am facing problem with your staff's behavior and her casual approach in ICICI Manesar Bank branch. I went to branch on October 14th 2022 to resolve my eNash connectivity problem. I met with Mrs. Gitika Bassi (window staff). My account was not getting connected with DHL for eNash service. I have explained her the issue but she says not familiar of these type of services. DHL staff was also trying to explain her and requested to find out solution from back office support team. I sent a mail on 17th Oct requesting her to resolve my issue. She told us to resolve in couple of days with the help of back of team. During the my next visit on 17th Oct she was on leave. She didn't replied to my mail. I have tried to reach on phone but unfortunately she never bothered to pick my call. I have made more than 10 calls between 18th, 19th, 25th and 27th. Finally i have to visit bank again today (27th) Non transaction hours at 3.30PM. She kept me sitting for 15 min & than she replied me casually as DHL have to visit main branch with the documents to resolve by themselves. I find solution as to move the buck on other's table. Very casual and Poor approach to deal with customer. I became upset as she don't bother me and my time has no value for her.

                          Bank need to entertain customer with full attention and staff behavior with the customer should be highly attentive. I have explained you the whole issue today and requested for a stern action against her.
                          I am also trying to reach out to the top management of ICICI bank and expect action must be taken.

                          Please update me after resolution.
